    Cinnabon also sold here

This was my first time getting a pretzel from Auntie Anne's and I won't be getting anymore overpriced pretzels from here. The pretzel was $5.49 and tasted like an average cheap pretzel. There is also an extra charge for ordering online. Service was good as the employees were friendly. The pretzels from here are definitely overrated.

So sad. I travel A LOT so hit Auntie Anne's at many airports. LOVE THEM! Was happy when one opened by our house. But this location's execution is consistently poor. Just got this take out order and it was burnt and cold. Sad to have to reheat burnt food. PLEASE FIX THIS BEFORE YOU HAVE TO CLOSE. Would hate to see that.

I haven't had an Auntie Anne's pretzel in years, great snack for this Spring-like weather!

Whenever I see Auntie Anne's it reminds me of a time when I used to be heavily interested in shopping at the mall. Being a creature of habit, I always treated myself to an Auntie Anne's pretzel to cap off a day (or evening) of shopping. Now that I'm more of an online shopper, I'm rarely at the mall; therefore, there is hardly an opportunity for me to enjoy an Auntie Anne's pretzel. However, that all changed after a recent trip to the nearby Wal-Mart with my son. After a failed attempt to purchase red bark from Wal-Mart, we were walking to my car when we spotted the Auntie Anne's x Cinnabon location. I rarely visit this portion of Elk Grove, so I had absolutely no idea that it existed. What I can tell you is that my son and I were equally excited to have a little afternoon treat. Upon entry we were greeted by an employee who was ready to take our orders. My son ordered the "Center of the Roll" and I ordered a Jalapeño pretzel. Five minutes later we were stuffing our faces as we walked to my car. For vanity reasons, I definitely do not want to make this my new habit. However, whenever I get a strong craving for an Auntie Anne's pretzel, I am happy to know that I no longer have to be near a mall to have one! Thank you Auntie Anne's x Cinnabon of Elk Grove!

This is a constant snack stop for me everytime I'm in the area. I love walking into the smell of warm pretzels with that nostalgia of the mall except that I didn't need to spend so many hours walking around the stores to just come by here. I have always loved coming to this location specifically because parking is a lot better and it's less of a line for a quick bite. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a snack on their way home or on their way to run some errands. It's even connected to Cinnabon if you want something with a little more sugar!

    Only the hotdog was edible

The coupon scanner didn't work so I entered my email to the system - even though I bought exactly the required purchase (worker confirmed as well), the coupon still didn't go through. She didn't even bother trying to figure out a different way to do it. The mini pretzel dogs were burnt. Only thing that was edible were the hot dogs inside the pretzel. Store was clean. Line gets long quick. There seems to be more employees rolling dough and baking on the Cinnabon side. They only have one cashier and one food bagger working at the counter.

Auntie Anne's shares the same location as Cinnabon, next to Dutch Bros. I showed up 10 minutes early and there was already a line forming. Once they opened up the doors though, the line moved pretty quickly. We were done ordering and paying within 10 minutes but they only had one classic cinnabon left so we had to wait another 10 minutes for the next batch to get my second one. Luckily they gave us everything else while we waited so my son and I could snack on the pretzel bites. The guy and girl at the cashiers this morning were very nice and they apologized to each person about the wait. They had great customer service skills. Everyone working on the food was not so friendly and seemed stressed out, but since they're still in the front of the counters they should still be friendly. There was one lady who appeared to be in charge and managing which items were left but she did not crack a smile or an apology. It seems like they're still a bit disorganized because I saw the group of people ahead of me and they were all waiting on food and given their Cinnabons in different orders, so people who ordered first were getting upset. Hopefully they'll work this out as the store is open longer. As for the taste, really can't go wrong with a classic pretzel but the pretzel bites are definitely easier to munch on. So glad there's a close location for me to get a pretzel now!

I've been waiting for a pretzel shop that doesn't require me to go to a crowded mall. My wish has come true lol. Very crowded when I came in on a Friday but that's a given since it's a brand new spot that everyone wants to check out. You can see them actually make the cinnamon rolls right in front of you. I actually didn't get any cinnamon rolls but I will return to grab some. Today I only got the cinnamon sugar pretzel and the pepperoni pretzel. They were checking out customers at the register quicker than they were handing out orders. I'm sure they'll get this down better as time goes on. Small place and not many chairs/tables for dine in.

