It's been TWO YEARS now since he said he ordered my parts, I can't even believe this shit! Doesn't surprise me that employees regularly walk off when they see the clown that's in charge of the fly-by-night-gypsy operation this place is offering to people; what a crock of shit. This is the best place for car audio in Tucson. I had a 1962 Cadillac that Bill and his staff installed a custom stereo in. They crafted lower door panels to incorporate new speakers that looked like they were part of the original build in '62. I wanted to keep the original dashboard in tact and they did a great job of creating a console that matched the rest of the interior. Recently, they installed a double din unit in my year 2000 Landcruiser as well as sub and amp. Their work is awesome, sound is superb and price really great. They didn't sell me anything that I didn't need, and even upgraded the unit at no cost. These experiences were ten years apart. Bill and his team at Audio 2000 are -BAR NONE- the best in Arizona. Bill has been at his Tucson location on Speedway for the past 20 years. He literally invented the modern fiberglass techniques used in most of the industry today. Beyond his technical knowledge is his artistic eye and craftsmanship. He's an award winning segmented woodturner - and that same passion for aesthetic perfection is evident in all of his car audio builds. He doesn't shy away from challenging vehicles like my BMW install- which had a bunch of crazy German integrated systems that needed to all still work after my audio upgrades were complete. Don't be put off by the cluttered storefront: Bill and his crew are awesome. They did a neat install of a Pioneer head unit on my F250, which I expected. But then they did a difficult diagnosis and solid workaround for an instrument panel failure that appeared to be related to the install but was in fact coincidental. This was especially impressive since the failure was caused by a different aftermarket device, not a stock Ford component. On top of everything else, while I was waiting Bill sacrificed some of his own lunch to give me a sample of his barbecued brisket, which is easily the best I've ever tasted. I can't say enough about the great service I received the other day from Audio 2000. The owner, Bill, being swamped had his head tech, Bo, install my satellite radio module to my already existing in-dash radio. Bo is both a great tech and artist in the installation sense and I couldn't be more happier with the price. Waiting for the installation I discoverd these guys have been around for awhile doing great work and are so knowledgeable they could probably wire the space shuttle. My RV had a new stereo system installed at Audio 2000 in May, 2022. Bill, and his technicians, did a great job. There were many complications inasmuch as my prior system had been stolen, and multiple wires were left dangling, including to the side and rear cameras. They showed a lot of creativity in making parts that ultimately had the new stereo and cameras functioning as they wee intended to do. I highly recommend Audio 2000. Jim read more

I wanted an upgrade to my base Subaru stereo, it was terrible. I got a few quotes around town and audio 2000 wasn't the cheapest but Bill recommended better components than other shops. We went with Alpine amp and speakers. The install was performed by Juice. I highly recommend him, he did a great job and even had to fabricate some speaker mounts for the door.
