I saw this business on Groupon and called to see what they recommended for my brakes. Also asked if they wanted me to pay direct or purchase the Groupon and they said either would work but I should wait until they inspect if or which I needed. They were truthful with price and time it would take. They also helped me figure out why my car was overheating, my radiator fan didn't work when my friend said it was my compressor and I wasted my money buying and he still haven't installed, it wasn't that at all. Now I can sit in traffic without worrying about my car overheating and can use my AC again . I should've came here a looonngg time ago! Everyone was polite and it was very nice to be in and out and not have to wait an hour and a half. They also did it on the ground because my car has side foot rails that they didn't want to mess up. Mark, the owner, and his mechanics are amazing! They take your work schedule into consideration. I came in for a routine Full synthetic oil change with a Groupon deal. However, when they found something wrong with the car, they pointed it out to me right away. Mark gave me a very reasonable quote. When I informed him that I had to be back at work in 2 1/2 hours, he made sure that he put my car on priority. He even showed me the prices of the parts that he could order from different places. He was able to get me The most reasonably priced parts. Instead of the expected 3 hours to do the oil change, the repair to the damaged parts, & tire rotation, I was out of there in 1 1/2 hours!!! Note: If you're coming from Groupon, Groupon does not have their updated hours of operation. They close at 5pm M-F. Customer service: 5/5. I was running super late to my 4:30 appointment (last one they take for the day) and called in to see if they'd still take me in. I was fortunate enough to have them take me in at 4:45 and they were done with my oil change right at 5. I had a great conversation with the owner there. Super personable and friendly guy too! Price: 5/5. Using a Groupon, it only cost $42 for a full synthetic oil change. Amazingly cheap price and no up-selling of any kind. I'm someone who knows NOTHING about cars and he let me know that everything can wait until the next oil change. I was told at another establishment I needed to change my brakes soon but that wasn't even needed (phew!) Speed: 5/5. Faster than Valvoline. I was shocked that they finished in 15min.
