    Cinnabon also sold here

This was my first time getting a pretzel from Auntie Anne's and I won't be getting anymore overpriced pretzels from here. The pretzel was $5.49 and tasted like an average cheap pretzel. There is also an extra charge for ordering online. Service was good as the employees were friendly. The pretzels from here are definitely overrated.

So sad. I travel A LOT so hit Auntie Anne's at many airports. LOVE THEM! Was happy when one opened by our house. But this location's execution is consistently poor. Just got this take out order and it was burnt and cold. Sad to have to reheat burnt food. PLEASE FIX THIS BEFORE YOU HAVE TO CLOSE. Would hate to see that.

I haven't had an Auntie Anne's pretzel in years, great snack for this Spring-like weather!

Whenever I see Auntie Anne's it reminds me of a time when I used to be heavily interested in shopping at the mall. Being a creature of habit, I always treated myself to an Auntie Anne's pretzel to cap off a day (or evening) of shopping. Now that I'm more of an online shopper, I'm rarely at the mall; therefore, there is hardly an opportunity for me to enjoy an Auntie Anne's pretzel. However, that all changed after a recent trip to the nearby Wal-Mart with my son. After a failed attempt to purchase red bark from Wal-Mart, we were walking to my car when we spotted the Auntie Anne's x Cinnabon location. I rarely visit this portion of Elk Grove, so I had absolutely no idea that it existed. What I can tell you is that my son and I were equally excited to have a little afternoon treat. Upon entry we were greeted by an employee who was ready to take our orders. My son ordered the "Center of the Roll" and I ordered a Jalapeño pretzel. Five minutes later we were stuffing our faces as we walked to my car. For vanity reasons, I definitely do not want to make this my new habit. However, whenever I get a strong craving for an Auntie Anne's pretzel, I am happy to know that I no longer have to be near a mall to have one! Thank you Auntie Anne's x Cinnabon of Elk Grove!

This is a constant snack stop for me everytime I'm in the area. I love walking into the smell of warm pretzels with that nostalgia of the mall except that I didn't need to spend so many hours walking around the stores to just come by here. I have always loved coming to this location specifically because parking is a lot better and it's less of a line for a quick bite. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a snack on their way home or on their way to run some errands. It's even connected to Cinnabon if you want something with a little more sugar!

    Only the hotdog was edible

The coupon scanner didn't work so I entered my email to the system - even though I bought exactly the required purchase (worker confirmed as well), the coupon still didn't go through. She didn't even bother trying to figure out a different way to do it. The mini pretzel dogs were burnt. Only thing that was edible were the hot dogs inside the pretzel. Store was clean. Line gets long quick. There seems to be more employees rolling dough and baking on the Cinnabon side. They only have one cashier and one food bagger working at the counter.

Auntie Anne's shares the same location as Cinnabon, next to Dutch Bros. I showed up 10 minutes early and there was already a line forming. Once they opened up the doors though, the line moved pretty quickly. We were done ordering and paying within 10 minutes but they only had one classic cinnabon left so we had to wait another 10 minutes for the next batch to get my second one. Luckily they gave us everything else while we waited so my son and I could snack on the pretzel bites. The guy and girl at the cashiers this morning were very nice and they apologized to each person about the wait. They had great customer service skills. Everyone working on the food was not so friendly and seemed stressed out, but since they're still in the front of the counters they should still be friendly. There was one lady who appeared to be in charge and managing which items were left but she did not crack a smile or an apology. It seems like they're still a bit disorganized because I saw the group of people ahead of me and they were all waiting on food and given their Cinnabons in different orders, so people who ordered first were getting upset. Hopefully they'll work this out as the store is open longer. As for the taste, really can't go wrong with a classic pretzel but the pretzel bites are definitely easier to munch on. So glad there's a close location for me to get a pretzel now!

I've been waiting for a pretzel shop that doesn't require me to go to a crowded mall. My wish has come true lol. Very crowded when I came in on a Friday but that's a given since it's a brand new spot that everyone wants to check out. You can see them actually make the cinnamon rolls right in front of you. I actually didn't get any cinnamon rolls but I will return to grab some. Today I only got the cinnamon sugar pretzel and the pepperoni pretzel. They were checking out customers at the register quicker than they were handing out orders. I'm sure they'll get this down better as time goes on. Small place and not many chairs/tables for dine in.

The nostalgia... I really loved this place growing up. Waiting in line every Friday with my friends as a mall rat with my allowance money in hand. Now I'm an "adult" and I crave the pretzels every so often. I got the mini bites, plain and cinnamon sugar, with caramel and cheese dipping sauces. the pretzels were hot and soft as if they were just baked. I'm not sure if they were but I could see the staff making more pretzels and Cinnabons! front cashier was friendly throughout our visit

Over priced! Service wasn't good at all. When you're in customer service you need to listen to the customer just FYI

While visiting Auntie Ann's, I had the best service provided by Allison. So happy to have a good pretzel close to home.

They don't accept cash. It would be helpful that they accepted cash . I love Auntie Anne's, but sucks when they don't accept cash.

I come home and open the box and the stax is mini size!! Not the size I remember, but the same price. Ridiculous! They taste fine but I thought I was getting what I remembered! I won't come back. Only gave 2 stars cause the flavor. I looked at previous pictures on the reviews and you can see they use to be way bigger just a year ago! Shame.

Interesting place but not to our taste…read more We stopped by to get a thank you gift for someone at the Elk Grove dealership. The donuts are definitely pretty, colorful and unique. The injections or syringes full of sweet fillings are quite novel. Kids love 'em. I know they were super popular when a student's parent brought Bad Bakers donuts to celebrate their birthday. So presentation wise, they have it down. Taste wise, ugh. Texture is all wrong and way too sweet. I grabbed an old fashioned donut to take home and by the time we got home, it felt all mushy, unlike old fashioned donuts at other shops. You know it's bad when the donut sits around at home untouched by everyone! But I'd say it's a good place to go for maybe kids, teens and younger customers who just want a cool-looking donut and some sugar. Our gift recipients thought they were super cool though. I kinda mumbled under my breath that they look amazing but not sure how great they taste (having tried the Roseville location in the past). Neat place but not quite our thing.

Came here late at night and Mina was sooo lovely shout out to her because she goes above and beyond…read moreshe seems genuinely so sweet and attentive! Definitely knows what she's doing, her bare minimum for what we had and needed that night was so lovely I'd love to have her again

Leatherby's Elk Grove remains a fave. Mom wanted to go for her birthday (minus the birthday…read moresinging), and their late-night happy hour is not bad if you want food food like chicken strips or burger and fries. Seriously, their basket of fries is great on its own. They're also famous for their crab sandwich! Interesting history lesson on the menu, the original Leatherby's "Daddy Dave" came from Iowa, and Leatherby's has been around since 1982! Now they have 5 locations. Another fun fact, the "1982" flavor is: caramel-vanilla ice cream, marble fudge swirl and Oreo cookies. The fresh ice cream is of course the star, whether you want a giant sundae like Rich's Banana Split or Black & Tan, or a smaller shareable like Rachel's Sundae, or a personal sized Matthew's perhaps. I love how you can sub out the ice cream flavors and have a weakness for the mint oreo, coffee oreo, peanut butter oreo...notice the pattern? Over 35 flavors at any given time, some permanent and some seasonal. Hot fudge all the way, although their caramel sauce is also an honorable mention from me. Chopped almonds on the side if you ask. Always busy, but never a long wait, service pretty good. If you don't want to dine in, they do have a separate area to order by the scoop or pack pints/quarts I think.
