Of course, my luck struck and the convertible top stopped working today, which made accessing the rear window extremely difficult since it couldn't be put halfway down. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

Lesson learned you truly get what you pay for. This was my third time coming back to Signature Glass Tinting and once again they exceeded my expectations. They have a new location (at least new to me) which it seems they leveled up big time. Ryan and Reese provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured and even got me in sooner than I expected. I went with 20% XPEL XR Black on my 2026 Mercedes AMG GLE 53 to match my car and the tint looks incredible. The color blends almost perfectly with the OEM factory privacy glass giving the vehicle a clean, factory-installed appearance. One thing I really appreciate is their pricing. First time ever tinting my windows on a car, Especially my Tesla M3P. I originally wanted to go for…read more35% windshield and 5% all around, Leo kept warning me on how it would look nice, but could be really dark and cops would harass me. I did tell him I was stuck between 55% windshield and 15% all around or go with 35% windshield and 5% all around. I came back to check the car out after it was finished, I am very happy with the 55% windshield and 15% all around as that is already dark enough for privacy. For someone like me that drive a lot and drive at night time a lot - I will consider this a gray area for driving at night time. If I went with 35% windshield and 5% all around - I don't think i'd be as happy lol. That would be too dangerous at night time driving. I also got the head lights PPF (light smoke). Day one, due to moisture was scary to drive at night time. After day one was over, it looked phenomenal from the inside out... I was debating on changing the PPF head lights out for clear on day one, now that I am used to it and the moisture disappeared, I can see just fine at day and night. Only thing I can say about the cons, I noticed a little bit of glue left over on the side window. Besides that, they did a very good job and Leo don't mess around about his business, he is serious about getting the job done right.

I recently hit a loose car tire on the freeway which left some damage on my front bumper. The PPF came in clutch and protected most of my original car paint. Unfortunately, the impact did penetrate through some parts of the PPF and left residual scratch marks, however had I not had the PPF the damage would have been much worse and cost a lot more to fix. But because of the sheer volume of positive reviews on his business, I decided to give him a call. Boy am I glad I did. He beat out the competition by 20%! No negotiation needed for the great price. The tint he uses (Jonhson InsulatIR) is very comparable to these other brands (Xpel Prime XR, LLumar CTX, Rayno S7 and Geoshield C2). They're all in the ball park of Max IR rejection (mid-70% to mid-80%) and max TSER ~50% range, which translates to the amount of heat that doesn't get absorbed inside your car. I was impressed with the clarity from inside the car with the tint being as dark as LVT 20%. Lastly I want to mention what a phenomenal job Whally and Raul did on the tint job itself. I was a little scared when he gave me a rundown before he started the job of what to expect. He mentioned how there are going to be bubbles, it's unreasonable to expect a 100% perfect job, and the bubbles might look worse before it gets better, etc. I had to tell my brain that Yelpers keep it real and there's no way he would get this many positive reviews if he did a subpar job.
