They go above and beyond to deliver excellence and this morning to my surprise I was given the VIP treatment by Ezekiel, he went over my Audi A4 and gave it a thorough check and touch up, a very personalized service which will be hard to forget. This gesture by him assured me that I have taken my business to the right outfit and me recommending them to my family and friends is justified. Horrible. Did not wipe dash. Did not wipe rear view mirror (still had smudge from a week ago). Did not vacuum under floor mats even though I got the gold service which includes mat shampoo. Used nasty air freshener even though I asked them not to. Never going here again. Don't waste your money. I drive a newer CRV and employees didn't see much tip potential so rushed it through, but I doubt they are capable of being thorough. I tipped $5 and regret every penny. Almost asked for it back once I got in. I told someone about it and he tried to start the vacuum by the exit and it didn't work. He acted frustrated and said he had to keep the line moving. These guys do a nice job. It's a full service car wash so no matter your needs they have it covered. They offer hand waxing, detailing, carpet shampooing or just a simple vacuum/wash/dry. First time customer today...but never coming back again. Got the interior detail ($150 value). Was not impressed with the shampoo at all but the rest of the services that came with the package made up for it. I was hoping for the shampoo to make a big difference but it seems like it didn't do much. You could still see dirt on the seats that should have easily came off with the shampoo. This place is terrible. When I got in my car after it was cleaned the console was still dirty. When I pointed it out, the employee (actually appeared to be the supervisor) apologized and quickly cleaned it. Ok. Then I noticed as I was driving that there was a huge streak of dust on the dashboard. Oh well. But when I got home I noticed that actually the area around the console had not been vacuumed and cleaned out at all. According to their guarantee I could have gone back and they would have fixed the problem but what a huge hassle. Once I started cleaning the area around the console I discovered that the area behind the front seats hadn't been vacuumed and inside the back doors had also been forgotten. So I looked in the back and no surprise saw that only the middle of the back had been vacuumed, along the sides it was still dirty. I should note that I take everything out of my car before I go to the car wash so that it's easier to clean. Also they weren't busy at all. There were only 4 cars there, 2 in front of me and 1 behind. Don't go here. read more

I have been coming for years to wash our car & truck. but today maybe my last time. John the manager was a rude man. Wore his American flag mask below his nose. Inside he had the radio on Gospel music. Since it is hot and I had to wait inside I asked if he could change station. His response was NO the system is down and I don't know how to change it. I said but it is not down as it is playing, could someone else do it for you? and he walked out. the wait for my car to be cleaned was maybe about 20 minutes since 5-6 other cars before me. When I got in my perfectly clean car I noticed my credit card was laying across the cup holder. I did not know it was missing. Irene at the vacuum station found it under the seat and put it in a place I would notice. This means that not only Irene, but every other person who worked on my car had access to the card. Honesty!!!!! That's what I value most in places where I do business. I called the manager to say thank you. He said they are so proud of all of their employees and their honesty. There isnt a difference between washes, i payed for "gold" . got exactly what a standard wash was, my carpets werent vaacuumed door(cupholders) is filthy and one of my windows was untouched.. the standard 25$ is basically running it thru a wash and drying with a few towels being handed off to eachother while they scratch paint/interior. this place is awful. i have to re clean my entire interior lol waste of time and money.. read more

I like these guys. They always do a little bit extra for me. I have a large black truck. I carry ladders, and I have rubber mats. The guys work around my ladders; get up on stop ladders to wipe down the top of my truck and the truck is checked by the lead man, Ezekiel after every wash before calling for me. He makes sure they wipe the rubber for me which is over and above. I watch this every time I go in. If there is something else I need I just ask as they walk me to my Truck, and it's done. I decided to do a membership, which costs me $49 a month because I need my truck washed weekly. Do the math. It is worth the $24 for a wash but with my membership I am paying about $12 each for my washes. I am happy and highly recommend the Auto Pride-Hand Car Wash. read more

I usually go to a cheaper car wash, and clean the inside myself. Today, I needed to get a better wash. So I decided to pay the money and get a Silver Level wash, which is the 'middle level'. I have not washed my car in a bit, because of the drought. I park under trees, and that means the birds use my car as their toilet!! That's one reason I wanted more than a 'basic' level cleaning. When my car was done, I went over, and could still see bird poop in quite a few places. I asked the guy if he could get the poop off. He said we really don't have time to do that..... he also suggested that I run my car through the wash again.... I didn't have time to do that....and he then told me that the Silver level is really the same as the basic. I realize your guys are on a time schedule....and have only a few minutes to do each car. $36 is a lot to pay for a sub-standard car wash. Took my car in and got the platinum package, expecting to have my car cleaned inside and out. I felt like they must have spent about 30 seconds vacuuming the interior because the interior was still filled with dog hair. Company seems more interested in selling monthly unlimited car wash subscriptions than actually cleaning their customers cars. Your business is bad and you should feel bad. read more

Slow as $&(#!. Got the unlimited package. 4 out of 5 visits have taken an hour or longer. My guess is bad staffing, which is probably a management issue. Today for example there was just one person vacumnnimg with 12 cars lined up. After about 20 minutes another person came out to vacumm and the first one disappeared. On the other side more of the same; few workers, cars stacked up, very little hustle. Review your management staff (if any) and remove any obsticles to a positive work environment. Then hire more staff with an eye toward dedication and efficiency. Going back to the place on Mendocino after this nonsense. read more

