What I appreciate most is how they handle communication. Everything is done through clear text updates that are incredibly easy to understand. They also use an online system where you can review, approve the quote, and handle the payment digitally, which makes the entire process seamless. Instead of replacing my alternator, owner Sam Dawood, who is either incompetent or disreputable told me both my batteries were malfunctioning and replaced two good Mercedes Benz batteries with 2 interstate batteries V4MTP and MTP48-H-6 both of which the Interstate website will tell you Battery doesn't fit vehicle. He charged me $765.49. Invoice attached. The Following day my computer again told me I needed a new alternator. I returned and he claimed one battery was defective and supposedly replaced. Following day same message appeared. I returned and he then tells me it would take hours of diagnostic testing to "diagnose" and couldn't even give an estimate for repairs until I paid probably around $1,000 just for "diagnosis " which I already knew was the alternator. Instead I drove my mercedes to a mercedes dealership - service. They replaced the alternator and two years later I had No problem with the alternator but with both batteries which failed prematurely since they were not compatible with my mercedes. And although under warranty since they were the incorrect interstate batteries, warranty does not apply. Don't believe any of those testimonials. He keeps hounding you after he services your car to write something nice. They were written under pressure. And don't expect him to honor the warranty. He will claim it was something unrelated to your service. But don't put yourself in that position To begin with. Don't bring your European car to Drive European.

I mean, what dealership deters you from spending money with them until a future date? This is an honest business, and they take care of you like you are family. I send everyone I know here now, and I have only heard the same feedback or better from my friends, colleagues and family I send to Benz Elite. They have serviced my Porsche Turbo S, Mercedes G63, My wife's Chevy Tahoe and Infiniti QX 80, my Triumph Rocket GT3 etc etc etc. And their detailing department is the best I have found in the DMV.

One of the cars is a 2011 the second is a 2025. I needed work on the 2011 and the Executive from Mercedes Benz referred to them as it is an older car and to get it done faster rather than wait for an appointment so listen to this: Emile and Jesse tried to charge me $271/ hour for labor only when the dealership charges almost half that per hour and gives the dealership gives 2 years 24,000 miles on parts and labor, Emile and Jesse only gives warranty on labor. When I tried to understand why does Emile feels that labor is $271/hour and twice the Meecedes Dealership who by the way have certified Mercedes Engineers not like Emile's shop he insulted me calling me cheap and that it is his house and he can do whatever he wants even if it means price gauging customers because at the end of the day money is the only thing that matters to him. Stay away from this guy, he is does not care about you as a customer and frankly logically why would anyone pay twice the amount they would pay at the Manufacturer Dealership, oh and on top of it Emile was fired from Mercedes Benz of Arlington and I honestly WONDER WHY just seeing his ethics from what I wrote here. I wanted to add the Mercedes dealership felt so bad for recommending Emile that not only is Mercedes Benz performing the repair at half the cost but also giving me a loaner for free for the 30 days for the time I have to wait for the appointment and repair!

Admittedly I let my dad handle it but John kept finding things that needed attention. He wanted to bring it here as apparently John knows BMW's well. LOL as a side note, my car smells like an entire football team hotboxed it while killing a carton of Marlboros whenever it's returned from John's shop. After the most recent work, my car was making a weird smell so I called and left a message asking when I could bring it in. Then I called again. And again. I called for about a week with no return call. My car blew up on 270 and was totaled. Literally a fire started underneath the car and I had to jump out. I was lucky, my car was not. John has STILL not returned my call. Please use him if you're a chain smoker, extremely rich and looking to pay for random fixes that John "finds" ... all while not getting any help, empathy or professionalism when you need it.

I took my car recently and the mechanic misplaced the gas cap. You take your car to the auto service shop to get it fixed, not bring it home with new problems. When I went to the shop to check if the gas cap was there, they flat out refused to look for it and instead accused me of losing it. Like I would try to swindle a business for a $30 gas cap. That's less than what I pay for a full tank of gas. There are plenty of good auto service shops in the area that do fantastic work for reasonable prices and have excellent customer service. I will be taking my vehicle to one of those places.

This is a guru shop - from simple work to engine rebuilds to even engine swaps, they can do it all. They listen well and they tell you the truth. There are shops out there that say they do the work and don't actually do it...have heard stories. This is not one of those - old fashioned expertise and respect but full bore tech skills. True car nuts. My F-type is super happy using this shop - as is our vr6 R32. I have been to a lot of shops over the years - this is one of the good ones. Highly recommended. I plan to keep supporting them.
