My half pound sandwich was perfectly assembled and the roast beef tasted juicy and delicious. The fries were also hot, and crisped well. I have no complaints and everything went well today.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER This is not the first time I have…read moreexperienced discrimination at this location, but this was the first time it involved my service dog. The manager claimed that, based solely on our appearance, we did not have a disability or medical condition. He insisted that he knew the law, but it was clear that he did not understand the legal rights of individuals with service dogs. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), businesses cannot refuse entry simply because they doubt a person's disability or demand that they disclose a medical condition. If it is not obvious that a dog is a service animal, staff are only permitted to ask two questions: whether the dog is required because of a disability and what work or task the dog has been trained to perform. Throughout the entire incident, my service dog remained calm, well-behaved, and under control at all times. He posed no threat, caused no disturbance, and did not interfere with anyone. Despite this, we were treated unfairly and discriminated against because of misconceptions about disabilities and service animals.
