    Let me try putting this in bullet points to see if Yelp and the business understands this is factual and do not attempt to remove my review because of technicalities: 1. Instead of negotiating, Blake wanted to charge more for the vehicle, as a matter of fact he seemed offended I asked questions. 2. I was quoted $200-300 for delivery, please review what their delivery changed to. 3. They did not want to remove their LoJack and noted all Audi dealerships charged this, which is not true, I bought an Audi from another dealership and they had the most amazing customer service and transparency service. 3. When I questioned the charge for the LoJack and asked Blake to have his manager call me, he was also on the call and they began mocking me, do you record conversations? If so, please take a listen, I was even told "you don't have to buy it" My experience was genuine and frustrating and I also felt it had to do with race. Do better as a company and learn from other dealerships. Yelp is being devious and works with businesses and not the consumer, perhaps with some evidential photos they will cooperate.

    Broken back of driver seat

    Update: I disputed the charge with my bank as I did not receive the service I was charged for. However the dealership still charged me through visa and made me pay for the service not done. So I paid almost $300 for them to break the back of my driver seat, lie about my coolant levels and windshield wiper levels (I had to personally top them off the next day as the light turned on my dash) and not diagnose the original problem I came in for (no sound coming out of my speakers) another issue I resolved on my own. Thank you Audi Riverside for robbing a mother. Your business is truly shady and terrible.

    My experience with Audi Riverside was exceptional! From John Scholz, the General Manager to Blake Lewis my sales person, I could not say enough of how smooth the process was. Blake set himself apart from any other sales person I have dealt with in the past. He found the car I was looking for and sent me a personalized video of the car. And from there we made the deal. I picked up the car a few days later. Just had to sign! Blake took extra care in showing me the ropes of all the car has to offer with most patience and detail. Thank you Blake! You have a bright future with your salesmanship.

    Upon first walking into Walter's Audi I was impressed with the ambiance and the facility itself. I thought this would be a great experience based on initial appearances. I was greeted when I came in and I was told someone would be with me shortly. My service advisor was really nice I liked her. My issue was that when I was leaving she said I could text or call and she gave me two different numbers, one for texting and one for calling. Well I always prefer texting especially because I'm not able to answer my phone when I'm at work. Every time I texted my texts went unanswered, and then I would get what seemed like an automated text. It was very weird and annoying. Then she would call me instead of answering my texts when I wouldn't be able to pick k up the phone. So we played phone tag a lot. My texts were never responded to it was like she didn't even read them. I got a call from her saying my car needed a part and would be longer than they expected. I asked for a loaner which they gave me. One of the texts I sent was asking if they could look at my battery (I have an A3 etron) because lately I noticed it wasn't holding a charge. Never got a response. When I returned the loaner I brought it back with exactly the same amount of gas it had when it was given to me and they charged my credit card for gas! I looked at the final report and it said they checked the battery as a "complimentary service" and it was all good. I have a very hard time believing that especially since getting my car back it's not charging at all. We plug it in and charge it all night and the battery still shows empty in the morning. It makes me wonder how many of these "complimentary services" are actually done.

    Response: Great lengths? And at your cost? Screwing in some bolts for the undercarriage that should have been properly installed to begin with surely cost you nothing. And comping 2 tires while we bought the other two at full retail, which I'm sure makes up for anything you "lost" on the two you provided seems like the least you could do.

We agreed to proceed. However, compared to Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside, which frequently offers complimentary diagnostic coupons and service promotions, the overall value was not as attractive. I am not certain whether this shop uses genuine Mercedes-Benz OEM parts. In my opinion, aftermarket parts or parts represented as "OEM equivalent" do not match the quality and reliability of genuine Mercedes-Benz dealership parts. I recommend that customers verify exactly what parts are being installed and compare pricing with the dealership before authorizing repairs. The biggest issue that caused this shop to lose my business involved my son's vehicle being diagnosed by Jojo as having flood damage. We filed an insurance claim, and after speaking with the insurance adjuster, I learned that a request had been made for the insurance company to send payment directly to the shop. Because the vehicle was fully paid off, I expected any insurance payment arrangements to be discussed with me first. I was upset because I never authorized direct payment to the shop. After arranging for the insurance payment to be sent directly to me instead, I later contacted Anita regarding repairs to my vehicle. The repair quote I received was significantly higher than I expected, which caused me concern about the overall cost of the repairs. Another issue that negatively affected my experience was a comment Anita made to me: "You are lucky you got part of the adjuster money; you would have gotten NOTHING elsewhere lol." I found that statement unprofessional, inappropriate, and disrespectful. Overall, I strongly encourage customers to compare repair estimates directly with the dealership before authorizing work. In my experience, independent shops are not always less expensive than dealerships. While some shops advertise lower hourly labor rates, the final estimate may increase through additional labor hours or other charges. Customers should also consider transportation costs. Unlike Walters Mercedes-Benz, which provided transportation assistance and a loaner vehicle, Prestige Automotive did not offer me a ride, rideshare service, or a loaner vehicle. As a result, customers may need to pay for rental vehicles or arrange their own transportation, which can significantly increase the overall cost and inconvenience of the repair. You will end up paying more than a dealership for less quality than a dealership . Based on my experience, careful comparison shopping is essential before deciding where to service your vehicle.

In some ways, I feel like the quality of work was even better than what I've experienced at a Tesla service center. They fixed the AC blower motor on my 2017 Tesla Model S and it made a huge difference right away. Everything was done efficiently and professionally, and they kept me informed the entire time. I also really appreciated that they use OEM Tesla parts because it gave me peace of mind knowing the repair was done the right way. What I loved most was how transparent they are. They use a system that texts you updates and actually shows you the parts that need attention, so you can see exactly what's going on with your car. It made me feel comfortable and confident that they were being honest and not trying to get over on me. On top of that, they took the time to provide me with a maintenance plan so I can keep my car in the best shape possible. That meant a lot because it shows they really care about helping you take care of your vehicle long term. If you have a Tesla or hybrid, I definitely recommend going to King of Hybrid Auto Repair.
