How is it my fault she gave pricing? My car has been there so many times so they have all the info they need for my car. I never like to give out bad reviews, but my experience with this recent purchase has left me upset enough to write this one. Everyone seem nice and cordial at first, but once I agreed on the price everything else seemed rushed hurry up and get the money. The finance guy push HARD TO SELL ME THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, I did not want buy it because the price was too high for this used car. Then he made me an better price offer, reluctantly I agreed. But through out the conversation not once did he mentioned there will be a deductible on this extended warranty. I found out later that there was a $250.00 deductible. Had I known this I never would purchase this. It's like a bait and switch scheme or at lease that's what it feels like now. After I drove off I realized they forgot to give the CarFax report and there were no manual for the car. I called but no one return my phone call. Its seems to me this dealership is only interested in making a sale any means possible and the rest does not matter. I would not recommend this place. Very irresponsible dealership. During a national pandemic and with a stay at home order in place, the sales manager has decided to require people to come in to the dealership to get a price quote. Even when I told them that wasn't a good idea because I have covid symptoms and am waiting for test results, they still refused to work with me by email or phone and said that they take extra precautions and sanitize the dealership and to come in when I am ready! Umm no thanks. There are plenty of responsible Audi dealerships who will provide internet and phone service. Way to lose a customer. Wonderful and amazing staff here at Walters Audi! Based on Yelp reviews I was deciding between Walters Audi and thr Audi dealership at Ontario. I decided to go with Walters Audi and now I'm an extremely happy new Audi owner and glad I decided to do business with this team. I actually started at Walters Audi then headed over to BMW of Riverside and Spreen Acura. What I didn't tell all 3 dealerships was that I did tons of research (months, really) before coming out to purchase a vehicle. Wanted to physically get my hands on and visual see the Audi Q7 55 TFSI 2020, BMW x7 2020, and Acura MDX 2020. I knew the ins and outs of leasing, sniffing out spotty sales and bogus fees, and how to go about auto sales negotiation. I won't spend so much time going into negatives but long story short, tons of pressure from BMW of Riverside (Training/Service fee for $180??? Seriously?! They want me to pay the fees for training their employees???) and moderate pressure from Spreen Acura (incorrect info from the get go led to a disastrous outcome for their sales team). Absolutely no pressure from Audi thanks to 3 fantastic gentlemen - Chandler M. (Audi Specialist), Joshua R. (Sales Mgr), and Andy B. (Finance Mgr). Chandler helped me right off the bat and was professional, easy to talk and work with, and hit all my concerns as if he could read my mind. He was extremely patient with my questions on Q5 vs Q7, 2019 vs 2020 Q7 differences, package variations and primary differences (Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige), and much more. Sales pitch was relaxing and I felt as if I truly was being helped to purchase the best vehicle for me versus being pressured into getting something I wasn't looking for. Joshua was very helpful to coordinate things with Chandler to get us going in the right direction in regards to paperwork, finances, and was also very professional and patient with even more questions I had. Lastly, Andy B. made the typical endless paperwork seem like a breeze and even helped me personally with a few categories, especially the package deal to make sure I don't get hit hard with fees surpisingly at the end of my 3-year lease. I was adamemt about putting 0 down with 12k miles per year and Andy crunched the numbers to fit me and my business needs seemlessly. This trio was amazing to work with and made my first Audi purchase an incredible experience! By the end of the night, I was a happy owner of a beautiful silver 2020 Audi Q7 55 TFSI! I contacted the dealership last week regarding a charge on one of my cars for a little over $3k. I have NEVER used them as I don't own an Audi and don't live particularly close. I was able to provide the exact amount of the charge, the date it occurred, the transaction and trace numbers. I was informed today by one of the managers they would NOT be providing any assistance withe the issue. He had several "suggestions" that were not even remotely helpful. He did acknowledge that upon review the charges were for repairs and that is wasn't under my name. The charge is to my name/ card but since the "bill" was in someone else's name they won't release the info. I will be filing complaints with the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs' Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR), the Office of Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. I was so shocked and asked how much the wipers were and was told that it's a package deal and that he couldn't give me an itemized price. **Review based on my Repair/Service experience and NOT as a buyer** Normally not one to leave a bad review especially right now with all things covid going on, however based on my recent experience for service I have to. Had my q7 taken to walters audi for my insurance claim for new wheels, tires and alignment. Stacy was my rep and although she did stay in contact with me- her initial communication to me after seeing my car was that id better go through