From breaking parts…read moreduring the repair to charging me more than what the auto parts dealer has the parts listed for to misdiagnosing the CPU, and finally taking my battery which was recently replaced under warranty and putting an old battery you had on hand into my car and not giving me my battery back. My car died and the battery would only hold a 39 percent charge. I didn't know you never put my battery back into my car ( the one you said the auto parts store had over night to charge) and I had to purchase a new battery rather than have my battery which was less than 9 months old in the car and if it was defective it would have been replaced under warranty which is why I called and texted many times during the after noon but could not wait any longer and had to spend 300 dollars. You owe me at least 300 dollars plus a list of items..... Such as agreement to repair at my house: only to be asked to have it towed to yours- 150.00 Broken fax clutch and fax- 300 or so Over a week without a car for a job that has an 8 hour estimated time. Uber and rental car 550.00 Overcharging me for parts 300.00 And yes it was the crankshaft sensor that we texted you may be the issue ( while trying to help you figure out the reason it would not start) By the way it started prior to you working on it and had to be driven onto the tow truck

First off I wanna say that I liked how nice I was greeted when first visiting this shop.........but all changed shortly after that. 8/6/26 I went in to Felix Automotive to see if I could get my car looked at and was told he couldnt do it til Monday. so I went down dropped my car off on Monday 8/10/26 @10am and was told he couldnt get to it til the morning which would be Tuesday the 11th (today). At this point I left my car so he could do it first thing in the morning. So I called about my car at about 11am today 8/11/26 and was told he was pulling it in tothe shop right now to look at it. Called back to see what was going on around 2pm and was told the car would be done at 3pm. 3pm rolls around I call and was told he wont have it done til 4:30pm at which I said I cant have my car gone for another day cause I have work. At this point nobody has even looked at my car. So I talked to his daughter on the phone and I told her I needed the car for work I already missed today cause of not having my car. I jumped on the bus and went down to Felix Automotive and walked in, Larry asked if I needed the car and I said yes so I can get to work. I then asked if he has looked at it and he said no and told me S**T HAPPENS. At that point I asked if he cursed at all his customers and I got Larry in my face pointing at me with his finger. At this point I asked why he didnt call me and tell me he was busy and I could have took it somewhere else. I of course used the f word a few times but never towards Larry just in the frustration of the situation. Larry then went on to tell me F**K YOU with both his arms crossed like the old days. If you were busy you could have said you were busy not just leavy car there to sit. I would not recommend a place of buisness like this, if he will tell me FU, he will tell you FU also!
