    2016 Audi Quattro 2.0 T

This review is a month late but I wanted time with the car before we actually left a feedback and had it fully inspected with Audi. We were in the market for another car for myself as my son would be driving soon. I had traded my hardtop mx5 a year before but always knew I wanted a convertible but made sure it can seat all 4 of us. So I found the listing for the 2016 Audi A3 Quattro convertible in glacier white with a beautiful mocha interior. I called to ask for availability and spoke to Matthew. He was friendly only the phone asked how we would purchase if we came in. I advised a good down payment and rest would finance. He sent me an email to fill out the financing info. We then went to see the car in person that evening. I'll admit I did not get the welcome that would expect and felt cold to me. But I said let's still give it s chance. We did test drive it and really liked the vehicle. When we sat down to talk about numbers i didn't feel like they wanted to work with us at all. They gave us numbers that felt out of this world and it just seemed there was no budge? To me I felt like maybe they just didn't want to sell the car? We walked out. My husband and I kept talking about it so the next day I did my own research with financing and saw the numbers that I had was doable. I had my husband reach out to Matthew via text and after a few back and forth we finally agreed on the numbers! We came back that same day and met up with Matthew. Matthew seemed a lot more different this time around much more approachable I felt like. Maybe he was having a bad day prior to who knows? We signed the papers and drove my car away. After driving off we did notice an error on the car so we had it oil changed then waited almost a month to get an appt with Audi to get the other error inspected. We found out we had one last warranty we can use for the inspection! The inspection came back almost perfect! The only thing I can note that could have made this experience better and 5 stars is maybe Matthew's demeanor from our first encounter. Like I said maybe he was having a bad day and we are all humans. At the end we are extremely happy with our purchase! I don't usually leave dealership license plate frames but I left theirs on mine! That should say a lot of how pleased we are!

Lengthy review: I've been owing Allen and Milad this review for a couple of months now but I was really enjoying my new car! Being a first time purchaser I was surprised when I first initially came on the lot. I went in to view a 2012 370Z Sport Roadster, a car I had dreamed of owning since its first release in 09. They had all sort of high end and expensive cars from Bimmers to Bentleys, so I expected our interactions to be a lot more business oriented. I was completely wrong, they treated me like family from the get go! My first interaction was with Allen, he didn't approach me as a business owner but more as a supportive figure. He showed me the vehicle along with minor wears from the previous owner, and allowed me to fully inspect the vehicle while he got the keys. When I asked to test drive the car, he gave me the keys with no hesitation and told me to drive it as far I need to get the feel and comfortability of the car. WOW! That's how you build a trusting relationship with your customer, and made a great first impression with me. On the test drive I actually found certain things that weren't working properly and items I thought needed to be inspected. He noted them down and told me he'd get it checked right away. A week passes by and I ended up checking some other 370Z's from different dealerships throughout that week. None of it compared to my experience at Autobahn Gallery, I felt pressured and was seen more as a sale than a human. Big turn off. I ended up calling back and told Allen I wanted to purchase the vehicle and if the points of inspection were taken care of. He said things were good to go and I set up an appointment with them for the weekend. I mentioned how I applied for financing through their website and, after some back and forth, they got me approved. The financial aspects were ran by his brother Milad. Now Milad ensured the sale with me through his sheer personality and made me feel just as welcomed! Our interaction was so genuine and pure it felt like I was purchasing from a long time friend. He was going through the financial aspect closely in detail alongside me and my parents, and the whole experience was amazing. Easiest and smoothest big purchase I made and it was thanks to them. Shoutout to the brothers for making a first time car buying experience an enjoyable one! TL;DR First time car purchase, and had an amazing experience working with Autobahn Gallery. You'll feel respected from start to end, and won't have any suspicious feelings working with them. 100/10 service

Purchased my car a few weeks back from Mathew. No other Mercedes dealer in the area was willing to negotiate any kind of a deal with me. I picked up a c43 here and have not had one issue with the car. Mathew was very upfront easy to contact, he even gave me his cell number. I'm extremely happy w the car and w the deal I got. I went to multiple dealers all over the Bay Area and this was the only one who was willing to work any kind of deal w me. I highly recommend Matt and the dealer. Some of these other reviews are clearly made up and false.

Bucket List: Buy my dream car.

I wanted my dream car the BMW i8. I had the affordability factor down but my credit did not. That did not stop Milad and Allen from getting me my car. Milad worked relentlessly and sure enough he found the perfect auto loan for me with a great interest rate. This was over a period of two days, so he didn't give up. I was turned down at Stevens Creek BMW and look out for my review on them as well. Stevens gave up on me in a split second with my credit and never looked back. Now how is that respectful, Milad kept working with me and we got a deal and always treated me like a human being instead of a fat wallet with recycled leather (or pleather). That's customer service! What was also important is how they treated everyone with respect regardless of how they looked. The other dealerships looked at me with my tattoos and all and didn't think I could even afford to sit in it. Some random guy came in the dealership to ask questions and they didn't tell him to f off. No, they treated him like a human being with respect. I'm sure that guy will come back and buy a car after checking out the place. I Uber'd my way to the dealership so I didn't have a car and Milad drove me to my bank. He didn't have to do that but he did! I'll reiterate, awesome customer service! With all the luxurious cars here, you would assume you would get the boujie attitude from the salesmen. Nope, the sales process was seamless and man do I hate dealing with the finance department. But no, Milad had already taken care of it before I even showed up. Now I'm happy with my car and I feel like a million bucks even though my credit report doesn't say so! Give them a try and they'll respond with a quick reply!

