It's a pain because it links the coupon to your app. It didn't work but the girl over the counter was super nice and was able to get us our free pretzels. 5 stars all the way! They were tasty and not soggy. We've been here once to get Jamba juice here. Just note these guys are not the fastest here. But I like coming here because you don't have to go to the mall or places with impossible parking. This location is horrible. I don't normally write reviews but this place takes forever even for basic items. Today my partner went in to pick up a online order because we thought it would be a better experience that way but no, he ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes even though he went in a few minutes after it said it would be ready. I'm sure it's just a staffing issue or something but this location is a complete let down. There's also no seating inside so knowing that they are slow, I feel like there should be. Not to mention these pretzels were just not great this time either. Most parts were burnt and a few parts of it were pretty uncooked! I'm baffled. I hope this location gets more staff or a serious makeover and maybe it wouldn't struggle as much. When there are older ladies working, the pretzels are not burnt but when there's a men and women, most of the time the pretzels are burnt. Also, if you want to get a pretzel closer to closing time, even an hour before closing time, the ovens are usually off so you will not be able to. read more

January 2023 Located across the street from In N Out. In a small strip mall. Parking is available in front. The location is half auntie annes/Jamba juice. I ordered from both businesses. At the time Auntie annes didn't have the pretzels bites I wanted so they let me know the wait time would be 10-15mins. As I waited I was able to observe the friendliness of the staff with every customer. Jamba Juice doesn't offer all the drinks but they did mention that if the customer was looking for something particular they would try to make the drink. Like many other previous reviewers, I felt like the pretzels were a bit on the salty side. I would return for the service and convince of the location. read more

Yes, I am aware it was Superbowl Sunday...I was the only customer when I ordered cinnamon sugar nuggets, but after 30 minutes of waiting, the staff was clearly overwhelmed by the influx of customers. I've come to this Jamba / auntie anne's almost weekly for a few months now and i was shocked to see the low ratings? i mostly order from Jamba and my drinks always taste delicious and everyone is always so kind. i've placed orders through the app and Yes, i have had to wait for my waffle to be warmed but it takes 30 seconds and i'd prefer it to be fresh anyways. I always come to this place whenever I am at a mall. Saturday, Me and my girl stopped at Auntie Anne's, and I got some little pizza bites and hot dog bites. Although the food was fresh and warm, it was not worth the wait. When I go, I usually come around 4:00pm on the weekdays during my break for school. Whether there are three people waiting or even just one person waiting, the employees take forever to give the orders out. 30+ minutes for 10 mini dogs? For mini cinnamon nuggets? It's good that it's fresh but they shouldn't be waiting till the last minute for their previous batch of food to not be fresh before making a new one. This is a new spot and I'm glad it's much close to us so we can enjoy and get our pretzel fix. However, because it is new I think the new employees need a bit of extra training to improve their presentation and cooking time. I've had a mix of ok looking and not so good looking mini hot dog bites and cinnamon bites. Also I've had instances where their bread was a bit toasty for my liking. Was super excited when I saw an Auntie Anne's open up down the street from my house. Unfortunately the quality control is not up to par with other's I've been to. I ordered the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites, regular salted pretzel bites and the mini hot dogs. Whoever made these have a serious heavy hand with the sugar and salt(see pictures). Not only were they over salted and sugared, they were also tough to eat. Sadly I will still have to go to the mall to get Auntie Anne's. What a shame. read more

Just left this horrible site. The cashier was rude, told me that the company doesn't not carry sour cream and onion flavored pretzels. I said I have gotten them at this location before and she said well we don't have them now. She was rude with her attitude, tone of voice and body language. I've had this experience on a previous visit and figured it was just that person. Now I feel like it's because I'm an African American woman. Additionally, they recently added chairs and it is always clean in there. The employees are also relatively new so they are a little rushed, but they're always friendly. The first time I came here, I waited for 20 minutes for my order, and there was no customer ahead of me. When I asked about my order, they asked me to wait 10 more minutes. After 15 minutes, I asked them again and they were confused and asked for my receipt. Having already waited 45 minutes, i didn't want to leave empty handed and my kids were hungry, so I waited some more. The girl that took my receipt ended her shift and went home. Another 15 minutes pass , and when I asked for my order, they asked me to show them my receipt again. Wtf. I was so upset that after waiting over an HOUR, I just asked them for a refund. It then took them another 10 minutes to figure out how to give me a refund. It's been a few months, and I really want to like this place. It's close to me, and my kids love pretzels. Maybe they have gotten the hang of things since it's been open for a while... So I try ordering from the app. That gives them plenty of time to make my order ahead of time, right? The app tells me my order will be ready at a specific time so I get there at that time. There are no other customers ahead of me. Three employees but it takes about 5 minutes for them to ask me what I need. I tell the guy I'm picking up an order and he goes and checks. Comes back and says they are baking right now so I need to wait about 15 minutes. Ok. Why did I order it on the app then? So I think about how happy my kids will be when they see pretzels at home. And shame on me, I say ok and wait. 15 minutes later, the guy tells me that I need to wait 10 more minutes because now, they need to melt the butter. Wow. I am done with this place. Nobody greeted me when I walked in and there was nobody at the register. I waited there for about 3 to 4 minutes until somebody finally made eye contact with me. Then they just smiled and continued rolling dough and didn't come over to take my order so I waited another couple minutes then one of them finally came over to take my order. They told me that I cannot use the Auntie Anne's app because it's not working. I bought a large cinnamon sugar pretzel bites and the cup was 3/4 full. The employees need to work on their social skills and to make sure that if we're paying $7.79 for a large order of cinnamon sugar pretzel bites that it should be to the rim of the cup. This place...I've been here a few times cuz I love me a pretzel. We went last week and the minute I walked in the worker said they were out of dough. How do you run out of dough when you are in a bread place? And still have 3 hours before you close. Every other time we have gone they have tried to give us old pretzels and slow service. The smoothies are watery and lack any flavor. The workers clearly lack any leadership or direction. They clearly need more training or at least the owner on site to help lead and guide them.
