At the Stonebriar Centre - if you fancy some lemonade or some pretzels of mediocre quality - then this is the place to be. The food was great, your classic auntie Annie's, but our drink didn't ring up at the advertised price. The young woman at the register told me it was tax, but I showed her how tax came after it on the receipt and the price was truly different, she was dismissive. She turned her head away and ignored me! I explained to her that I understood this was not her doing, but that she should talk to people in charge about correcting the advertised prices so that they were accurate. My 9mo prego wife was craving their cinnamon pretzels so we came here solely for it but upon arrival (15 minutes before closing), they had already shut down and was only serving drinks. I used to love Aunt Anne's and hated that I had to be at the mall or airport to indulge but recent experiences have been poor with stale pretzels or the pretzels I want not available. Also these are not cheap but you have to pay for a dipping sauce which with the stale pretzels you definitely need. There is almost no customer service. I saw Undercover Boss where the founder went out to the field to check out what was happening for improvement. She needs to make a second visit to address quality assurance and customer service. While you're at it you might wanna consider why you only have locations in the mall in the airport where you have a captive audience. If they can have kolache stores couldn't you have an aunt Anne's outside of the mall or airport? I haven't been to the mass pike to see if they've deteriorated also but I wouldn't make a special stop anymore to check them out. QT gas stations and Sonic have a much better option available with fresh pretzels I had a reasonable price. Sorry Aunt Anne but you need some serious quality control implemented and price comparison to your competition. read more

I usually stop at Auntie Anne's when shopping at the mall. The pretzels taste amazing and they are willing to make a batch without butter if you ask! However, it takes several minutes and with modern food technology it seems like you could make a good tasting pretzel without dairy (perhaps a vegetable oil-based butter maybe?). Great guys are working here. Their cake are so good and fresh. Cinnamon ones are the best, the flavors are so delicious and cheap. Around $5-$7 for an order. Long long lines , but it is not too bad because it is fast in making an orders, and a lot of staffs are working here. read more

Very addictive pretzels and awesome old fashioned lemonade, it's just a tad bit expensive for the product. Oh well, when you want it, you want it. Reasons this place lost stars was none of the young employees seemed to know anything, I watched a girl knock a stack of cups onto the floor and pick them up and put them back in the area for serving, and the line was super long because no one knew what they were doing. Poorly trained staff usually means poor customer service, and apparently unsanitary conditions. At least I got my cup o' lemonade before the cup incident, I'll just pretend mine was a totally sanitary cup. read more

I don't think it's very fair of them to be centrally located in the mall and have those delicious pretzel smells wafted info the noses of innocent mall patrons who pass by. Okay I was just here earlier. I understand that it was packed and this was during the holidays so the workers were very tired and it was hectic at the mall. Anyways, Guillermo, the cashier was rude and how should I say this in a nice way... What kind of worker pulled out their phone during working hours while standing next to the register when there was a line full of hungry people trying to buy some delicious pretzels??? I waited 20 minutes for one almond pretzel, when I went up the first time, I asked if I could get the cream cheese first since he forgot to hand it to me when I paid. I wanted it so I could eat my cream cheese with my other pretzels if you were wondering. But he ignored me so I thought maybe he did not hear me or he was just too tired to function. Got strep from the AA downstairs closest to dicks. It was good though, but definitely could've done without the strep ingredient. I ordered the sugared pretzel. Update i was stupid to think that i got strep from eating here. I guess it just triggered it but the place is nice tho. read more

This was not like other Auntie Annes I have been too. The first pretzel they gave me was tiny and burnt. Asked for a different one, same thing. Lids don't fit on soda so it drips everywhere. Also had to ask twice for napkins. They were not busy so why not fill the napkin dispenser? Will not go here again. read more