insurance as the car could actually be considered a total loss. Extremely intense considering the damage was only to the passenger side wheels/tires. I did make sure to reiterate that to her and did let her know I was going through insurance which I was but that it was not necessary for her to try and scare me by saying it could be a total loss, that's too much and completely not the case. Walters Audi ended up doing the repairs and despite the above they did do a great job with fixing it. However, 15 minutes after having paid and picked up my car, I notice that the dashboard was saying I was due for an oil change. I had previously purchased Audi care, which is notated on my account with Audi and covers my oil change service for the next couple of years. So why was I never notified? Why didn't they call me to confirm it was due for service and get my ok to do it as its already paid for via the Audi care? They had my car for 4 weeks and got paid a pretty penny for it through my insurance company. I now have to be inconvenienced with scheduling another appt and taking my car in for service when they could have done it while it was in their possession. I called to complain and the girl at the service desk said my account came up as soon as I called and she confirmed she could see I have audi care. Considering the business that was taken to them they should have done the service instead of now adding to more time I have to take to be able to drive my car after 4 weeks. Not cool. read more

Expected more. Walked into Walter's Audi one Sunday afternoon after a pre approval credit check on their site the day before, making an appointment to meet with the finance manager. Checked in at the front and was shortly greeted by the person I was supposed to meet. To my delight they came off as attentive and professional. I was immediately told that a sales person would be assigned to help me and that is when I immediately knew the downhill spiral had begun. The salesperson I was introduced to looked and smelled like a rookie. They immediately came off as rushed and distracted. I followed my salesperson to the lobby where they rudely proceeded to leave me behind while they went to go talk to another salesperson. They came back after a few minutes and had nothing but a blank stare on their face not knowing which car I was interested in. This was pathetic considering I allowed them to run my credit already. Once finally in the car for a test drive the salesperson made a cruse joke about me know knowing how to drive because I asked how the car turns on. Back at the lobby the salesperson really pushed the extended warranty however would refuse to answer basic questions such as mileage, deductible, and coverage. Then played the industry old "let me go get my finance manager to work with you, believe me he never does this for anyone." At least the finance manager knew how to talk but ultimately tried getting me into a really expensive plan with high deductible and basic coverage which I readily declined. All in all my experience at Walter's was a masterclass in how I don't want to be treated at a dealer. As a small business owner I deal with clients on a day to day and know how hard people work for their money. If this is how Walter's treats high credit score prospects when it's a sellers market then forget it. Go somewhere else in LA or OC. read more

I was very torn between 4 and 5 stars for this dealership. Settled with 4 because of a few communication hiccups in my vehicle purchase. I called in on an online ad for a 2019 Audi Etron with 5300 miles on it. The receptionist was very kind, answered my questions, and scheduled me an appointment with Eric (head of finance). Over the phone I was told that the used vehicle could be leased and was strongly banking my decision on the ability to lease the vehicle. The ad also had pictures of both a blue Audi and a grey Audi. The receptionist confirmed it was a blue Audi. I drove 110 miles from San Diego to see the car and meet with Eric. I was set up with Ryan as a sales rep and we got to work. The initial hiccup came when I inquired about the blue Audi in the add, and instead of a blue Audi, they had a grey one available. Not the biggest issue, as I preferred the grey a bit more. Ryan was great, personable, took me on a test drive and was extremely knowledgeable about the Etron. He worked to providing me with financial details up front without running my credit. I drove a hard bargain, yet Ryan hung in there, making multiple trips back and forth back to Eric to meet my financial demands for the vehicle. After we sorted the numbers, Eric ran my credit, and we were able to continue hammering out a deal. One gripe I do have is that Eric ran my credit through Audi, then "shotgunned" it a bit out to 4 other banks. He initially promised that his goal wasn't to "shotgun" my credit to multiple lenders if Audi had a good rate. Audi had a great rate, yet it was still sent out to multiple lenders. I was also promised over the phone that the vehicle could be leased, when in fact it could not. While I definitely get it, its just slightly annoying. Ryan and I continued to hammer out the deal, he got to my price point and we got things rolling. Again, Ryan was super friendly, great to work with, and I'm glad he was able to put up with my aggressive negotiation. End of the day, after about 5 hours in the dealership, I was driving away in a 2019 Etron. Absolutely love the car and overall it was a pleasant experience! read more

