I got another professional on video showing that the issue was Ben's mistake in using the wrong part on a water value, and had to take him to court. I won small claims for thousands of dollars but Ben did not show up and has ignored his legal obligation to pay the claim. Do NOT hire this guy. If you must, I suggest you ask to see his license because I am pretty sure he doesn't have one. I've seen other positive reviews so I'm sure Ben has good days where he does good work, but be warned that if something goes wrong and its his fault, he will run for the hills and leave you high and dry. We were told the parts didn't fit. Um, what? I texted Russ to ask and he said "What you need are these parts." Sent the same pictures. I told him that's what I ordered. He said they're wrong. I said what do I need? He never replied... They weren't very interested in actually helping me and I wasted time and money on the wrong parts.
