I ordered a sweet almond pretzel with no butter and the staff was very rude. They saw me on my phone and they asked was I filming them and I said no. I then asked is there a problem what is the issue. The female employee said no. While you are staring at me, how about you go do your job. So we stared at each other. I should have gotten my money back and left.Then they didn't tell me I had to wait 7-8 minutes for my pretzel which was fine but then a staff member tried to tell me to sit down and wait and how long the wait was. I didn't want to sit down nor was I blocking anyone from ordering I was away from the counter. So I stood up. I was watching make my pretzel and they kept looking at me and whispering and looking at me again. I don't know what the issue is here but treating customers like this is not okay and I want to be contacted. I spent 7.31 on one pretzel. Anyone that spends their money on any item should be treated kindly. I still don't know what their issue was with me. It was a weird interaction and I didn't like it. I wasn't rude to them and I would like answers. I don't recommend this location. It was 3 employees including 1 older female and 1 male and 1 female. If you don't like your job or serving people then quit. But you don't control your customers. The pretzel isn't worth the money I paid along with the customer service. I also complained on their corporate site and I still have not been contacted. DONT EAT HERE. read more

This is my second time this week to go to auntie aunt for pretzel. The first time the pretzel was burnt and dried. It was early in the day and during the weekday. My second time, the pretzel was not burnt and tastes pretty good. This time was during the end of the day on Friday. Service is quick. The line is not as long either. read more

I'm sure most of us know Auntie Anne's, that pretzel joint in the mall which you can smell a mile away. While slightly pricey, the pretzels are just awesome buttery deliciousness. But I must disagree with the previous reviewer. I tried a pretzel dog on a whim and OH MY GOD. First bite was an instant mouth-gasm. That buttery, slightly-crispy pretzel layer combined with the juicy hot dog...absolutely amazing. You will savor every bite (which won't be that many). Everyone must try this once. Here at the Galleria to get my chains fixed decided to stop by to pretzel since next door. The cashier didn't notice me so I spoke first ordered my garlic and parmesan pretzel, she was very respectful and kind tho. "Wow...this was just another terrible experience at the Galleria.." This is what I was thinking when I walked away from this terrible pretzel shop at the Galleria. Don't get me started on how awful the Galleria is, but at least I thought I could get a tasty treat while I was there. I am a very cheery person, so I walked up all smiles as I was about to get a soft hot pretzel. The girl I spoke with at the counter seemed totally annoyed and uninterested in working. She would barely communicate and acted like she couldn't understand what I was saying. I showed her my buy one/get one coupon and she read it wrong and overcharged me for my second pretzel. I was too annoyed to correct her so I just paid for it and gathered my things. Then, some random guy walked up and she smiled and started talking to him like she was having a great time. I was left wondering what I did to have to endure her "anti-social" side. I walked away and sat down at a nearby bench to observe. Well, I was able to figure out the problem. The girl was more than happy to talk to some of the patrons, but others were treated with a sullen and bleak attitude. The reason was very evident and I watched happen multiple times. I don't really feel like starting an argument on Yelp about why, but it seemed I was just not the type of person she felt she needed to be professional to. That's just fine with me, and I will return the favor by avoiding Auntie Anne's from now on. Sad...the pretzels were so tasty. read more

Yum yum! I love these soft pretzels. The cinnamon sugar is really good, and so is the jalapeno (try it with the sweet mustard dip. You'll thank me later). The lemonade is good, too. Everytime I go to this Auntie Anne's near Dillard's at the St. Louis Galleria, it's all about the drama. I waited in line for 15 minutes today for absolutely no good reason, and, every worker there (manager included) is inept and incompetent. There weren't any napkins--not even the manager knew where they were. Three weeks ago, the girl working at the counter "forgot" to make the mini dogs I ordered--that's 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back. Avoid this location if you can! read more

The pretzels here are so good, omg. Always warm fresh and yummy. Every time I go I get the unsalted nuggets and at least two different dips. The cashier will remind you to scan your rewards app in case you forget when u get to the register because you're too busy being enticed by the smell of the yummy pretzels. They also have a free water fountain nearby in case you get hirsty but can't grab one of their lemonade mixers. read more

Great customer service isn't typically the first thing that comes to mind when buying mall food, but the Dillard's location inside the galleria blew me away today. Both employees were friendly, helpful and efficient. One less reason to feel guilty about indulging in the greasy, salty goodness. Had a horrible experience at Auntie Anne's today at Galleria Mall by Macy's- Brentwood Missouri. There were 7 people working; I specifically counted as I pondered what the heck was going on. What they were doing was unclear. I was told it would be a 10 min wait for a pretzel dog. I waited and waited, and waited some more. Finally I re-approached the counter, and another worker noticed me and asked what I was waiting for. I told him a pretzel dog and he said, " Oh, that will be about 10 min." I told him I had already waited to 10 min.; actually closer to 15. I asked for my money back. While waiting for my money, the customer in front of me was also asking for her money back because her order had been mixed up. This was at 12:30 on a Sunday, with a handful of people at the mall. I don't get it. How hard can it be to roll a hot dog in some dough and put in an oven. I would have rated this a 0 if the option was there. Terrible. read more
