I have used Viet for my car detailing services since 2022, when he was establishing his own shop. I initially brought three of my cars in for full paint correction and ceramic coating. While the shop has since changed its name, the quality of the work remains consistently high. What I appreciate about Viet is his commitment to quality. Even if you don't book a full packaged correction with him, he will still take his time on your car and make it excellent. I highly recommend his service. I had my matte black Mercedes G-Wagon ceramic-coated and detailed at Auto Image, and the results are incredible. Viet really knows how to work with matte paint -- the coating came out smooth, even, and clean without adding any unwanted shine. My G-Wagon looks better than ever. Lien did the interior detailing and she was so meticulous and thorough. She truly went above and beyond, and the inside of my car looks spotless and refreshed. For the level of work they did -- especially on a G-Wagon -- the price was excellent and very fair. Detailing and ceramic coating services were very thorough and reasonably priced. Viet took the time to take out all the nasty bugs stuck in my SUV grill and cleaning out dusty crevices after our long road trip to Texas. My car looked brand new inside out afterwards. Viet is very thorough. He is not the cheapest place to get a ceramic coat, but is well worth the money. He includes a lot of services in his packages. I had tons of fine scratches on the interior plastics and he removed them all as part of the package. Had tons of swirls and fine scratches on the quarter panel where the rain sheets off while driving and he was able to polish it all out. Kept me up to date with texts, which was a nice touch. He is quite busy, so plan ahead to make an appointment . 10/10 I would recommend. read more

At the appointment, Bradley was incredibly thoughtful - he listened closely to all the research I had done on products that met my requirements (maximizing privacy, enough light for plants, and heat rejection). He actually proposed a product that I was not aware of from Vista that met all our needs even better than any I had already found! Bradley measured up and sent out an estimate super quickly, and the price was great, especially for the premium Vista product. There was a slight hiccup when I discovered that the film he recommended might have a small amount of metal that might affect signal reception in the house (we live in an area with notoriously poor signal). Bradley instantly offered to do additional research with his distributor, and he got back to me the next day with additional information that put me at ease. Once we signed the proposal, we were scheduled for installation within a few days. The installation team couldn't have been nicer, more knowledgeable, neater, cleaner, or more efficient. The two of them took care of a large number of windows PLUS some extra windows with leftover film in less than 8 hours. Oh and they were great about making sure the front door was closed after they were told we have 3 cats - as a pet parent, this matters so much when you have work done in the house! We are thrilled with the result. No bubbles (even though we know they disappear as the film cures over multiple weeks) and we could feel the difference in heat transfer instantly. It's gonna be a much better summer because of the film. More dirt in the film became apparent. I think for the cost invested I rather keep the original. I felt automotive film had better heat reduction for some reason.

Got my ceramic coat and windows tinted. I couldn't be more impressed by the overall work. From start to finish, their attention to detail was on point.
