Bought a machine from automated... dryer no longer works and the unit is still under warranty... oncho and team couldn't figure out the issue and after 2 weeks told me to call someone else and they could provide the parts. Unacceptable. They proceeded to lie about what the issue was, saying someone "cut the wires"? And this took 2 weeks to figure out, whereas any other laundry co would be able to diagnose in a day? Additionally, I purchased coin slides to increase my pricing that happened to be defective... they refused to work on them since they were on a GE machine (they don't work on these I guess?)... BUT, they're the ones that installed them on my GE to begin with LOL. He also offered to sell me the equipment at a far lower price than any of the other distributors in the Los Angeles area. Since buying the equipment, I have been very happy with the results, as are the tenants in the apartment complex I own. If I have the option to give these jerks a NEGATIVE 5 star review, I would... They are condescending, patronizing and downright RUDE!!! I purchased a commercial washer and dryer from Irma, gave her all the specs of what we need it for and the first installation of the washer (cos the dryer was on backorder), they didn't level the machine, and tried to pass this off as normal... I cannot tell you how many times we, as a business with multiple managers and supervisors, called patiently and kindly to ask them to address our needs for service and have been told they will call us back, and never call us back. The most recent issue, as we finally got our dryer installed a week and a half ago, and it takes THREE CYCLES ON HIGH to dry FOUR TOWELS!!! We have called MULTIPLE times, again only to be told they will call us back with no callback!!! I finally got in touch with Oncho who was so unbelievably rude, and went as far to tell me that Irma sold us the wrong systems, and tried to sell me a new system in which I would have to pay for it again!!! As I was getting incredibly frustrated and angry, he would talk over me every time I opened my mouth and then he ultimately hung up on me!!!!! How the F is this a way to run a business and treat a paying customer???? Whatever you do, do NOT waste your money, energy or time with these jackasses... They will just rip you off. read more

We manage an apartment building for our landlady. She bought two washers and dryers from this company about two years ago. Recently, one of the washers broke down and had them come to service. They have horrible customer service, they don't return a message when we ask for a status after repeated phone calls. It took them 4 weeks to come and service the machine to clean the coin slot but didn't communicate when they had it repaired; the out-of-order sign we put on machine was left there even after they told us it was repaired. Now machine is still not working so we called them to take a look. Apparently now it needs a switch/ computer board. Yet again they came unannounced and left the service order on machine. Wonder when this nightmare will end. Our advice, go with some else! read more

If you have a big project, which can generate them a lot of money, great, call them, they might treat you better than they did us. If you have smaller projects, go somewhere else, where you can get decent customer service, respect and courtesy of a reply and commitment. That email was the beginning of something wonderful! Don Watt, the C.O.O. of the company, emailed me back almost right away and then came out to our site within a few days to see if we had a place to install the appliances!. I was very concerned about where we could possibly fit these huge commercial machines but I worried for nothing. The team from ALS (Automated Laundry Systems) figured out a great place for the installation and definitely put our minds at ease because we were going to be able to have them installed without any problems!! Once the machines were installed, we were given hands on demonstrations as to how to use the machines and to get the best from them. We have been using our new commercial machines on a daily basis and we could not be happier. If we ever have any issues or questions, we call or email ALS and they respond as fast as is humanly possible! A review for ALS would not be complete if I didn't mention Celene. Celene is absolutely wonderful! I called with a question about a noise our dryer made (off and on) and she had someone out to see us the SAME DAY!!! I know that if I need anything, Celene will do her best to help! ALS gives top notch customer service! The technician who came out? He was fabulous as well!! He even showed me how to see what programs were already programmed into our machine and gave me tips on achieving cleaner and brighter laundry! I am so glad that we found ALS on the internet! This place had good service. I bought my machine from here about 7 years ago, we used the same company to service our machine for all seven years. We serviced our machine a couple months ago, and somehow the bill was misplaced. Instead of being a decent company and trying to solve the problem, the manager at automated laundry told me she left messages with me at my salon with the guy with "broken accent", and my rude receptionist, That's how she described my employees. Then I called her and asked her do you have to be so mean, she said I'm a collector and that's my job. But she's not a collector, she said she is the office manager. I purchased two stackable dryers and a washing machine from Automated Laundry Systems for a condominium complex and have had nothing but problems with all three units since I purchased them. They over charged me $200 more than what Lowes was charging for the the same washing machine which they corrected when I brought it to their attention. Within the year one of the dryers was not heating properly and it cost us $160 to have one of their technicians fix which the unit still has the same problem. Now that the washer is having issues I called to have them come out and take a look in the morning. The lady told me they would be here between 3-5. She called me back at 3:30 to inform me they could not make it and it would have to wait until Monday which didn't give me enough time to get another company to come out and repair the machine over the weekend.