Ok service from the gentleman up front was great. He took care of me and got me in for my oil change he was a 10. Why 1 star because this is another time where I've gone in got some work done and something is missing or broken. Today I open my gas cap and it's something very small but the lanyard rubber that holds the gas cap was broken. I know it was when they refilled the adblue because I had just filled the tank up and it was connected perfectly. Then I look to see how it broke and the piece falls right off because it was detached. A few years ago the forgot to put one of the bottom plastic pieces on and guess what another piece broke because of it. I completely understand heavy workloads and rushing but if you break something on a customer's car fix it. It's a very cheap part but that's not my care or worry. I think it's bs to send me a coupon for a car that isn't mine also. 220 for an oil change and you lose parts and not honor a coupon you sent me. Very poor in respects to care for the customers car. From the lack of knowledge that the sales man showed to the very unprofessional and rude behavior of the so called "sales manager" Kevin B, who has no customer service skills, talking over my partner and not being able to properly and professionally communicate, we also asked to speak to GM John Scholz days ago and no one has followed up. Not Military or Veteran friendly! I did not have a good experience with this place. I found a car that I liked and explained to the dealership that I would prefer to work with USAA for financing because I've always used them in the past and I know that their interest rates are always lower. I returned a few days later with a funding request from USAA. The dealership was giving me issues with the funding request and telling me that I still had to do a finance application with them, which I thought was crazy! I already had an approved loan application with USAA. There would absolutely be no need for them to run my credit for a second time. This definitely affects my credit and would show are a second hard inquiry. It's hard to believe that they would do that to someone. Although I purchased a used vehicle, the dealership installed LoJack on the car. I had to purchase a subscription for LoJack which was around $1800. I didn't find this out until I was doing my purchase documents. They include the LoJack as an accessory tax. Again, this is just another inconvenience for the buyer. Lastly, I had a issue with the extended warranty...more specifically the guy I dealt with in Finance. He wasn't very knowledgeable about the difference in the warranty levels. He never discussed the copay with me. It's been at 3 weeks since I've purchased the vehicle and I've yet to get a call back from the guy in the Finance office. I spoke to the manager and he ensured me I'd get a phone call. Purchasing a vehicle is stressful! Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. read more

I want to thank James Rocha, the man with the plans at Walter's Audi, first and foremost for making the maintenance process for my Audi S5 so much simpler than it was at the other Audi shops I've attended. He made the entire procedure appear effortless. This totally caught me off guard because the other dealership I visited claimed they didn't offer this service, so shout out to y'all. After I went back to pick up my car, he then gave me alternatives I could go about selecting to fix some of the scratches on my wheel that I had sustained as a result of hitting this pain of a pothole. Hidden fees. Add car jack to every vehicle as accessory that is mandatory with no option to decline. Sales manager at Walter's Audio aggressive in demeanor and stance. Derogatory and condescending language used. Do not list fees on website. Do not honor internet prices due to hidden fees and mark ups. Told this was common practice and we should just accept this practice by Sales Manager. Told he made final decisions and that he was not making any changes to accessories or marketing strategies. Told we needed to accept add ons as standard practice by Sales Manager. We are not new to Audi as we own several and never experienced this previously however our other Audis were not purchased at Walter's Audi. Insignificant but also out of cups of coffee/tea, bathrooms not as clean, out of coffee accessories, etc which is unusual at Audi dealership. We were at end of car shopping experience for current purchase and wanted no hassle, haggle experience which we definitely did not experience. All of this had been discussed before arrival. I kept wondering the wording by Sales Associate before we sat down and then when I saw paperwork with add on, I understood why he chose the wording previously. This was completely opposite of the experience we have had at other Audi dealerships previously and quite disappointed. I don't know if we will continue with Audi after this or whether just avoid all Walter owned Audi. EDIT: to add that I don't have possession of car. Waited over 2 hours after work mutual location after weaving through San Diego commuter traffic after being told it would be delivered that day only to be texted at 0730 at night that no it wouldn't be delivered and that is after rearranging scheduling that night for delivery. Zero stars for Brett the internet sales manager. After an inquiry about availability on a vehicle advertised online, the internet sales manager Brett suggested the vehicle was only available for sale to locals (with financing) or to out of state buyers with cash. He said it was disclosed on their window sticker and suggested that this is how they decided to price the vehicle. After further questioning that it wasn't advertised anywhere and that it was marketed on various sites at the MSRP, he suggested he might be willing to negotiate.. It wasn't disclosed and the monroney label only shows the MSRP. Brett may not be in used car sales, but he fits the bill. Buyer beware.
