Extremely happy to have been referred to take my car to Kenneth at Funfzehn!! My car started experiencing some issues that involved the entire car to rattle and shake on the freeway (over 65 mph). I took it into the dealership to have it diagnosed and the service advisor listed several things that were either worn out or torn, and that my repairs would be couple thousand dollars at minimum. Not surprisingly, it's only been 2 1/2 years since I had a terrible experience and now I have been told that the oil filter housing and valve cover gasket are leaking AGAIN. Miles during this time have been quite low given it was a pandemic for 2 years but of course the warranty has expired and I need to replace 2 expensive parts that you supposedly fixed with quality parts and workmanship. Let's not forget that your business broke a different part on my car during a test drive and asked me to pay for it. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. It's a really cute shop so I looked up the reviews and decided to bring my Land Rover in for a 2nd opinion since the dealership had told me that my car needed to have some parts replaced. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Noel and then I was met by Kenny, the owner. I was really impressed with how modern and clean the lobby of the shop is. They have a cute coffee table and seating area where you can wait for service. This is not your run of the mill greasy, dingy mechanic shop we're all accustomed to. Kenny assured me that his shop could take a look at my car and give me an honest opinion. He said they work on all kinds of makes of cars, not just BMW's. After looking over my car, I got a call a few hours later and there only ended up being one minor issue that they felt needed attention. As the issue was minor, my cost was 1/2 of what the dealership had quoted. As a single mom, it's really difficult to find honest mechanic shops where you don't feel like your being taken advantage of but this place never once has treated me that way and all my interactions with Kenny and the rest of the techs has always been professional and respectful.
