Not only did Ulysses let me know, but he rerouted everything and replaced all the wires.

Can't speak for all their products or other cars but when it comes to the Turbo S glovebox…read moresubwoofer enclosure, just like they advertise that it's the loudest enclosure on the market I would have to very strongly agree! This enclosure is by far the loudest and best sounding I've heard in a sxs, even over other top brand companies on the market. If you're looking for an awesome subwoofer enclosure I highly recommend the UTV Stereo enclosure for your Turbo S, you will not be disappointed!

Very disappointed with Utv stereo. I thought these guys were the best of the best at what they do…read more I specifically spoke with the guy over the phone and actually upgraded myself quite a bit to spending almost $4000 on a Utv stereo kit. When I went down there, I spoke with Allen and we literally looked at four different cars looking at the kit I wanted and I specified over and over what I wanted and what color and he said yes yes yes this is what you're getting- After wasting about three hours this morning, going to (Storage) to get my trailer and loading up my dirtbike to go pick up my razor and drop off at (Storage) and do all this running around - now I have to do a secondary trip down there because I did not get what he promised that came with my kit Also on the phone we went over thing very precisely and he quoted me 3500 out the door and when I got down there to get the exact same thing done, he told me I owed almost 3700. I almost walked out the door because of the magical increase in price , but I still ended up paying over what was quoted on the phone for no specific reason. I am not giving them a bad rating because their quality -still seems decent (not crazy impressed) But between the surprise of money increase and not getting what was promised, I have to give these guys a two star rating. Honestly, I would give them a better rating if the price was what was originally quoted, but it still would not be a five star review I hate doing double trips. Honestly, I would change my review if these guys compensated for the time I wasted and made everything right 100% but right now- I'm at a 2 star value. I actually got quoted to do the same thing cheaper someplace else, but I went here because I thought the quality was better. Update- they literally went back and fixed the mess up within a couple hours and had it ready for me right away. I'm updating my review from a two star all the way up to a four star. I would give them five stars if it wasn't for the second trip.

Sun Valley has a great business model! Now I know why they are booked out so far in the future…read more Competitive pricing. Outstanding installation of my powered subwoofer. They could've cut corners but didn't. John , the installer, deserve a shout out. - he is a pro Excellent example of a small business doing it right.

The technician created a basic workaround to get my DS18 BTC-Five Bluetooth receiver working via…read moreaux, but the setup was incomplete and poorly wired. After the install: I lost power to my 12V lighter socket, so I couldn't charge my phone. He mostly likely tapped into the same circuit as the lighter socket, causing power loss (Yeah. He didn't warn me about that before the install!) The audio was also making intermittent Bluetooth pairing failures. I would be driving and then music would stop and start again. Bluetooth phone calls stopped working--only music streamed. The install skipped key components I provided, including the fuse tap, LOC, and amp integration What I learned--and what others should know: The 3.5mm aux jack on the BTC-Five is audio-only and doesn't support calls To restore full functionality, the fuse tap must be moved to a different ACC slot so the lighter circuit isn't interrupted. For Bluetooth calls, you need to use the BTC-Five's RCA outputs and route them through a head unit or amp that supports hands-free calling. If I had known all this upfront, I probably would've skipped the install entirely and just kept using my regular USB-C to 3.5mm Audio Aux Cable Adapter. It was simpler, reliable, and didn't disable anything in my car. No wonder the guy had a weird vibe! I would have given them 5 stars if they had wired correctly, but the job was rushed and sloppy. He didn't create a solution. He created a problem! Now I'm going to have to get my brother to help me fix this. He said the tech most likely installed the tap with only one fuse (for the BTC-Five). Or inserted it backwards, cutting off power to the original circuit. Or used a single-slot tap, which reroutes power entirely to the new device. This experience taught me how to reclaim my install and turn shortcuts into teachable upgrades. If you're integrating amps or planning full audio control, skip the aux hack and wire it properly. I wasn't impressed with this install. What a total waste of money!!!!!!
