Pizza was perfect and crispy enjoyed every bite and my kids loved it! Definitely will be coming more often

Sooo 7/27 bad storm happened. Expected a long wait time. I call in at 7 ask can I place an order. Girl says I mean I guess but we close at 9pm. So I ask again are you saying you're no longer taking orders or what are you saying. She said I'm saying we close at 9. I said please answering the question with a yes or no are you taking orders? I went round and round with this girl for 7 minutes and still didn't receive an answer. Please get people with better customer service. They already be high half the time at least communicate effectively read more

I am native to the area Wood often come back when I was in high school. I just recently tried to place an order and the staff answered told me that there are no drivers available today during business hours so I asked for the number to the other locations they refuse to provide as well as the manager's information, and the customer service associate would not provide their name very unprofessional would not recommend there's no telling what they could possibly be doing to the food considering the level of customer service they have over the phone very poor read more

This is supposed to be an Italian Beef with red sauce & mozzarella. After having to return to this location to get the corrected sandwich because the first one was just some dry beef laying in a bun. This was about a third of the sandwich that was left. It had maybe one good slice of beef remaining. No cheese in sight. Almost $11.00 for this??? I have lived in this area my whole life & gone to this location( Crete, Il) for decades. What a big disappointment. We're trying to do our part by supporting local businesses but our hard earned money deserves mutual respect. We'll probably still give them our business but our visits will probably be fewer & farther between. Perhaps some retraining is needed. Papa Joe would not be happy. read more

One of my favorite pizzas! Always consistent in quality and friendly customer service. Plenty of ingredients; flavorful sausage and sauce. Cheese right up to the crust gives it a unique taste. I usually order more than I need so I can freeze left overs. Taste great fresh and even cold the next day. 10 stars! read more

This is the worst Aurelio's I've been to. Apparently they don't take discover cards and the guy at the front desk would just tell me it declined and wouldn't hand me my card back. He kept putting it on the counter. My order was wrong as well, I asked and even paid for half pepperoni and I'm here eating it after cooking it and no pepperoni. read more

I love Aurelio's but this location has horrible customer service and the manager is very disrespectful. I had a pizza delivered it took over an hour my expected delivery time was 45 minutes to an hour in my pizza was cold when it arrived I called to speak to the manager about it and she said that the only thing she can do was give me free delivery on my next order and she was very snappy I will never be ordering from this location again and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!. Definitely delicious pizza! My favorite (and the only one I've ever tried in nearly two decades) is thin crust cheese. Why mess with perfection?!? The saltiness of the herbed cheese pairs so well with the sweet sauce and light crust. I love Aurelio's, so I'll start with that. Was working a mile away and this Aurelio's popped up on yelp, so awesome, I can order my favorite pizza from here. Long story short... Ordered at 1050am and was told hour 15 to hour 30, no problem. Call at 1pm to see what's going on and was told they only have one driver and he's taking ridiculously long to get back from his deliveries and that my pizza was just now coming out of the oven. So I asked how long before I can get it, was told another half he. Asked if theirs anything Aurelio's can do about it since it's already been 2 hrs, they offered to take off 30% because the computer system doesn't go higher (I asked to get half off for the delay) I didn't get my pizza until 215, when the pizza guy called, waited 3 mins n left because I didn't answer n cancelled my order. ( I'm working so I wasn't right there to just answer... But I was regularly checking on it. So I call pizza guy back n he's gets mad he has to turn around.... Gets by the gate a few mins later n tells me I have to call n pay for the pizza. Needless to say, I waited almost 3.5 hrs for a pizza that was 1.5 hrs old n drying up with no sincerity from this Aurelio's read more

I stood staring at the crusty, hours old mashed potatoes and gravy with a thick film covering on top and my stomach turned. A security guard read my mind and said "scary, isn't it?" and walked away. My dinner options were looking very bleak until a resident piped up with a brilliant idea of Aurelio's, specifically a hamburger pizza. Crushed because Aurelio's did not have a hamburger pizza on the menu, the resident called and was offered the ground beef pizza, its equivalent. The pizza arrived at the hospital promptly, within 35 minutes and we were quick to chow down. The pie is thin, with a slight char taste in the crust which I appreciate. The tomato sauce is sweet and the beef complimented the pizza. On the whole, the pizza saved my taste buds from an assault by a tasteless, stomach-churning hospital meal. Had unexpected visit from family from out of town. Met up at Park Forest American Legion. At about 8:30 we ordered a Fiesta pizza, with half, ham, sausage and pepperoni. Didn't think much of it that they didn't ask for a phone number (caller ID). My son went to pick up the pizza and was told they didn't have ham, only Canadian bacon. We approved the change. Even tho my Son would be waiting an additional twenty minutes. Then, a few minutes later, my Son was told that they were closing and couldn't make our pizza. What?? My Son had to scramble to find a place to make us a pizza. Wasn't too hard. Arrenello's in Glenwood was open and the pizza was ready when my Son got there. What kind of business turns away a customer? I guess getting home was more important. They did offer us a credit for the following day, when my family would be returning to Michigan. This place is interesting to say the least. The different levels, rooms and ambiance...you don't really know how big it is until you get in! The food was delicious as was to be expected when you walk in and smell the aromas. My husband is from here so this is his go to pizza place. We had toasted ravioli-not frozen-major plus!!! and pizza of course! I enjoy the thin crispy crust vs the other deep dish options elsewhere. It's an icon and well deserved. read more

I don't know of any other location that does this (maybe I'm just kept in the dark!) but you can go in between 11am-3pm and get, with no wait, slices of sausage, pepperoni, or cheese thin crust. It costs about $6 for two slices. No, they're not huge slices, but considering what a thin crust costs here, it is WELL worth it. read more

We should be able to give negative stars. It's been 2.5 hours since I placed my order and still no pizza. Call to find out what's going on and they have no idea because the driver won't answer his phone. BUT they're wiling to take $5 off my order if he ever shows up with the food. Awesome. Don't ever go here! Waited over a half an hour for ONE SLICE OF PIZZA! This place is filled with people who don't want to work at all. I was offer no form of compensation for the terrible service I received. In fact, the lady working behind the counter even made jokes about the fact that I was waiting such a long time for one simple piece of sausage pizza. read more

I have always enjoyed Aurelia ' s Pizza in Bourbonnais and was so happy to find on within walking distance from my house further north. It is only a take out location but I could still order what i love! Only issue - maybe be small to some is when I picked up my order in the convenient drive thru window is they called me by a completely different name EVEN though she had my order ticket in front of her. Pizza overall is usually good sometimes a Lil salty like all Aurelous. Great customer service never had a problem over the phone or walk in great lunch special. Only thing I that's stopping from me getting them 5 stars is they be a Lil short on the fries for 3.50 think there should be a bigger basket. Let me start by saying that Aurelio's is my favorite pizza. I've never tried this location before but I stopped in when I was driving by for a slice. Pizza was good but packaging was horrible. They stacked two slices on top of each other while they were hot and put them on a paper plate. Terrible idea! Isn't Aurelio's a franchise and don't they have some standard for how they package there food? read more

This location may be take out only but it is still excellent. The pizza is just as good as the homewood location. No spot for dine-in, but if you know ahead of time then you can plan for it. Still has the best pizza in town, period! read more
