They will leave screwdrivers in your engine, damage your dipstick and to top it all off, the splash guard was not placed back. This has been reported to Management and corporate. Many, many, many calls later, and surprisingly, every time I call to speak to the manager he is never there. I need answers and I need my vehicle parts replaced as there was nothing wrong with my vehicle in the first place. I just took it for an oil change. 1. If this location is a training school, customers should be made aware and have service at their own risk. 2. If this location is stealing parts to sell on the side, maybe they should be investigated. Please be very careful! I dont want others going through what I went. Before I could make a decision, one of my rotors unfortunately snapped while driving, and I immediately called P&W. They ordered the parts the same day and had my car fixed within about 5 hours, replacing all four brake pads and all four rotors for around $1100. This seemed reasonable compared to the BMW dealership quote of $800 for just the rear brake pads alone. Dennis also did a thorough inspection, pointed out a few future issues to keep an eye on, and told me he'd keep everything noted in my file for when I'm ready to tackle those repairs. The team there was super communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place if you need repairs.

Even so, the wait wasn't too bad. Once a spot opened up, I was directed forward. The initial service was smooth. One of the male employees asked what service I needed, scanned my vehicle, checked all of the lights, and inspected the air filter. When it was my turn, another male employee checked the tire pressures. During that process, he removed all of my hubcaps. I was a little concerned about whether he would put it back properly, but I assumed everything would be checked before I leave. A female manager came over to review the information on their system, but I didn't notice a final walk-around inspection of my vehicle. Overall service took about 30 minutes. However, when I got home and checked my wheels, I found that the hubcaps had not been reinstalled correctly, just as I had suspected. Overall, the service was efficient, but I wish more attention had been paid to the small details and the final quality check. Those details make a big difference in the overall customer experience.

The problem I was having is when I changed the engine oil by accident the O ring seal I didn't placed it wrong and splash oil all over the engine compartment. I though it was something serious and they look into it it was jut the O ring that got replaced. They didn't charge me anything. I left them a good tip. They're honest and fast.
