I was a bit skeptical going to a non franchise dealer. I'd never been to a non franchise dealer and I've seen many of these little mom and pop places come and go so fast with buyers having no recourse regarding the crap they had been sold. So, I was a bit skeptical going in, but I couldn't really find older (10+ years) Tacomas on a franchise lot, let alone with the color and options I wanted. So, I took a chance, and I was so glad I did. I'd called the day before I went down to make sure the truck was still there. While Tasha's phone skills leave a bit to be desired her people skills off the phone and in person make up for her poor performance on the phone. So, I can't see penalizing a star... perhaps she was busy while on the phone. Once I got there Jaxson took care of me the whole time. He even pulled cash out of his wallet to put more gas in the tank. They were fast but not pushy. I told them I had a deadline and that if we couldn't work something out in the time I had, I would walk on the deal. They made the deadline. The only other thing that is still kind of a wash was that they extremely low balled me on my trade in. I know they low balled me, They know they low balled me, but I wanted that truck and the price on the truck was right before I had even mentioned a trade in. I didn't want my old truck anymore, so I should be happy that somebody took it and knocked the price down on an already excellently priced newer truck. So, again, since I knew what was going on and I was getting the truck of my dreams how can I knock a star off for that? It's not like I was tricked. They need to make a profit too. I understand that. Excellent PS to this deal is that after I purchased this truck I took the truck to my trusted mechanic (I live about 75 miles away) thinking I was going to have to sink some more money into this truck (you know buying a used car is buying someone else's problem) but no. I had my garage go over everything on this truck and it was cherry. fluids were all brand new, maintenance had been taken care of. They sold me something nice and I couldn't be happier. I've been driving this truck around for 2 weeks, (purchased it on 3/23/15) freeway miles, city miles, bumpy dirt roads and it has taken everything I could throw at it. It's not going to be a primary vehicle but I gave it the test for two weeks and it passed beautifully. I would certainly recommend Autoworld to a friend. Thanks guys! read more

Auto World has helped restore my faith that good used car dealers do exist! When my husband and I stopped at Auto World, we were greeted by courteous staff members who were helpful, yet not overbearing. Once we found a used vehicle we liked, they allowed my husband to take the car to our own mechanic for a pre-sale mechanical inspection. We then agreed to a fair price for the vehicle and proceeded with the paperwork. Moe, the finance manager, and Jaxson, the owner, even helped us save over $800 by letting us know that our third-party lender was charging too high an interest rate. Although Auto World knew that they were not going to make any extra money from the financing, they referred us to another lender that quickly and easily processed our loan at a super-low interest rate. Due to the change of lenders, Auto World had to wait an extra couple of days to make the sale, but they were more than willing to do so in order to treat their customers honorably. I am very happy with my "new" used car. We will definitely plan to check out Auto World next time we go car-shopping, as well as recommend this dealer to friends and family! read more

I just wanted to say One thing to this dealer! BIGGEST Crook ever. My Husband and I wanted to buy a car. It's the BMW 335i coupe 70K priced for $15,995. We told the guy we will put down 2k. He said there's no way you will get this car for that down payment. No bank will give you that loan with your FICO SCORE 600. ( he said 600 at first) and when my husband asked what's the real score he NOW said 635. LOL (red flag right there) He just wants us to put more money down for his commission. When we said OK we will put 5k he get too excited and said ok we will submit this to the bank tomorrow LOL. Long story short..... called him after we left that dealer and to cancel everything, The next day went to a REAL dealership called Auto nation of Honda in Valencia got the same car or should I say better than he offered a BMW 335i Convertible for $15,500 46k low mileage Put down 2k and monthly payment of $351 loan by Honda financial. YOU JUST LOST A SALE THERE BUDDY. YOU CAN'T be saying this yo your future customer. I guess it's time for you to retire and quit being a sales car. Enjoy life and stop scamming people. Crooks! Only Abraham and Tasha are honest. But they're not the ones you're dealing with. Honestly, I swear I saw the big guy Jax drive by my street the weekend I had purchased the vehicle (maybe to make sure my address was what it was; scary though). Was given no owners manual or alarm remote, which was promised to me. But not before they tried to get me to come in to "repair" a gps device that I supposedly signed up for (they had a paper with verbage about a gps that I signed but didn't have in my copies of paperwork), and when I stood up for myself about it and questioned the legality of that practice, their loan people all of a sudden had to take the car back. The car smelled like burnt oil 2 days in, and I think I was better off having to give the car back. My new vehicle doesn't have that smell, so who knows what problems they tried to sell me. Better to yelp about used dealership after a while, not while you are still "high" from the "new car smell or sale." Only regret is waiting this long to update my yelp about this operation. Casually sauntered in one sunny Saturday afternoon and was met by Jackson and two nice young ladies, Tasha and Sharea. I was given a wonderful tour of the lot and was then escorted to the car I had called about. It was in great condition and, as promised, had an exceptionally clean interior that was spotless. If you saw it, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between that interior and a new car interior. It even still had that lovely "new car" smell. Anyway, I was smiling from ear to ear as I test drove it and, at that point, decided it met my needs as a daily driver. Spoke to the finance guy and he was helpful in every way. You don't buy a car every day, so when you do, it's nice to have a seamless, positive exchange of value for value. As I waited to see what my best financing options would be, I was treated to fresh Almond cookies and an ice cold Coke Zero ! You can't ask for much more than that ! Very happy customer. I found a car at Auto World from online. Tasha accommodated my busy schedule by arriving early to work and showing me the car I was interested in seeing. I was considering the smaller jetta because of price, but Tasha showed me a Jeep Grand Cherokee that is more suitable for my family which was just as reasonably priced as the jetta. It was in great condition, drove really well and I was offered a supplemental 100,000 mile warranty at an unbelievable price. It's been nearly two months and I see absolutely this SUV will last quite a while! These are really great people! I was searching for a mini cooper I could afford for months! My credit wasn't the best, but the guys there worked SO HARD to get me financed!! And I mean hard! I walked in at 9am and walked out at about 9 at night! A NEW MINI COOPER OWNER! They even gave me a ride home and picked me up the next morning to get my car! I bought a 2001 Toyota MRS in white color. Love it since I saw it. I went in to inquire about the car. I was given the keys and was left by myself to inspect the car. I didn't have a sales man behind my back talking and pressuring me to buy the car, I really liked that. During my whole buying experience I was never pushed or presured.
