Someone making prezzels look at the line and started to help take orders, as only 1 register was open two people in front of us and two people behind us. He took those 2 orders in front of us and took 1 look at my client and made a decision to stop! 3 people in line an us next, I looked like I was in line so maybe he thought I would be watching but I alway am watching. The cashier ask for him to stay and help . Just so happened he wasn't even given his food and they were off helping the next person! I told them he didn't get his pretzel and she asked him for his receipt, you just rang him up! Then as his bag was tied in 3 knots, with a plastic bag from Michael's. Excuse me but he also ordered and paid for a lemon aid! They get it without 1 word. I was looking for I apologize sorry for the inconvenience. My mistake. Anything would've made me feel like they acknowledge my client as a human being with autism. I informed the two employees that I was engaging with that. They are completely able to speak to my client he could take his order he can give you money and he knows it's changed. He also knows what he ordered and he would like to have it Because he has a disability and some ticks and fidgets. You're gonna gaslight until his face is a pain customer and a grown adult if you have a disability or you know anyone with disability this establishment is not in ADA compliance in any way shape or form.! If you walk up to the heat lamp where pretzels are turned into rocks, and look at them with a smile, they glare at you until you say something. Then it's like your really bothering them. Most of the time they have no product ready. The last time I asked for 2 cinnamon sugar pretzels. I paid with my subway order so I didn't notice the price was less one pretzel. She handed it to me in the bag and I asked if they were both in there. She looked pissed and told me I only ordered 1. Then she said they don't have anymore. She asked me if I wanted the cup of pretzel bites, I didn't want my grandson to be disappointed so I paid for them and left. I got home and the pretzel and the bites were hard. Obviously sitting under the heat lamp for a long time. I'm done trying them, hoping it will be better. Every time it's the same thing, unfriendly staff and no fresh pretzels.

Definitely would order again. The brewery also has a stage for live entertainment and a few pinball machines. The brewery is located in a strip mall with plenty of shops and restaurants.
