Needed an oil change for 2018 Audi. Tired of dealer prices and constant upselling. Tried these guys and am super happy! Changed the oil for half of what dealer wanted. I brought our Benz here after the dealer (SoCal) said it needed all sorts of things totaling over $4,400. I bought a used car from a family member out of state. They checked out the car and found only one minor issue. They also did the 60,000 service (expensive) since it had not been done. They have a great text system that tells you what needs to be done, you get to authorize or decline and the. They start the work. The guys were very personable. I need a license plate on the front of the car since I live in CA. He checked for a part but it was $500. Rather than buying that, he suggested I do some searching for something cheaper. I took my son's 2012 X5 there when the check engine light came on. Talked with Shawn and he looked into it. Turns out there was some sensor that needed replacement, he also said that there were a couple of other items that I may want to have addressed in the coming months. Nothing urgent. So I let him know that I would be bringing it back in for routine servicing and if needed. We could get it done at that time. Appreciate the no nonsense approach to keeping my son's vehicle in good working order and the routine cadence to any repairs that might be needed in the future vs what some other places have tried to do. I've brought my BMW here several times for routine maintenance, battery, etc. This time it needed more than just routine maintenance (valve cover, brakes, oil change). Brett was helpful as always and the turnaround time was pretty quick. I dropped the car off on Monday and had it back by lunch Tuesday (pretty quick considering parts had to be ordered). The pricing definitely beats the dealership and appointment lead time is far less than BMW. If you have a German car that is out of warranty, I highly recommend coming here. read more

I took my Mini Cooper here to get a second opinion regarding a brake light and glad I got it looked at. The team at German Autowerks has worked on my vehicles for almost a decade. During that time, they've worked on 3 of my vehicles in the past and in about a month I'll be taking a 4th vehicle to them for its first service. They've been straightforward every single time. A few times I've been in a pinch and the guys were more than willing to accommodate me. The last vehicle I had, I was able to get 200,000+ miles on because of the excellent service and maintenance on the vehicle by Hans and his team. I no longer live in Clovis, but still make the trip from Southern California every 6-8 weeks so that my car can be serviced here. Yes, you read that correctly, I drive 6+ hours from Southern California to Central California just so I can get my car serviced here. They just can't be beat! I don't trust anyone else the way I trust these guys. I firmly believe that every car I've had that they've worked on has got more life because of their care and guidance.
