$200 disappointment!!!! Appetizers started out great. Ordered 3 large filets medium. All 3 came out rare. After sending the steaks back they returned, after all the sides were finished and everyone else was done eating. See the pic below of how the steak was returned to us. Looks rare.

Excellent meal and positive experience. Well lit restaurant with full bar and mostly booths. Quick and friendly service. Nice draft line and drink menu. The seared tuna appetizer was great. Both fried fish and broiled roughy were fresh and tasty. Enjoyed the potatoes wedges, rice, and vegetable. Good coleslaw.

When you don't want to go to a regular chain and get a break from the regular, try Austin's. The people are nice. It has a fun eclectic atmosphere. The steaks are good, but there is a lot to choose from. The wait staff are great with their recommendations. I was lucky enough to have Karen, and she helped me make my night even better. I have sat at the bar before and he is personable and happy to see you. Come try something different. Try out Austin's.

Supremely pleased with my Tuesday evening dining experience. The staff was accommodating and attentive. My friend and I shared a shrimp cocktail. Very fresh and colossal in size the cocktail sauce was perfect. I had a house salad with the house dressing. Creamy Garlic lime with crumbled blue cheese, it was very tasty. The NY Strip is on special on Tuesdays so my friend added a 4 oz tail. His dish was prepared perfectly and delicious. I went with the Petite Filet and it was prepared perfectly in all its aged perfection. What a great overall experience. It's been 10 years or more since I've dined there and I sure am glad for yelp because it was a yelp search that reminded me it was there. They've been in business for over twenty years, the owner assured me they are fine in the midst of this Covid crises. Enjoy Austin's people, they got it right!

The facility is far bigger than I thought it would be. They have a central restaurant with multiple party centers on either side. It's a really BIG facility. New, modern, and quite attractive. With plenty of convenient parking. The wall of the restaurant that faces Cleveland Hopkins Airport is all glass. It affords you quite an impressive view of the airport and the planes landing. The staff we met was pleasant and efficient. Our server, Mina, did an excellent job all night. If there was a weak point, it would be the food. It was not bad (I'm trying to be kind); it was just uninspired, limited, and not really well prepared. Because they do not offer bread for the table our only option was to order the "Soft Pretzel". It arrived badly overcooked, crunchy not soft, and even boardering on burnt. The charcuterie board was OK, but uninspired. I ordered the "Lemon Chicken" which was a full half chicken in a reasonably good sauce. But the meat was dry and it came only with brussel sprouts (yuk!). My wife had the "Walleye" which she simply said was "okay"... oh well. Our guests weren't any more impressed than we were. I will say our coffee and "Pot de Creme" were very good... thank goodness. All in all, our overall experience was "meh"... just "meh". Sorry - really probably should be 3.5

Celebrating our 14th wedding anniversary called for something simple, yet memorable--and The…read moreAviator delivered exactly that. We dropped in for Happy Hour, looking for cocktails and a few bites, and were immediately struck by the well-appointed space. The runway views at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport added an unexpected layer of entertainment--watching planes take off and land while toasting 14 years of marital bliss felt like the perfect backdrop. We started strong with a French 75 and an Old Fashioned--both expertly crafted, but that Old Fashioned? Smooth, balanced, and memorable enough to set the tone for the entire evening. Wednesday happens to be Wing Day ($2 whole wings), and we took full advantage. We sampled Buffalo, Sweet & Tangy BBQ, Lemon Pepper Dry Rub, and the undeniable star of the show: Garlic Parmesan. Each had its own personality, but that Garlic Parmesan was simply elite. Service was impeccable--Emily was attentive without being intrusive, making sure our experience flowed as effortlessly as the cocktails. Speaking of which, round two brought a Cosmo alongside a repeat of that Old Fashioned...because when you find the right note, you stay in that key. For food, we shared the French Dip Baguette--shaved prime rib, provolone, horseradish aioli, and au jus done right--and paired it with the Mega Crunch Fries, elevated with sea salt, rosemary, and a light truffle oil drizzle. Simple menu items, executed with intention. We closed the evening the same way we began--together, with one final round of Old Fashioneds. A Happy Hour well spent. A celebration well honored. A 14-year journey still taking off.

I have also seen comments that it is too loud and that was not our experience at all. We sat at the two person booth on the wall right as you walked in and had no problems. Our waitress, Sarah, was phenomenal. We were celebrating our first night out alone after the birth of our daughter and she made our night very special. I enjoyed the martini and my husband enjoyed their wine list. Our server even had some recommendations based off what we were eating and she hit the nail on the head. Food: The standout- Garlic mashed potatoes and funny enough the homemade butter for the bread steak 10/10 my husband had it cooked medium and it was perfect Veal Parmesan 9/10 great although just a tad overcooked. Green beans 8/10 good flavor a little oily Tiramisu 10/10 Cheesecake 10/10 Skip: the calamari (it's very chewy and left something to be admired)

Bourbon peppercorn sauce paired perfectly, and the truffle butter was incredible. Tried the blackened scallops on our server's recommendation and they were phenomenal. Shoutout to our server Erin L. for being super attentive and taking great care of us. Definitely coming back soon.

I don't drink anymore, so seeing a non alcoholic drink section was nice to see. I was made aware that the base of the Aplos was very herbal and tart. The first one brought to me was very tart. Very, very tart. I was not a fan, my dad was going to drink it, our waitress: Deja noticed and offered to have it remade. I accepted, the bartender came out to drop it off and explained how she changed it up. She stood by me and waited until I tried it. A bit much, it was better. The tartness was only at the end for a brief moment. They didn't have a specific gluten free menu, but Deja did tell us what was naturally gluten free and/or could be modified. A lot of the food is made in house. A lot of it looked appealing, but they had gluten free noodles that were not made in house. So I went with a trusted filet mignon cooked medium. The demi glace was an excellent touch. The potatoes were pretty good. The broccolini wasn't what I was hoping for. My parents dishes were much larger. Leftovers were had and enjoyed on a second day. I would maybe try the short ribs next time we would go. The building is very rustic and decorative. The bathroom is upstairs; an elevator is present is needed. A very interesting place. Staff and kitchen very accommodating. The prices are high for the amount you're given. Would love some in house pasta that is gluten free with an in house sauce. I was there primarily for the company. Not my favorite spot. I would be willing to go again.

We arrived to be greeted by an exemplary young man serving as the valet. He was exceedingly pleasant and personable. I appreciated his marvelous attitude toward his job and our service. Shortly thereafter, a pleasant gentleman by the name of Ihab introduced himself as our server for the evening. He immediately filled our water, identified the various menus at the table, and took our drink orders. A while later our beverages arrived, he answered several questions and explained the evenings specials. I ordered the Grilled Avocado followed by Broiled Oysters "Rocco". My wife ordered the Potato Gnocchi with crab & lobster. We followed our meal with excellent coffee and a good Pot de Creme. In conclusion... the noise problem that so plagued us the first visit seemed to have been addressed. It was now more reasonable. Our server was a pleasant enough young man but he appeared spread thin. He was continually distracted by his many other tables. It was a bit inconvenient.
