    I'm in the market a new used car looking to buy within the next week or so, I've been on the hunt I like Toyotas and I am a big fan of the C-HR. I was super excited when I found this car, but calling the dealership took any joy out of the entire experience. I found a 2019 Toyota C-HR listed around $15.5k on Carfax and tracked it down to this dealership. I called in to ask a few basic questions before making the trip. From the start, the tone was off. I was told they were "very busy," which I understood and even offered to call back, but was told to continue anyway. I spoke with Chris, who came across as dismissive throughout the call. During the conversation, he asked where I was located. I provided both my city and zip code, and he responded with "no, I said city," even though I had already clearly given it. It felt unnecessarily rude and set the tone for the rest of the interaction. Throughout the call, he also spoke in a way that made it feel like he was doing me a favor by allowing me to purchase the car, rather than actually helping a potential customer. When I asked for an out-the-door price (a standard question as a serious buyer), I was quoted nearly $3,500 more than the listing and told they "don't like to give out-the-door prices" because those customers don't usually buy. I was also told they prioritize customers physically in front of them. As someone ready to purchase, I'm not willing to drive in without knowing if we're even close on price. The lack of transparency, combined with the tone of the conversation, made the experience feel unprofessional and not customer-focused. To be fair, the advertised pricing itself seems competitive compared to the market. However, the communication and unwillingness to provide clear numbers upfront made me decide to look elsewhere. I'd recommend others confirm full pricing and expectations before visiting.

    Purchased Used Car -- Major Failure After 8 Months, $7,600 Repair Needed I purchased a 2019 Honda Odyssey from Auto Republic, and only 8 months later the car suddenly slipped itself into neutral while I was driving on a freeway ramp with my family inside. We were nearly hit by a semi truck. After getting safely off the ramp, I contacted Auto Republic to see if they could help. I was told the vehicle wasn't under warranty. When I asked why no warranty was offered at purchase, they told me it was "probably because we financed through Schools First." Jimmy in the service department was polite and did try to help by offering a discounted labor rate and calling around for prices. However, repairs with them are ultimately too risky to do through the dealership, and we have to take the car elsewhere. The total cost to make the vehicle safe and drivable again is $7,600 or more --less than a year after purchase. Sharing this so future buyers know what to expect and can make an informed decision.

He takes the time to answer every question thoroughly and keeps me updated throughout the entire process--which, in my experience, is not always the standard elsewhere. That level of transparency and communication is something I really value. The rest of the team is equally professional and welcoming! It's clear the department is well run. This dealership told him that they couldn't help him because since he bought it at a Fletcher Jones, he had to go through a Fletcher Jones. He went to the Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Newport Beach and they told him that House of Imports could've very well helped us set up the app and that it didn't need to be a Fletcher Jones Mercedes to help with setting up the app. "They basically gave you the runaround," they said. "The process doesn't take too long maybe they just didn't want to help you." Cooooool. Thanks House of Imports! Unfortunately I don't remember who helped us or else i definitely would've added their name to this review because we love accountability! I guess if you want the "complete Mercedes experience" you have to go to a Fletcher Jones Mercedes, explains why Newport Beach Mercedes has better reviews than this one. I bought a used 2022 Toyota Corolla Hybrid from Toyota of Anaheim on 12/4/2025. It had to be towed back within 5 days and was out of service for 31 days. Toyota of Anaheim's own repair documents later showed wiring issues, corrosion/exposure concerns, replacement of a wiring harness and door module, and signs the right rear door had been worked on. These concerns were not reflected on the CARFAX provided at sale. The car failed again within 5 months with multiple warning lights and another major repair. They fixed the repairs and helped with rental, but that does not change the fact that the vehicle had major problems almost immediately. We requested a goodwill resolution. They declined repurchase, offered a trade-in/new purchase option, however STOPPED responding to our final written follow-up. Not even a polite decline, just completely ignored. I would strongly caution used car buyers to get an independent inspection before purchasing here and to pay the extra $$$$ for cancellation/buyback or you'll get stuck with a vehicle like us.

