We bought a GL450 "as is" with no extended warranty, assuming it was a reliable truck that would not break IMMEDIATELY after leaving the lot. The next day, ended up needing New AC Compressor, front air strut, 2 rear shocks, ABS speed sensor, wheel alignment, and tire balancing. However, my main issue, is that they should not have let my very pregnant wife drive the car if they knew there was SERIOUS SUSPENSION PROBLEMS! I do not believe they did not know about the air suspension issues before hand. I will buy my next Mercedes elsewhere! read more

TL;DR - I feel like I got a certified pre-owned for the cost of a private-party sale. The guys at Autobahn went way above and beyond my expectations. If I ever need a Ferrari I'm going back to Alex. First off - I never review Yelp businesses. My experiences are rarely noteworthy. I also wanted to wait a few weeks to ensure an accurate review, and it's been about two months since my purchase. I didn't think buying a used car could be such a great experience; I worked with Alex, who put in an unreasonable amount of time to help me. I found Autobahn Gallery on Autotrader. They listed a 2008 Audi A4 for a great price. I came in for a test drive just before closing time, and Alex stayed late to walk me through the car's features. The next day we agreed in principle on price, and Alex offered to drive the car to a mechanic of my choosing for an inspection. The car came back basically as promised, with a few minor issues. I spent some time working with Alex to resolve them: a small chip in the windshield and brake pads close to EOL, but otherwise good condition. Alex put in the work to get the car repaired and make things right, I didn't have to do a thing. I had lined up financing with an independent credit union but decided to finance the car through Autobahn's bank instead. The APR's were about the same and I wanted Alex to get any commission for all the time he had put in. Here's where things get good. Soon after purchase my check engine light came on. Yikes! I took the car to a mechanic who pulled the code, there was a problem with the cooling system's temp sensor. Pretty concerned, I took the car back to Autobahn. Keep in mind this car is not certified or under warranty - Alex took the car, gave me a free loaner, and at no cost repaired the issue. This was a few weeks ago. I've since driven to Las Vegas and the car is running perfectly. Seriously I was blown away. These guys deserve your business. read more

Hamed was so dishonest! He lied about the car not being in an accident, showing me a Carfax which wasn't accurate and claiming he had the car checked out by a mechanic and that everything was fine. The car had several issues, which my mechanic found right away. When everything was complete and I was about to leave, I asked for the keys. Hamed waited until then to mention there was only one key.
