If you want a quick snack that you can eat without stopping to sit, a hot pretzel is the way to go! Their pretzels are really sweet and topped with loads of butter. That is appealing to most, but I'm the odd gal out on this one. I order mine naked and then ask them to put just a tiny bit of butter and salt on top. They always accommodate, which I appreciate. And since it's a special order, I receive it hot out of the oven. Score! For those that like accoutrements and flavors, they have cheese sauce and mustard. There were flies flying around inside and outside the shop. It was nuts. We ordered a flavored pretzel and they under seasoned the pretzel. But my sister asked for more and the worker added more. We also ordered one of the premade pretzels from the display and there was a hair embedded in the pretzel. We obviously asked for another right on the spot. read more

My opinion on pretzels is my same opinion on bagels. GIVE ME THE CHEESE! Why charge me extra for a part of the item that for MANY years has been provided for free? Why charge me extra for sauce? $0.60 for cheese? I mean come on. Prices on these pretzels are ridiculous in the first place. I will say, this location is exceptionally busy, but the staff was able to keep up which is something I have to give HUGE props to. read more

This branch is located inside the Woodburn Premium Outlet Center in Woodburn, Oregon. There are not many food options at this outlet. So we decided to just buy pretzels here for a light lunch (snack). She chose the Almond pretzel, and I had the Cinnamon Sugar pretzel. She liked her choice. As always, I enjoyed the Cinnamon Sugar. It is consistently good at any Auntie Annes branch that I have ever tried. Their lemonade is wonderful for washing down the pretzels. Overall, we had a good 3 star visit. If the service was good, I would have given them 4 stars. There were 3 employees there, and no other customers besides us. Still took them almost 5 minutes to acknowledge our prescence. Went in very excited as this is typically my favorite pretzel spot. But for some reason the employees had no sense of customer service. Came in saying hello the moment I walked in to be greeted with a slight shrugged hey and when asked questions about their products they answer as if I'm the inconvenience. [-] The service I received was fast, but not very personable. When I went to the register, she asked us what we ordered and told us the price. Took my card and gave me my credit card reciept. I did not get the register itemized receipt nor a greeting from the cashier. I did not like the customer service at all. I like the pretzels here, but they aren't the best I've ever had, I like the prices here, but they aren't the lowest I could imagine either. All in all I would say that this place is good, and urge you to give them a try. However, I would also point out that there are other, better places you could go. This place was very busy when I was here. But I still got in quick and got my pretzel and got out. Service was good and the pretzel was nice and hot and fresh. Although, I don't know what it is, but something about Auntie Anne's pretzels have a weird, almost bitter flavor to them. I'm not sure if it's the oil they use or what. It's kinda subtle and I doubt most people would notice it, but I do and I've tasted it at two different Auntie Anne's. It's not so bad to make me dislike them, but it's where I prefer other places over Auntie Anne's unless I have a really good coupon like a BOGO. read more

The food at this location was standard for the chain. Nothing special. The service on the other hand.... abysmal. The cashier was unable to correctly complete my transaction and failed to correctly fill my order. On top of this, the sheer amount of flies in the store grossed me out. Management is so rude, elderly couple was behind me as I was walking in to the store. I held the door open for not more than 3 seconds and the manager rudely said close the door with a tone similar to an upset parent. The pretzel Was good but my frozen leonande was watery and not fully frozen as if they just poured a new batch in. Also unlike other location they only have one flavor that is frozen. read more

Horrible service. Matt asked us to leave when I was adding mustard to my cup. He said that a crowd was coming in. Which is an outrageous lie. One new woman walked in and was gone in a second. It's horrible that the employees lack such basic good customer service. read more

Went to Auntie Anne's on 8/9/13. First time I'd even been to one of these places. First off there were FLIES everywhere and a ton of them on the ceiling. Not very appealing. The prices were really expensive for the small pretzel and the dips were not worth an extra 60 cents. One girl was cutting pretzel dough while another girl was sweeping the floor - not very appealing either. So I ordered a Garlic Pretzel with salt. The clerk picked up a pretzel put it in a bag and handed it to me. My sister ordered a plain pretzel without salt. The clerk said she'd have to go get one and walked away but then came back with a pretzel in the bag. We didn't get drinks cuz they were too expensive. We sat on a bench in the Woodburn Mall to eat our pretzels. I'd had about two bites and told my sister "This doesn't taste very garlicy!" She replied, "I think I have a garlic pretzel!" Sure enough, we each had the wrong pretzel so we switched. I recently saw the original owner of Auntie Anne's on TV the other night. She'd become a millionaire by selling her company. Why people would pay this amount of money for a piece of "dough" amazes me. But as we sat eating our pretzels, many, many people went into the tiny store and came out with food and drink. I would NEVER go back to this store. And I probably would never go to any other Auntie Anne's now that I know the value of what you pay for. I got an almond pretzel, and half of it was burnt at the bottom. All I could taste was the burnt smell. The guy said if I eat 75% of it, I can't do anything. And I only had maybe half. He looked at me as if I'm about to throw a big fit, and was being extremely rude. My point is as long as they burnt 25% of it, it's okay? No, pretzel should be cooked thorough nicely. I've never dealt with this before and I'm disappointed. I like auntie Anne's a lot, but this place is by far the worse. I also noticed that the pretzel are extremely small and uneven compare to the places I've been to. Clearly, whoever makes it is not very pro at this. Also, I saw the mini pretzel dog being burnt at the bottom to, giving to another costumer. That is not okay. Keep in mind, I was being nice about it. And even bought another one for my sister. And clearly, this one was not burnt. But they claim that "they all looked like that". The manager better do something about the operation of this place cause you lack the number one rule of customer service which is to satisfied the costumer. read more
