Just purchased a CPO S5 from Walter's Audi. Our salesman David Le was fantastic. The depth of his knowledge about the product was evident as he described every feature of the car. After a thorough test drive, David gave my wife and I some time to discuss our potential purchase - he didn't pressure us at all to buy the car. Once we made the decision to buy, David, and Andrew Bartoli from financing made the entire purchasing process smooth as silk. With keys now in hand, David gave us a walk around tour of the car to make sure we understood all the S5 bells and whistles before we left the lot. We normally don't write a review about a car dealership whether it was good or bad. We love cars and work with cars as our business. We have a fleet of cars 10+ and each car was carefully selected by myself after weeks of research. We found a car we thought it would best fit for our business here at Walter's Audi. We wanted to do the finance under our business name with myself as a co singer for the loan. Amin was our sale person who helped this process go through without any problems. We told him straight forward how we wanted to proceed with the finance and he was able to make it happen. Also, Amin or the finance manager did not push to sell all the warranty and other stuffs like most dealerships do. We actually asked for them to add into our contract. It was our first business car loan financed under our business name and we thanks Amin for making it happen. The Cadillac ATS 2017 turned out to be a great car too. You can only know whether the car is good or bad usually only after a few days later. But this one is a good one. read more

I ordered a 2017 Q7 back in Aug 2016. They emailed me on 12/18 at 1030am that my car has arrived. They called me again @230pm on the same day and told me my car was "accidentally " sold. Come on, am I really that gullible? you greedy people sold my car to the higher bidder to make more money while I waited for 4 months? Your sale associate didn't know? Come on, we are talking a sophisticated 21st century SAP (German brand) systems that marked "BTO build-to-order". Otherwise, how would my sales guy knew the car was mine and had arrived? How did he even provide me the VIN number if he can't tell it was mine? Your jackass customer and your greedy sales manager ruined my Christmas. I am going to look up the registered VIN (public info) and write to your jackass customer who took my car, who might not but deserved to know what kind of dealership this is and what his happiness is other's sufferings. read more

Horrible Customer Service I was looking for a car for my parents. They did not do what they are supposed to do to find me a car and said I had no credit even thought their ONLINE PAGE says (NO CREDIT BAD CREDIT GOOD CREDIT) it was a complete lie. Plues they wanted to add ridiculous fees because I have not "owned" and audi before. I asked to speak to a manager hoping that he could do something and I was completely shocked at the service. Said I was out of my means for a car ( when I make $6k plus a month) and hung up on me. i would not recommend this dealer to anyone!!! read more

Later found out that I could not set my clock, the gas lid would not lock, the CD changer, would not open. So I decided to go to WALTERS only to ask about an oil change. So I'm writing an updated review, for a scheduled service appt. On Friday, I went in for a 25K service for my 15 Audi Q7, which I bought from Walter's as well. I scheduled for a routine oil change, flickering front passenger door light, and a complete detail of the SUV. I was able to speak to Alex and explained to him that I needed the car for the weekend, so if the inspection of the light or detail must be not be accomplished due to the demand in the service section. Alex is very courteous and understanding, just like a service attendant should be. I was given a loaner for during the mean time. My wife has been interested in an Audi sedan (A3/A4) which I asked the attendant for. However due to their limited stock I was given a Q3. This is only thing I wish Walter's would attempt to accommodate. Administratively I don't know if it's possible, but perhaps assigning loaners when customers call to schedule the service. I think by asking customers of their possible choice in loaner, could result in future purchases of that particular vehicle. Anyways, Alex called and states my vehicle was ready. Upon arriving, he stated that service was completed, they ordered a new light for me at no charge, and completed the detail! My Q7 never looked so good.
