    NO STAR, NEGATIVE RATING!!!!! NEVER EVER CALL THIS…read moreCOMPANY!!!!! I called for a quote, could not hear the guy who called my back after I hung up. Then SOME GUY came along, pulled in front of me and came over to where I had removed the wheel with the flat and helped about 10 minutes. Then I noticed he was driving a slip-bed tow truck with about 20 rolls of used chain link fencing. He had no company logo in his shirt and I did not see the company name on the truck. I gave him $20 for the favor and he said he charges $75-150 for road service I never asked for. Turns out he just happened and stopped as Was waiting for a truck sent out by The Good Sam club. He kept demanding more money, bad words were used and I drove away. Now 6 hours later someone called demanding money again. WE NEVER HAD AN AGREEMENT VERBAL OR WRITTEN AND HE NEVER IDENTIFIED HIMSELF OR TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE FOR SERVICE, HE?THEY ARE SCAMMERS/CON MEN. NEGATIVE ZERO RATING!!!!!

I am cancelling my insurance because of the interaction of this towing company...because of how horrible we were treated. A man arrived with no uniform and immediately started yelling at us...screaming LEFT LEFT LEFT...we had no idea what he was talking about. AllState said my copay would be $4.50, but the driver demanded 5. No big deal, but things only got worse from here. We met him at the collision center, arriving minutes after him (literally) where we started demanding a $55 standby fee or he wouldn't release the vehicle, which we naturally refused. He kept screaming at us and we took the recommendation of the employees at the collision center, and called 9-1-1 on the driver. When he saw the police arrive, he started to release our car, took the $5 copay and left. NO business interaction should EVER result in two older women feeling this threatened by a man when they are this situation. AllState should be ashamed of supporting this man! Women should be cautious dealing with this man. He is literally preying on his victims.

I called my insurance company to request roadside assistance. They called Grapevine to come tow me. I got a text message at 1:23 PM telling me that Grapevine would be there within 50 mins and to call them if I needed more info. At 2:17 PM I called simply to get a re-estimated time frame (As 50 mins had basically passed) I work on phones all day myself, and am well aware being nice on the phone is the best policy when calling into a company. So out of habit, I always start conversations very pleasantly, and would end a conversation before ever escalating a situation. I stated that my insurance company had contacted them for towing and I just wanted to know when to expect them, as it had been 50 mins. The man on the phone was extremely rude right off the bat, and in a 1 minute and 56 second call not only did he make me cry becuase I was very confused by his approach, but he canceled service and hung up on me after I told him I had been in the rain since noon. When my insurance called to ask why, he lied and told them he canceled due to maintenance issues. I obviously would suggest avoiding this company at all costs. How dare you do this to a woman stranded in the rain simply wanting to ask for a time frame.

    A few years back, we were looking for a new insurance company to do business with. We had been with…read moreFarmers for thirty years. I had a guy hit me from behind at a stop sign. Tried to get my agent to help me with the claim. My first car accident. They wouldn't even return my calls and they raised their voice at me when I went to their office. Enough with those guys. I found an insurance agency in Napa called Compass of California. They took their time and went through my vehicles and then our home. After talking to Her, we found out that our home was under insured. Thank goodness we hadn't had a huge claim and lost our home. We would have had some serious problems getting paid. Now every year, we go over the coverages and make sure that if we lose our home to the wildfires , we will be able to build it back. We live in Sonoma County which is the wildfire capital of California these days. We've been evacuated almost every year since 2017. Our homeowners went up this past year due to the wildfires. I had number of calls with Compass and they got a cheaper quote but they recommended I stay with my current insurer because they felt like the cheaper company may be dropping Northern California because of the fires, in a year or maybe two. I know that they spent time checking my coverages and I feel like we are doing the right thing. We are really glad that we can still get homeowners insurance. Donald Batbie