Patrick offered me an alternative, but it was the wrong color and packed with overpriced dealer extras I didn't want (including door edge guards). After I explained my preferences, he sent me a link to a perfect option arriving in about a month. I was elated and ready to drive 45 minutes just to put down a deposit. Then came the official quote. The base selling price--before any taxes or fees--was even higher than the over-accessorized alternative he had first pitched. When I told him I wasn't interested, Patrick actually tells me that the total was higher because of taxes and fees... as if I didn't know how buying a car works. This isn't my first vehicle; I am fully aware that taxes and registration are standard. The real issue was that they added over $1,500 in unwanted dealer add-ons (including "elite door cups/edge guards") into the pre-tax price. Patrick claims these extras are standard. So had I agreed to purchase the alternative vehicle that was being sold with edge guards, I'd also be acquiring "elite door cups"? Patrick then tried to justify the markup because RAV4s are so popular and "pre-sold before they even reach the lot." To me, it just felt like they were exploiting Toyota's high demand to take advantage of customers. I chose AutoNation specifically because of their "haggle-free" reputation. I didn't want to play games; I just wanted to pay a fair, transparent price. In fact, if that first alternative vehicle had been the right color, I would have bought it without a fight. I wasn't looking for discounts or freebies--just honesty. Dealing with Patrick at Autonation has reminded me just how annoying car buying can be. Do your research before coming here. Plenty of other dealerships have access to the exact same inventory without forcing you to pay for extras you don't want or need.

I was told my car wasn't ready and to wait. After waiting for 1.5 hours and noticing no other delivery customers around, I decided to stretch my legs and check the lot. To my shock, my car--complete with my name placard--had been sitting there ready the entire time. It was clear no one bothered to check or communicate. When I pointed this out to the advisor, there was not a single word of apology--just a careless "Oh? Yeah? Okay." While the lack of communication was annoying, what followed was a serious safety hazard and blatant disrespect. First, when inspecting the exterior, I found an open Exacto knife (flat blade) sitting right on top of the driver's side door. If that blade had fallen on me while opening the door, it could have caused a severe injury. When I pointed this out to a male service staff member, he didn't apologize; he simply grabbed it quickly and walked away to cover it up. I have photo evidence of this. Second, I noticed a significant panel alignment issue and a large gap on the door--wide enough to fit a finger through. When I raised this concern to the two service staff members on-site, their response was incredibly insulting. They literally told me: "It's because yours is a Standard Model. Yours is not premium. It's a completely different car." Are Tesla service employees trained to look down on customers based on the trim level they purchase? Implying that a customer should just "suck up" poor build quality and terrible panel gaps because they bought a Standard Model is completely unacceptable and discriminatory. This level of unprofessionalism has completely shattered my trust in Tesla. What was supposed to be an exciting and celebratory milestone of picking up a new car turned into a thoroughly miserable and insulting experience. Instead of joy, I left the delivery center with nothing but deep frustration and resentment.

The truck was never serviced either, needed an oil change, front brakes and alignment (small things that I can take care of anyways) Reached out to the dealership in good faith to see if they'd help in one way or another, wasn't expecting the repairs to get completed all by them but who knows.... I was referred to a shop for it to get checked out and they found nothing wrong with the transmission I guess, being so busy, I took time to see another person yet one month after their referral, the check engine light went on and boom, there indeed was a transmission issue. The dealership and 3 other shops all quoted total repairs at $4k to $6k in repairs, or more if I replace the transmission. Side note: Before I realized the issues in my truck, I did refer a friend to the place too and they noted that the cars they checked up on did seem like they needed maintenance too, again, small problems but something to note Can't say you all will have this experience but do carefully examine your vehicles, CAREFULLY, before signing those papers! This has been an EXPERIENCE in my books TWO stars instead of one, since I know the salesman and office staff there definitely deserve some credit I put this review on Google and Yelp since I feel it's important everyone hears me out on this honest review AND YES, I HAVE INVOICES AND RECEIPTS AND PROOF IF ANYONE DOUBTS THIS REVIEW.

On Friday, February 28, at around 7:00 PM, I went in to purchase a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport that was advertised for $38,060 (see photo). During negotiations, Mark insisted I had to purchase paint protection, LoJack, and several other add-ons totaling nearly $7,000. I declined multiple times, but he claimed the items were already included in the price -- something I later confirmed is not legal to force on a buyer. He refused to move from a price of about $45,000, despite the vehicle being listed around $38,000. I ultimately walked away. After leaving and doing some quick research, I returned to the dealership and informed him that mandatory add-ons are not allowed. At that point, he changed his story, saying the products were already installed on the vehicle, then provided yet another price including LoJack, claiming it was already in the car -- which did not appear to be true. In my opinion, this felt extremely dishonest and misleading, and the entire experience came across as very shady. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle here to carefully review pricing and question any forced add-ons.

They do NOT have any customer service or account agents that you can deal with. They sent me a letter to verify my car insurance. I followed all the instructions, and they denied my documentation but did not call me or tell me why. I have called many many times and had to go back and forth and do the same things. The only time they returned my call was when I did not make my car payment which is wild. I have tried over and over and over. This is the absolute worst company I have ever worked with!!! The website is a dinosaur that only accepts payments, doesnt allow document uploads, no agent is assigned that you can reach. When you have to verify anything you arent allowed to talk to that department. The worst year plus EVER. FINANCE WITH ANYONE ELSE!
