False Advertising. Mechanics rude, lazy and knowledgeable. They have a huge higher banner saying AC services $19.99. That's completely false. I stopped there because my AC had just gone out on me and I wanted to get it fixed the sooner the better. I pulled up at 4:30pm on a Saturday to be welcomed by a "we're close". Their hours state that they're open until 6pm on Saturdays. I practically had to force the guy, Ramon I believe his name was, to at least take a look at my car. I explained to him I had already switched the AC relay for a new one, even handed him the old one so he can hear that indeed it was broken. **Blank Stare** I popped the hood, showed him that the clutch on the compressor wasn't engaging. *Blank Stare**. Honestly it's like he had no idea what I was talking about. But then when I asked what he thought could be the problem he says that it could be a number of things even though I had just straight up told him what the problem was. And of course, he wanted to charge me $110 just for the diagnostic alone. So much for their advertised $19.99 summer special. They're your stereotypical dirtbag mechanics that don't know much about anything but still try to rip off people. Avoid at all cost. read more

I went in to get a quote on changing out rear brake pads and turning the rotors. I had the brake pads already. Remind you, my rear brakes are have electric motors for the parking brake which makes the price for labor a little more. This mechanic quoted me $550!! For labor. I thought that was high so I went to Pep Boys, their quote was $150 for labor. Midas quoted me $180 for labor. I don't know what this guy was thinking. He must of seen stupid written on my forehead. I cannot speak highly enough of Roman, the owner/manager/mechanic at Auto Xpert Services. He is honest, hard-working, meticulous in the work he does, and very fair when it comes to pricing. Whenever we need work done on one of our cars, we call him first because we know that not only will the job get done properly, it will get done affordably. He stands behind his work and does not charge exorbitant fees, as some places do. My daughter was recently down visiting for the weekend and the cooling system on her Sebring went out. She could not drive her car more than 5 miles without it overheating, yet she needed to make the 4 hour trip home the very next day for work. We called Roman, and he got the job done - despite the short notice. He is a kind man who really listens to what you need and works with you and within your budget as best he can. Pretty well disgusted. . . Brought my truck to them a few years ago because they were literally at the end of my street and the transmission went on the way home from work so it was out of necessity . . . After 3 tries they got that .....well ... to stay in atleast it acts up constantly to this day... They talked me in doing the rear main ... It wasn't leaking then..... it hasn't stopped since they did it.. The rear was serviced by them also ... now it's done as well .. I paid someone over 2 grand to ruin my vehicle. . . The vehicle is to work and back and now that is getting questionable. . . I'm way out of "warranty" but then again I'd expect a job well done to last longer than a year.... purely disgusted read more

I really like the service i get here especially since, duh, im a female and sometimes feel we get taken advantage of when it comes to car/guy stuff. The first time i drove in i was welcomed, i had a bad oil leak and roman and his workers took care of my problem same day quickly. 2nd time i just went in for an oil change. 3rd time i went in because my car had been in & out of another shop but still left with the same problem and no straight up answer so i took it to Roman he test drove it, got some codes and was straight up honest and said i have a transmission problem, told me how much it would cost. Initially I was very satisfied with Jose's service. He performed a simple oil change on my Honda Ridgeline and I was on my way. He's always courteous and his pricing is ok. Later the same night for the first time since owning the car (4 years) I heard something rattling in the engine compartment. It went away, came back, and went away again after about 15 minutes. I've never had any problems with this truck whatsoever. The next day I heard the same noise and realized it was the engine fans. During my lunch I took it to 714 Auto Repair for Jose to look at the problem, he stated my fan needs to be replaced, although the fans simply looked like they were somehow loosened. I explained to him that before he worked on the truck I've never had any problems, then the same day he works on it the rattling starts, that's disturbing. He insisted he changed the oil and had nothing to do with the fan, and replacing the fan is my problem. I was completely blindsided by that since he seemed so honest and sincere, I was sorely disappointed. I wouldn't have any of my vehicles serviced by 714 Auto Repair and I would not recommend anyone to them either. read more

I just got my 30k mile service on my 2011 Kia forte the service seems honest enough the pricing wasn't too shabby either. So far my cars running fine only a little rattling when I turned on my air but nothing after the first few seconds I only gave three stars because of false advertising I called ahead to ensure I could use the coupon from the pennysaver 139.95 for 30k servicing which included the tune up w spark plugs he insisted my car took a special oil which brought the total to 165.00 agreed with the price but when I got to the shop after offering a discount on another service my car "MIGHT" need I paid $200 total and then he tells me my car doesn't need spark plugs it's too early. I feel that if I'm paying for the full package if I don't need everything he should have substituted the fuel checkup which was $20 for the tune up I never received but paid for it would have made there service 5stars but since it wasn't 3stars it is. read more
