We always went to All Foreign Auto Center (Rudy and Jerry) for all our repairs, questions, etc. for all of our cars for the last 20 years, and always have been completely satisfied with the quality, professional work, response time, care, and the cleanliness and consistency. The conversations were great also!!! We always gave All Foreign Auto the the most stars. We brought in my 2010 Mercedes and my husband's older Toyota Solara., the most recent of our cars. Currently, Rudy decided to step down, and there was a change in the ownership. We were afraid that this change would be disappointing. No, that wasn't the case. Our CD changer/Stereo Radio stopped working - kaput; gone. And not knowing where to go, we went to All-Foreign to see how much it would cost to replace or repair. Before the management change, AFA suggested that we go outside to a place that was very knowledgeable enough to repair the CD changer and we knew that Rudy would suggest only the Best. However, to take the radio/CD changer out and put it back in, would be $120.00 - and that was before they (the outside shop) even looked at it. We were disappointed. However, when we brought the Radio/CD changer recently Kahlid and Tato (new management of All Foreign Auto) , they said that they wanted to look at it and see what could be done. Voila! They knew that they would be able either to fix it or get us a new radio/CD changer that could fit in the place of the damaged one. But didn't know how much it would be. Well I guessed they fixed it.or got us a new CD changer and told us the price to take the old one out and put the "new" one in and the price was very fair and reasonable and we just couldn't say "no". Their work was emaculate, efficient, and perfect, and they had the job done in the exact time they said they would. My husband is bringing in his Solara for another job. I had an incredible experience here! I called them because my 2019 BMW 330i was vibrating violently whenever it was in reverse or at low RPMs, and I suspected it might be the engine mounts. They told me to bring it in so they could confirm what was really going on. I dropped it off in the morning and they said they'd have an estimate by 3 p.m., but they actually called me back at noon (even though they were super busy) with a very fair price. They originally said the repair might take until the next day, but they finished it the same day in just a few hours. The work they did was outstanding -- the vibrations are completely gone, and now my car runs perfectly smooth. Everything was done quickly, fairly priced, and the service was excellent. The technicians clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They're very experienced, knowledgeable, and you can tell they take pride in their work. What stood out most was how honest they were. I even asked them to check the transmission mount, and instead of charging me to replace it, they told me it was still in good condition. That kind of honesty is rare. My check engine light went on while driving on 87. I took he first exit off the freeway and ended up in front of this place. I decided to give this place a try rather than paying to have it towed to my usual mechanic. It was 7PM and the business appeared closed by I decided to knock on the door because I could see someone inside. Rudy answered and I explained that my check engine light was on and needed to be checked out. Rudy said they were closed already but he could take a look first thing in the morning. I agreed to leave my car with him and took an Uber home. The next afternoon Rudy called me and said he found the problem and fixed it. There was an engine hose that needed to be replaced. Ended up doing a lot for free after this, but it still stands that they originally replaced the wrong part and if I hadn't double checked my girl would have taken her car to smog and it would have failed again and wasted even more of our money. He was able to pin point the problem with the noise in the steering after several other 5 star mechanics failed and basically were just guessing and replacing sh*t to see if it fixes the noise. I'm not a Yelper. But I am this time. I have a 1989 Mercedes 190e 2.6. 160,000 miles. Bright Red. I love it. My yearly smog was due in April and I failed miserably. I took it to my regular mechanic who is great but admitted he didn't have the diagnostic tools to figure things out and he referred me to Rudy at All Foreign Auto. It took a bit of time as it was a combination of mechanical and electric issues but in the end my baby-benz is running like it was just out of the factory. The customer service is fantastic and Rudy spent a lot of time with me to explain what the problem was, what they had done, and returned all the old parts. Very disappointed in my experience at this place. 6 months ago I took my car in and was charged $1000 to fix it, and it was NEVER fixed. Every week, for 3 months after picking it up, I had to put at least one quart of oil because the oil was burning and disappearing. I cannot believe that I was charged so much money, for nothing...I drove it for 3 months and now it has been sitting in my car port for 3 months. I have been a customer of All Foreign Auto for more than 30 years. One morning in 1984, I could not start my Fiat and tried to push start the car. In doing so I damaged the engine. I found "All Foreign Auto" in the yellow pages and had my car towed there. Rudy replaced the timing belt and fixed the torn parts in the Fiat's engine at a reasonable price. Since then I have brought my family and friends to All Foreign Auto for repairs to their BMW, Mercedes, Lexus and other foreign cars. They all have been very satisfied customers and thanked me for it. When I read the review of the guy and his girlfriend, I could not believe his story. About the car mentioned in that review, I have seen the broken hose and the other cracked parts that have been replaced. The hose that should not have been replaced, according to that guy, had a crack and was part of the braking system. If not replaced it could have caused a brake failure (a dangerous situation I think!). Rudy did charge only one third of the total cost. I think that this guy is lucky and got a good deal. read more

I took my bmw in to get an oil change and $350 later he told me he changed out a park that had corroded from oil damage but when I got my receipt it said he changed my spam plugs and a hoes bother of which should have charged me $350 for, the oil change was $120 alone. He even had the audacity to show me the part he supposedly took out of my car, which quite frankly looked like it had belonged to an older car I have a 2011 all stalk bmw and I'm pretty positive he didn't take anything out from under the hood. This place is super shady do not bring your car here. They will take advantage of you ! I forgot to mention the oil change didn't last that long either and I don't drive my car that often. When I called him back to speak about this matter he told me off then he yelled at me for asking what exactly he did to my car I was very professional during the conversation and it was made very clear to me that this guy has way more issues than ripping people off. read more