Ever since, I've been coming here for their fresh and nicely grilled burgers and fries. We've literally been here dozens of times and it's been consistently good. The store is usually very clean and the layout is all the same at all the stores pretty much, so it's all good, nice and spacious, clean bathrooms, brightly lit. Over the years, this location has gotten more and more crowded at the prime times around lunch and dinner, but thankfully there are several nearby locations now, and I frequent the one at Delta Shores more since it's more conveniently located, and that one seems to be a little bit less crowded even during high times, but I still come out to this Laguna Blvd one once in awhile. The parking situation hasn't gotten any better here, unfortunately. The way the lot is situated just doesn't provide a lot of room for more parking spaces and the entrance to the lot is too close to the big intersection that this In-N-Out sits at the corner of, so it's kind of a big mess here for finding a spot, not to mention the drive thru line would effectively close off a section of the parking lot and makes it hard to get to spot over there. And the drive thru is usually very long, so I usually find a spot as close as possible, even if I'm doing take out, and hop out to order and wait in person inside to get my food to go. Most of the time though, I come w/the family and we dine in as the kids love coming here and we still ask for some of the little sticker papers for them to fiddle with while they eat. The burgers are still solid and tasty. I like all the fixings, so I usually like to have my burgers done animal style while the kids and wife opt for grilled onions and the special sauce on the side, it taste longer to ask for special ways of cooking our burgers, but it's worth the wait, we love grilled onions on our burgers. But my favorite is the fresh-cut fries that made right in the store and never from frozen potatoes, you can really taste the difference. The only thing is they use regular vegetable oil, so it's seed-oil which the wife informed me is really bad, and so now that I know I feel like I should only have it occasionally. But it's definitely a treat I won't keep myself from having whenever I come here, so maybe instead of 2 orders of fries to myself, I'll have just one with my 2 burgers. All in all, this In-N-Out is still the original in Elk Grove, and is still a good one. There's now another one that opened on Elk Grove Blvd and that I'll have to check out soon.

Adj: Still Satisfactorily Solid and Sometimes Super…read more This location is one of the first in the greater Sacramento metro to get a In-N-Out Burger and it's been good to great since. Getting in and out of the parking lot is challenging as it's on a busy corner right at 99 and Laguna Blvd off of E. Stockton. Those of us long-timers in Sac will remember the Mervyn's that was originally across the street, yup, that whole section of E. Stockton and Laguna's quite busy, so take your time getting into the lot and not be one of those aggressive drivers/parking punks, lol... The staff are fast and friendly as they take your order and get going cooking your burgers and fries. I usually sit on the bench right by the soda fountain and wait patiently for my order if I'm taking it to go and if I'm dining in, then I quickly see if I can find a seat (or send my family to do that) before I get in line to order. Since this is a busier location, pretty much always busy so that it's slightly busy to super busy, I suggest coming here during off times between meal times and you might just find no line! That happened on a Monday evening last Nov for me when I came to pick up some burgers and fries to take to go to eat with relatives from out of state. They don't have an In-N-Out in their state so it's a special thing to them. I do like In-N-Out burgers, but I need two to be full, lol... and the fries are ok, but I'm more of steak fries type of gal, so the skinny fries, no matter how fresh and crisp, don't quite hit the spot for me. As for the dining experience, it's the same predictable layout and excellent cleanliness of any other In-N-Out location. I didn't get any pics of my burgers and fries this latest visit as I was kind of in a hurry to get going, but they gave me a couple of these super cute stickers and they're really nicely designed and I'll add a pic of it as soon as I locate my water bottle or find the loose ones. They're so cool looking that I asked for a few more so I can give them out when I went to the Delta Shores location more recently.

It seems like a tough crowd--but after my visit, I can see why expectations run high. My cheeseburger featured high-quality, freshly ground beef that was well-seasoned with a flavorful, salty crust. The patty was tender and juicy, exactly what you want from a handcrafted burger. The brioche bun was nicely toasted, and the cheese melted perfectly over the patties--both essential details that elevate a great cheeseburger. The burger was simply but thoughtfully assembled with shredded lettuce, sliced onion, pickles, and Butcher's aioli. Their house-made sauce added a nice depth of flavor without overpowering the beef. I appreciated how they kept the toppings classic and balanced--fresh, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, red onion, and tangy pickles complement the richness of the patty and sauce beautifully. The fries were just as impressive. They had that ideal contrast: an ultra-crispy, golden-brown exterior with a light, fluffy interior. Perfectly seasoned, pleasantly salty, not greasy, and sturdy enough to hold their shape--they checked all the boxes. Overall, they hit all the key elements of a truly great handcrafted cheeseburger and fries. High marks from me.

I'm not the kind to bash a restaurant or any type of business, but I'm gonna give my honest opinion. This place is overhyped due to social media! I wanted to try it out because I seen it on TikTok and the food looked absolutely appetizing. It was a busy Saturday evening around 730pm. I told my kids I wasn't cooking so we were going here because I wanted to try it. They were all for it because who doesn't like a good burger and since smash burgers are the way to go, why not. Upon walking in the paintings on the walls catch your eyes. It's a very casual kind of place. When looking at the menu it's very appealing and makes you want to order the whole menu lol jk. The "combos" aren't really combo meals it's just the burger and the fries, the drink is extra, for X in my book. The young lady at helping me was helpful with the questions I had. We didn't dine it we took our food home, but before we left I took pictures of the way the food looked just in case it didn't look like that when we got home. I got the jalapeño smash, my oldest had the classic combo, and my youngest had the kids combo (which included the drink). The burger IN MY OPINION was under seasoned, the jalapeño were all cut in different thickness, it wasn't something to write home to mom about. Lastly the fries reminded me of Taco Bell fries without the sweetness in the seasoning very underwhelming. Even though this wasn't a good experience for my first visit, I'm willing to go back and try something else other than the burger.
