I picked these guys because of the Yelp reviews, and I had them install something offbeat that I'd ordered off the Internet. They took the time to call the guy that made it to get the details on this installation. During the installation, they accidentally scratched the shift knob on my car. They handled that very professionally - of their own accord, they took it down to the nearest dealership and paid to replace the part. They just charged me their original estimate. It wasn't just that they fixed what they damaged (that could be expected) - it's that they did it enthusiastically and without question. I would avoid this shop, Sloppy work. used different housing on my speakers. Different screws in visible areas, left screws out, broke pieces on panels, lagg, Burnt out a working amp and said they didn't do it, didn't tune my radio and said " I dont know why your car doesn't sound as good as some other job they did. Agree with other reviewers.....a lot of harsh reviews. I have had nothing but good luck with them. I brought my 2010 Frontier here and got a camera, monitor and bluetooth installed. Service was excellent. One month later, I traded in the 2010 Frontier for a 2012 Frontier. They took the system out of the old truck and installed it in the new one. Just got another truck last week and have it in their shop at the moment installing an iPod adapter. They seem to be very honest people who care about their work. read more

I called Aaron on a Tuesday, hoping to have our car ready for a weekend trip. He researched our car, gave us product advice and had our order delivered to the shop for installation on Thursday. Our newly installed electronics looked great and worked perfectly. But the service gets even better. I returned with the car on Monday because my wife wanted to change the placement of the displays. I walked in with a regular stereo, and xm radio unit, no big money audio job, however they treated my car as if it were the most important job of their lives. What a terrific experience! Aaron especially was really helpful and spent loads of time researching options for a complicated installation I wanted to make in my Porsche. I was quite pleased with the results and would use them again in a heartbeat. All the employess who worked there seemed quite young but they all had tons of experience and knew how to treat customers. Updating my review to include my latest experience. Jeff and crew were helpful and patient working with the notoriously difficult Toyota Tundra factory JBL speakers and amp. Several times over the past year, they fixed a tricky component without question and without any additional cost to me. Most recently, I opted to replace the factory speakers with something more contemporary, so I turned to Audio Images again. Most people only think about car audio when buying a new car or when something breaks, so it's important to have expert advice from experienced people you can trust. So I decided to check this spot out because of its yelp reviews. I just bought a car, and i was pretty damn sensitive about it. I didnt trust it in no ones hands!!! especially to rip out my deck, and replace it. But i showed up three days before the install, because i wanted a specific dash kit, they didnt have it. But aaron and jeff looked at few places, and found the right one, ordered it, and had it in time for the install. The install was hella clean! it looked good, and I had mixed feelings about it in the first place, i was nervous! In the end it came out perfect, and they took care of everything i needed, and ran my ipod, and usb cable were i needed it. Minus one star for time, but hey i've never gotten anything installed and the time they told me to finish was right. No big deal, its about the work, the price, and service.
