We stopped by because we had a serious chip in our windshield. First of all this company answers there phone and the staff is informative. We stopped by and made an appointment for the next day. The staff is professional. Our car was ready in an hour. They made sure we new how to take care of the windshield after we left and how to take care of any questions we may have in the future. They then called a few hours later to confirm the appointment and was told they would have to work on the car at a later time, but they still confirmed the appointment. I got everything set up so this could happen while I was travelling and was just told while I am across the country that my appointment has been cancelled. No apology. No remorse. Our windshield needed replaced. Auto Glass Now was on their preferred list so after a quote we went there. Shaun, Felipe and Eunice were amazing. They were on time and the new windshield, which required calibration because of the heads-up display looks great. I highly recommend them foe your auto glass needs. read more

I just had a very decent sized chip repair done here on my 2023 Crosstrek. It was actually two cracks in one but these guys were able to fix it up no problem!!! They did a great job! I also want to add that the two guys working here were so nice and had great personalities! Same with the woman working inside! Great place, great service, great price. They tried to send me to a different location for some odd reason and ended up calling them again and saying my claim doesnt exist eventhkugh I have the referral number from my insurance. These guys are the best. I'm not sure why they haven't been reviewed yet! Of course, my car was going down the freeway and was nailed by a pebble, cracking my windshield like a thawing pond. By the time I got it home, it had grown to over a foot long "L"-shape. I called AAA and they sent a guy from this company. My mom had gotten work done by them in past years and she has always been satisfied as well. The service guy came on time to my house, checked out my car and poor windshield, took off the broken one and replaced it with a shiny new one in 45 min. SCORE. Also he told me that my old windshield was missing a rubber strip, and that he had replaced that for me as well. He left me with a can of glass cleaner and told me to let the new windshield dry and not wash my car for a couple days. Side note: best glass cleaner EVER. It doesn't streak and cleans crud off glass easily. I use it all over my house, car, and mirrors. Definitely recommend them! read more

I bought a used Class C motorhome which had a large crack across the windshield. Part of the negotiating on the price was dependent on me replacing the windshield at my cost. I used several other company's estimators for a price and All Star by far was the best price. Drove there the next day and confirmed the price expecting to have to bring the motorhome there. Surprised when she told me the price would be the same with mobile service! WOW! They came the next morning right on time and in an hour a beautiful new crack-free windshield was completely installed. I was very impressed to say the least. Not a good start. I made an appointment for 1 pm and asked if I could drop my vehicle off at noon because I needed to arrange a ride. I was told "sure". I showed up at noon and there was no one in the office and was told "come back at 1, they're at lunch". Not a professional way to run a business. We'll see if they do a good job on the glass. My car dealer recommended All Star for a windshield replacement.. I called them in the late afternoon and they were able to be at my house first thing the next morning. Kelly was my installer, he called about 15 min before arriving and was there on time. His work was clean and top quality. I appreciated that he took a few minutes to point some things out to me. When he was done there was no mess from him and he gave clear instructions for the next day. The price was reasonable and didn't take too long. All Star Glass was recommended to me by Hyundai of Escondido and I was very impressed and pleased with their service! The driver's side window of my car was bashed in when I was parked at the beach and it was quite a mess! There was glass all over the front seats and the floors. I called All Start Glass that afternoon. They asked for the make and model of the car. They had to order the part and said they could have a mobile installer come out to repair it the following afternoon. I had to use my car the next day, so I put off the appointment until this morning. Kelly came out this morning - he called to let me know he was on his way and when he got here was very professional. He explained what he was going to do. There was a lot of broken glass pieces that had dropped down inside the window opening. I was interested to know how he was going to get it out, so he came and got me to show me and explain the process. He vacuumed up all of the glass and installed the window in less than an hour. The glass is a perfect match to the other windows and the window works just like it did before the break in. The Company was very friendly and professional, from the person who answered my call and arranged the service to the installer. I would definitely use them again (although hopefully I won't have occasion to!) read more

If you like paying full price for half the job, being talked down to on the phone and treated like a transaction instead of a person then you've found the right company! I called all star glass for a windshield and back glass install on my classic car. They quoted $185 if I supply the glass, seemed reasonable. The installers arrived, installed the back glass and started to leave. They said they weren't scheduled for the windshield and that I had to call the office if I wanted them to come back. I asked for the manager to call me and to her credit she did call. She said unfortunately the CSR didn't communicate the order properly and I would have to pay an additional $200 + (I don't remember the exact amount $210,maybe $215?) if I wanted them to return next week for the windshield because that is the going rate. Turns out it's not the going rate because Noble Glass in Vista came out same day, finished the job and only charged $100. I'll be leaving a nice review for Noble Glass next. read more
