The salmon was cooked to perfection and not overdone, which is unfortunately often the case. The perfect portion along with the tomatoes and kale to keep it rich, but still somehow light. Ended the night with their signature (and recommended) le citron lemon dessert which was to die for. The strawberry flavor itself was pretty subtle, but the crème was light and airy, and the pastry shell had a great crisp to it.
