Charged me $69 for onboard diagnostics (took them at most 15 minutes). They could've used a half-hour to install a fuel filter I brought with me. I would've been a satisfied, and repeat, customer. And it would've taken them less than 1 hour total. $69 for one hour of easy auto work seems very reasonable to me. Instead, they refused to do some work at the price the owner told me over the phone, and they quoted me 3 hours for a job other shops told me was a 2-hour job. A company interested in repeat customers would stand by their word, and not try to extract the most money they could for the least amount of work. I won't be back, and neither should you. read more

Casey & the technicians at Auto Mastertech made my big $$ ticket timing belt service a GREAT experience! Not only were they already VERY familiar with my make & model vehicle but they used factory parts. Dealer wanted $1279 for the service. Casey quoted & delivered a bill for only $800! My VERY labor intensive timing service was done in a very timely manner, professionally, & saved me at least $479 using Toyota factory parts!!! If you are in the Lawrenceville, or surrounding area (was worth the drive from Buford), you need to visit Casey at Auto Mastertech. VERY reasonable maintenance & extensive service prices. It's easy to use a coupon at a oil pump in a box in some parking lot or a BIG $$$ BOX service chain, but Auto Mastertech baby's your car/truck & your wallet. Do yourself a favor & try them out. I took my car in September 2018, and I needed my engine changed. So I spoke with the attendant named Justin. I later found out he double charged me to put in an engine for a 97 Honda accord. Now it's my fault because I didn't call around I will admit it but I didn't expect him to rip me off and on top of that make me wait a whole week to get my car back. When I asked him how much The final price was he responded, already told you what the price was, and I explained to him that it was a week ago and I had a lot going on so tell it to me again. Of course he did but I thought that was very unprofessional and put a very bad taste in my mouth considering that I've seen confederate flags on his arms visibly showing in the workplace. So I would advise anybody make sure you call around before you go with this company they overcharge and a month later my check engine light was on and they did nothing to remedy the situation never get my business again. read more

Watch out for this place. They offer low emission cost to get your car in for false repair needs. They will say things are wrong with your car just to get an extra buck. Took the car to other shops that verified everything is good before visited to this place. Run! BEWARE! Go elsewhere. As for emissiom, they make you get out of your car and sit in the lobby for they can play with your car in the back where they think you can't see. read more