Saw an SUV from this place on their website & decided to take the long drive here with my parents. The people here are kind & helpful. They let us test drive the SUV & recommended an auto shop (as is warranty) to take it to inspection. The auto shop they recommended let my dad check the whole suv while on hydraulic lift as a pre inspection. My dad decided to get the luxury SUV here Paperwork was fast & process wasn't bad. Now i see why the other reviews are good reviews. This place has beautiful luxury cars! If i ever need one im coming here :)

I called to schedule an appointment to bring my car in for a diagnosis. Since my daughter and I had a free day, we waited in the lobby while they checked it out. When they didn't have availability to complete the repair until the following week, they made it incredibly convenient by letting me bring the car back and providing a loaner. Not having to arrange a drop-off or pickup was a huge plus. All communication was handled through text, which made everything even easier. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience -- I'd definitely recommend them and will be coming back!

This was our second Mazda purchased from this dealership…read more Our product specialist, Erin, was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The purchasing process started off smooth and stress‑free, but things changed when it came time for the final paperwork. We waited over an hour to meet with the finance manager, John. Negotiations took less than 30 minutes, so the long delay just to sign paperwork felt unnecessary and frustrating. It should have been the other way around. After taking delivery, I inspected the car at home and noticed one of the floor mats had a tear on the edge. When I flipped it over, the cause was obvious (see photos). I had to drive back to the dealership to get a replacement. This is something that should have been caught before delivery. Actually, it should have never been installed in the first place. I also discovered that all four tires were still inflated to 50 PSI, straight from the factory. Whoever performed the PDI (pre‑delivery inspection) clearly missed important steps. We also never received a PDI checklist. Small issues like these add up and reflect poorly on the dealership's professionalism. Overall, while the sales experience with Erin was excellent, the quality control and delivery process need significant improvement.

I called and spoke with Tony who was immediately friendly and professional. He was eager to answer all my questions and work with me. We negotiated price and a time to meet over the phone. He even sent me a predictor of final out the door cost over email. We drove to Dublin Honda where we met Tony. He was very kind and genuine. I didn't feel like he was trying to "sell" anything to me, just help me simply buy a car. The dealership was very clean, modern, and well spaced out. Everyone greeted us kindly. We loved the car. Tony was more than accommodating. He went above and beyond to get me and my husband what we wanted. The process was the smoothest one I have ever experienced buying a car. We had our two high energy boys with us (under 10) and they did great there as well. I can't say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend seeking out Tony as someone to help you with your car. He is low pressure, but very attentive. Great experience!

While I tried to explain we were shopping for cars and had lived in a major city for a number of years and haven't had to have a car in over 5 years, he brashly started asking "well okay but what do you want? You don't know?" Trying to be patient, we reiterated we weren't exactly sure but had hoped to look at hybrids. He then started spewing off the different models, which of course we weren't familiar with since this was our first stop. When we finally asked to see a hybrid compact SUV, he said with a clearly annoyed expression and tone "okay so you want to see the CRV then?" Both my husband and I were pretty frustrated at this point and just walked outside to see it. The guy didn't even bother to bring the keys with him and the car was locked. He kept glancing at his phone and after a few minutes asked us what we thought. We both said "well obviously we'd like to see the interior." He replied "well the keys are inside" and proceeded to just walk away. Now for the kicker- the man opened the vehicle while still being inside the building and did not even bother to come out or explain anything. We both sat in the car astonished and were frustrated that he wouldn't even bother to come with the keys so we could turn on the vehicle and do a test drive with him. When he finally did decide to come out, we asked to drive the vehicle and he said he needs our insurance and license. I then said "well like I just told you we haven't had a car in over 5 years so why would we have car insurance?" His reply? "Well, you can't drive the car." He then walked away without even saying bye. It was the rudest, most unprofessional interaction we ever had. My husband and I were so appalled that we immediately ruled out buying any Honda vehicle. Toyota was a perfect 5 star and the associate drove with us since we didn't have insurance. I wish I would've caught this man's name but he didn't even bother introducing himself or asking us for our names. The experience was so awful I left this same review on Google to let people know what to expect. Expect NOTHING other than rudeness, especially if you have the displeasure of encountering this associate first. Don't bother coming here. The Toyota down the street is infinitely better and the associates know how to RESPECTFULLY interact with people.

Brought my car in on Thu May 21st at 2pm with the understanding that my car may not get repaired that afternoon, but I asked them if they can at least check and order the parts needed for the repair. On Fri May 22nd, I planned on taking the day off work and they called me to let me know the parts were ordered and would be in on Sat May 23rd. They also told me the cost would be $1,020.60 to replace both spray nozzles and the tubing (See attached Estimate). I could not believe it! Over a thousand dollars?!?! On Sat May 23rd, I called at 11am and was told the parts would not be in until Tue May 26th as Mon May 25th was a holiday. I had to take an additional day off work on Tue May 26th as my car was not going to be ready. On Tue May 26th, I receive no call or update on my car. I finally called at 5pm and was told my car would not be ready until Wed May 27th. I finally lost it and told them I would be down to pickup my car and didn't want their service. After getting home, I googled the parts needed and watched a YouTube video on how to repair this issue. Parts total: $39.50 including tax and free shipping to another dealership. Total labor time: 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous to charge over a thousand dollars for something that cost under $40 and literally was done in 10 minutes. Fortunately this was not a major mechanical issue. Makes me wonder how many times Dublin Chevy has gouged customers, ripped them off, and scammed them! Taking advantage of customers and holding their cars until an outrageous amount of money is paid. They lack transparency and basic communication skills. If they would have told me up front that it would take almost a week, (Granted the 25th was a Holiday), I would have made other arrangements. The total estimate cost was unbelievable!!! Reported this to the BBB DO NOT EVER GO TO DUBLIN CHEVY!!! SPREAD THE WORD THEY ARE A CORRUPT BUSINESS
