I've left it here so you can see... when I purchased my car, they gave me a Due Bill (on Jan 9, 2026) for a part that needed to be replaced. Initially they said the part would probably be in the following week. Today is March 24th... after multiple attempts on my part to get the promised repair, it's still not fixed. I have contacted the dealership as well as Ike the owner... I began documenting our communications. At this point they are not acknowledging my attempts to reach them. I had problems getting my temporary tags when the permanent tags were not received. I started by interacting with them via phone because they were great when I bought the car... but they didn't follow through on what they said via phone. Now I insist on all communication being in writing. I suggest you do the same. Yes, I was very happy with the purchase process as I stated below, but after they got my money, their aftercare IS HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. I will NOT recommend them... at all! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am so very, very pleased with Regnum Auto Motors! I found them on line, found a car perfect for me and they made it happen... very easy process... Ana was amazing. We weren't able to get to the dealership before their posted closing time but they stayed late to accommodate us. Very very impressed with the whole team... the owner gave me his personal cell number and said not to hesitate contacting him if I needed anything.. he did however request I not call at 2am LOL I HIGHLY recommend Regnum! They are a car dealership I will not hesitate to refer friends & family to

I am an "on the go" type of person w/ an even more "frenzied" personality however, these gentleman bent over backwards to meet my every need (even in spite of my laundry list of items requiring extra attention). The dealer who performed my PPI indicated that the car was in great shape, and I was extremely impressed that my salesperson (Jake) recommended having the car checked by a dealer in the 1st place versus having it checked by "their guy". I appreciated their confidence in their product(s) & the "check up" totally backed that confidence up! I truly could not be more satisfied with this entire process. I would highly recommend Maximum Auto Outlet! Thank you.

Maximum Auto Dealership is inaccurate, incongruous and an untruthful car dealership. My friend and…read morehis wife, as well as I, have had nothing but terrible experiences from them, and the car that we bought there was not only a lemon, but in terrible condition, requiring repairs that will cost almost as much as they paid to buy the car. I've included the details below, and a picture of the estimate for those interested. Just be careful, bring the car to a mechanic YOU trust, and ultimately, I recommend you DON'T buy from them. They are UNTRUSTWORTHY and Unresponsive. I'll be happy to share texts, emails and other times that I've reached out to try and get them to help with the car. On January 10th, my friend and his wife bought a used Landrover Discovery, and once buying the car, signing up for an extended warranty, and being assured that the car was in good working order, they drove from Manassas to my store in Winchester, VA. Sheryl went to take one of our clientele to a local restaurant to get dinner, and upon getting back in the car and starting it back up, the car would not switch from Drive to Reverse. The Discovery had to be stopped, put in park, turned off completely and then turned back on again. This happened when she drove the ¼ mile back to the store as well. they immediately called the dealership and talked with our Sales Person, Jonathan, and he stated he would speak to the general manager. After several days, and several attempts to reach either the sales manager, or Jonathan, they finally agreed to have the car towed back to the dealership and take a look at it. After approximately a week they were called and told that the Land Rover was fine, and that they thoroughly tested the vehicle and could find nothing wrong with it. they went and got the vehicle back and drove home. they had it back for about a week and a half before the car started acting up again with error messages and driving hard. they left the car sit for about a week while they tried to get in contact with Anyone at the dealership with no luck. Sheryl and I finally took the car to a local mechanic that we know who refused to touch it do to all the error messages the car was coming back with when he tested the system. He immediately advised me to take it to a Land Rover dealership. Sheryl and I, again reached back out to your dealership with no response. Finally, they had the car towed to a Land Rover dealership.. After they took a look at the car, they came back with an estimate of over $9,000.00 for a vehicle that they paid $13,900.00 for. They stated that the fuel injectors were bad, the car was seriously leaking oil in various parts of the engine as well as other various issues. I have included the dealership's estimate for everything that is wrong with the car. The dealership even told me I should fight Maximum Auto, and their own tow truck company told me that what they did was wrong.

This dealership is ok. 1. the SUV I wanted was sold and going down the street when I got there and…read morethe second car I wanted was in the shop. Since we had rode 2 hours, I ended up purchasing another vehicle. 2.My 30-day tags ran out, and I had to keep calling them to see where they were and they informed me that the tags were there and I would have to pay $25 to get them sent in the mail or $50 for FED EX. My husband ended up riding up there to pick them up. 3. I brought my SUV 11/3/2025 for 24K, why is it still listed on their website right now 06/15/2026 for 19K and yes, it is my SUV I checked the VIN#'s. So, my SUV is still being sold for a cheaper price? If you want to get a car from here, I advise to just go to the lot and look around, DO NOT CALL they will tell you lies.

On Thursday, Apr 2, 26, I contacted the dealership regarding a 2016 Lexus LS 460 L listed at…read more$29,444. I communicated directly with a representative named "Jessica/Clarence," who confirmed in writing that the vehicle's current price was $29,444. I specifically asked about price discrepancies between listings, and I was reassured that $29,444 was the correct and current price. I also clearly stated that I would be traveling over 4 hours from North Carolina to view and test drive the vehicle. At no point was I informed of any conditions tied to the advertised price, such as residency requirements, financing requirements, military/veteran status, or other qualifications. Based on these representations, I made the 4+ hour trip to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was informed by a different salesperson that the actual price of the vehicle was approximately $38,000--over $8,000 higher than what had been quoted and confirmed prior to my visit. When I questioned this discrepancy, I was told that the advertised price only applied under certain conditions (Virginia residency, veteran status, or other criteria), none of which were disclosed to me beforehand. This information was only revealed after I had already made the significant trip to the dealership. Additionally, after refusing the inflated price, I was encouraged to consider other vehicles, which further suggests a bait-and-switch sales tactic. I believe this constitutes a deceptive and misleading business practice, as I was induced to travel a significant distance based on a price that the dealership had no intention of honoring under the circumstances.
