I was able to take my car in that afternoon and it was taken in right away. They showed me what my brakes currently looked like and made a recommendation for service. Once I agreed they called to get parts and began working on my vehicle. The staff was friendly and efficient. The price was fair for the work I needed done. I would say it was comparable to other places. The difference here was the friendliness of the staff, the offer to show me why I needed the work done that they said I needed, and the time it took them to get me in and out.