If I could have given 6 stars I would! The professionalism and customer service is top notch. I am here at least 4 times a week getting my car or truck washed. I tip them every time because even though I am a regular customer they treat me like it is my first time, and they make sure all the edges of the car are sparkling. I have been getting my car a full wax every 6 months as they recommend and my 2014 Yukon still looks brand new. I have a black paint job on my SUV and it's important to make sure it doesn't get those swirls and scratches, this place treats my car like royalty. When there are a lot of cars it can take about 35 minutes, but they usually have so much staff on hand that the cars are rolling out the door very timely. Otherwise the carwash can be as quick as 15 minutes without a line, and I am talking interior/exterior wash. They have many different options to choose from, bumpers and dash conditioned, shampoo the rug, complete detail, or the basic. Overall grade: A+ read more

I went here hoping for a thorough wash, paid extra to have both the interior/exterior dressings and the floor-mat shampoo. There were only about three other cars there at the time, yet it took them over 20 minutes to work over my van, which would have been fine if they had been using that time to thoroughly clean the vehicle. When I drove off & got onto the freeway (I live in Sebastopol) I realized the inside of the windshield had not been touched - there were spider-webs because I only get an interior wash about twice a year. So when I got home I cleaned it myself. That's when I realized that, even though they had shampooed the removable carpets, they had NOT vacuumed the floors of the van, nor had they done anything with the rear seats. So, I spent an extra 25 minutes shop-vacuuming the interior, and then wiping down the exterior because there were a bunch of spots that had been missed. It didn't look like the roof had been touched at all. Why did I spend all that extra money for full dressing on my vehicle? I work two jobs, one full-time and one part-time, I could wash it myself but I wanted someone else to do the job. I doubt I'll be going back to this car wash in the future. read more

I have been going to Mission hand car wash for almost 20 years. Sadly they have gone downhill in the last five years! I am constantly having to correct the car wash job done due to grease smudge spots on my car that were not there when I took it in!! The only reason I am giving this business one star is because they did offer a rewash. I have included pictures of the horrible job that they did! These pictures were after the second time that they washed it. For $31.99 I would expect more! They claim that the dog hair was stuck I. The fabric and they could not get it out, I came home and vacuumed with my Dyson and had no issues removing the hair. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! I have gone to several car washes in Santa Rosa and Sonoma county always looking for that"good car wash" where they actually clean the car and even if they clean it there's always something missing, if it's not the windows it's the least etc. This time it was different Jose and Gabet explained the timing for the detail job and what I wanted to have done. once I picked up my car I was open to the office but wasn't expecting such awesome job this really was an outstanding outcome. Carpets were taken care of, leather was well cleaned everything wiped down and shiny all the way to the outside with the plastic molds etc. I couldn't be any happier with the service. Well this is how it went. Wife's birthday and she wanted her highlander really detailed. So I called and they bring it in 300$.. sure great drove it down they didn't want to make a reservation, they said it wasn't necessary. Dropped it off they called picked it up. When I got there there 3 + others that were picking there's up also. Dark. Got home and checked it out the next morning, Oh lord not good, dash had weird oil all over it matts where wet and wax all over exterior. I called I was hot. Very good response they didn't try to fight me on it, they said bring it back. I did. Supervisor Pepe, was concerned and said they would fix it. Picked it back up 5 hours later. It's perfect. This is what I think I know. No reservations means they say yes and hopefully there staffed for it. I really think my car got about 1 hrs attention on first go round. For 300$ I expected 5 or so hours of detail work. Maybe a tip. Don bring car in on the first day of long expected dry spell, they were slammed. Bring it in on a rain day because they will re wash it within 48 hour of rain. I think car will get much more attention. Yesterday 3/6/20 I again took my2013 F150 FX4 Top of the line and have taken very good care of, To get washed ,vac'd , The $50.00 job and 1st the attendant asked me some questions as to if I wanted things that were clearly listed on the $50.00 dollar job ,such as air freshener, wheel shine, Ect. And I pointed to the signs menu and said well aren't they included in that price, to which just keep' d asking if I wanted more and just told him do what is on the $50.00 job menu with only one exception to Not touch the inside of windshield with a towel because I'm Anal about the "film" it leaves and is very hard to clean it off , so just leave the inside windshield alone, and he asked me again if I wanted Extras even though they where on the list tiring to "upsell" and I get that ...But said, do just what I'm paying for (he spoke and understood English very well ), handed me my bill and I went in and payed, And had pleasant conversation with the Casher (Who if I was her employer she's a very good promotion of the business) any way , I was waiting for less than 25 minutes, when another employee came in to ask me AGAIN if I wanted the things on the menu, I repeated the same instruction as before, thinking good customer communication as far as the inside windshield, about 5 minutes later it was ready... I tip Well as I get ikt, its hard work and is why I go there...had to have them clean the floor matt and re vacuum the carpet and remove the dust from the dash and instrument cluster as it was not even touch' d...I said to the attendant "NO Bueno" reclean please Holding up what little customers they had , I even had the gut behind me look at the unclean cab to see if I might be being to picky and asked him if I could review his truck to compare to which he replied Did you pay to get it vac'd and cleaned , ands I told which option I chose and he agreed completely with me, Now I was going to tip him $20 bucks, But even after they Vac'd and recleaned it , It was still not cleaned , dust on the dash cluster Ect, I just went in and told the Casher and she Exclaimed "not acceptable"... just gave the attendant the10 bucks, piss'd.. my 8 year old grandson could have done a better job! To bad great location with lazy worker's... this was my third attempt to give them my business...And normally use Mendo. car wash, So for our sake who don't have time to wait so long to wash a car, I HOPE THEY GET IT TOGATHER as I like a clean car "PRIDE"...I drive from Cloverdale...maybe I'll start a car wash in Cloverdale as all we have is a dilapidated self wash that costs way to much, as is Wyans in Healdsburg, Although even though it only offers a semi automatic drive though ,it will still wash's off the bumper bugs...Please get it together "Auto Pride" I'll give one more try!
