We have had an absolutely horrible experience not only at this location but also with the manager that they are saying to contact with any issues. We went to get an item in our car fixed and they broke our side mirror in the process. Even though they admitted to hitting it on their security tape they began to make up a new story every time we called back/went in about getting it fixed. Every employee that we talked to including the manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Laughing in our faces even. They claimed that "the car was just old and the clips were old". They called us liars multiple times even though we have text message record of them telling us to bring our car in to get it fixed. I am extremely disappointed in the treatment that we have gotten and will never bring a car here again. They say on all their negative reviews to reach out to James for help with issues but his customer service was even worse than the employees that work in his stores.

Had speakers and tweeters all replaced and was sold sound enhancing hush mat and it was not installed. The quality of work seems very poor and was charged for a product/ service I did not receive. I was trying to support a local business that had back fired basically scammed into buying a product they don't install. Asked them why it wasn't installed and they blew it off that it was just inside the door. Which is not how it's installed even their demo product contradicts that with it having the hush mat behind the speaker. Please avoid this company use one of the many other companies available. Absolutely terrible company shocked they are still in business.

The white you see is the foor of the vehicle, poor installation and no accountability

Sales rep recommended stero that sounds great, but the unit had a couple inches of separation from the dash yet still parallel. This difference made it difficult to see the display without a lot of glare. I could eliminate the glare by shifting my head to the right. But I shouldn't have to shift my posture while driving. The dash kit was also a disappointment, there is a gap between the kit and the dash where you can see the mounting pins and they should not be visible. They added a USB port where the power adapter goes, however that unit was poorly installed so it's loose. The sales rep acknowledged that it was loose and committed to replacing it, but then tried to charge me for replacing it. Lastly they pulled the floor carpet to run wires but did a horrible job in fitting it back in. So bad that you can see the vehicles frame. I went back that same day and the installer took no accountability, instead said that my car's manufacturer was the worst at installing carpet and that was the reason for the separation. He leaned in and tucked it in with his hands and was done. It came loose later that day when someone sat in the passenger seat. I went back again that night to express my dissatisfaction with the unit and agreed to return the following morning to have a different stereo unit installed. The newer unit was $200 less than the original, but I would only be getting a credit of $89 because I would need to pay for labor again and for a different USB adapter. I know the glare on the unit is not audio expresses fault. But I returned in good faith wanting to Right the wrongs and having to pay for labor again was never mentioned until I arrived the following morning. No one offered to take a look at the glare for themselves, they didn't care, instead make passive aggressive comments about glare vs speaking from an informed position and acknowledging the concern. I've been a loyal customer for 30 years. They're no longer the home of the $1 installation, I don't know what they are now, I just know I won't give them my business. Total spent was $1500 for dollar store quality.

    Ground wire completed in pieces.

Went in for a sxs install. Jl audio marine setup. No point with the horrible install. Better off listening too my headphones with there install. Its a rats nest. Power and ground wrapped around fuel line. Sitting next too the hard pipe coolant lines. Ticking bomb for sure. Have a 8 gang switch panel for my whip lights, rock lights, and led bar. Doesn't work anymore. Cut my OEM plastics. Made speaker mounts out of cardboard. Ran wires all over the place. Completed the ground wire with butt connectors and extra pieces of wire. Mounted second battery mount with self tapers. Mounted my amps with hopes and dreams. Service is horrible. Said a certain date never made it to the deadline. If i could give them a -1 start I would.

After the install: I lost power to my 12V lighter socket, so I couldn't charge my phone. He mostly likely tapped into the same circuit as the lighter socket, causing power loss (Yeah. He didn't warn me about that before the install!) The audio was also making intermittent Bluetooth pairing failures. I would be driving and then music would stop and start again. Bluetooth phone calls stopped working--only music streamed. The install skipped key components I provided, including the fuse tap, LOC, and amp integration What I learned--and what others should know: The 3.5mm aux jack on the BTC-Five is audio-only and doesn't support calls To restore full functionality, the fuse tap must be moved to a different ACC slot so the lighter circuit isn't interrupted. For Bluetooth calls, you need to use the BTC-Five's RCA outputs and route them through a head unit or amp that supports hands-free calling. If I had known all this upfront, I probably would've skipped the install entirely and just kept using my regular USB-C to 3.5mm Audio Aux Cable Adapter. It was simpler, reliable, and didn't disable anything in my car. No wonder the guy had a weird vibe! I would have given them 5 stars if they had wired correctly, but the job was rushed and sloppy. He didn't create a solution. He created a problem! Now I'm going to have to get my brother to help me fix this. He said the tech most likely installed the tap with only one fuse (for the BTC-Five). Or inserted it backwards, cutting off power to the original circuit. Or used a single-slot tap, which reroutes power entirely to the new device. This experience taught me how to reclaim my install and turn shortcuts into teachable upgrades. If you're integrating amps or planning full audio control, skip the aux hack and wire it properly. I wasn't impressed with this install. What a total waste of money!!!!!!
