I have used this dealership for all my warranty and servicing needs on my Challenger Hellcat since 2015. Took car out of winterization and called to come get an oil change. Was told that they no longer do express service due to Covid-19 and that they couldn't get me in for at least 6 weeks. I called Larry Miller Dodge and they told me come in right away. I drove over and not only got my oil change done within an hour, but they charged me $25 less than Autonation Arapahoe does. After getting home, I called Autonation to make them aware of the situation, and Bill, who said he is the assistant service manager, told me that they only have one bay mechanic doing oil changes and they don't have time for walk-ins, he was just stating excuses and didn't apologize for the problem. read more

The team at AutoNation Dodge Ram was on point! I called in to make an appointment for a recall and was able to get my car in within that week. I was helped by a gentleman named Eric. He took care of me and was able to get my car figured out quick without wasting my whole day. I wasn't able to get the recall preformed due to some issues with my radio, and was informed that I needed a new radio, a pricey radio at that. Eric introduced me to the parts clerk and made sure I left knowing exactly what I needed in order to fix my issue. We purchased a 2021 2500 Ram truck on 06/12, 4 days later this brand new truck had to be returned due to a major leak in the break system! We trusted Ram to make a reliable vehicle! Can't get anyone from Ram Customer Care to return my call!! I've called 3 times in a 8 day span, demanded that I hear back from someone the 2nd time & then asked to have my call escalated to a director & still nothing. The dealership service dept says they are staying on top of it. They didn't have part #s until the end of June. We purchased the truck so we could take our boat out, to have a dependable vehicle so my husband would not be without transportation. So much for that intention, he is using my vehicle or we carpool when I have to go into the office, we've missed out on 2 holiday fishing trips & 3 weeks of vacation that could not be changed, just stuck at home with the boat sitting in the driveway. If you were on the fence about which truck to put hard earned money on I'd look elsewhere, you can't count on Ram to stand by their product or even attempt to make it right!! read more

I took my Jeep in 3 weeks ago for transmission problems. I have the Maxcare warranty from Jeep and expected to wait a few days to get my transmission fixed. But at 3 weeks Maxcare has not approved the repair as they keep saying AutoNation Arapahoe has not sent everything in to get it approved. The service rep says he sent it in. Here we are 2,200 miles from home three weeks later and nothing done or even parts ordered. The dealer offered to order the parts and do the repair if I would pay in full (about $6,000) and they I could try to get refunded by Maxcare. Just a total frustration experience. read more

I was contacted by Sean Griffith with Auto Nation Dodge about selling my truck to them. I told Sean what I wanted and that if his company would not pay my asking price i would not waste his time or mine. Sean called me back 20 mins later and said that he had spoke to his appraiser at the dealership and that as long as the truck had the exact mileage I had had given him and was in the same condition as pictures I had sent that they would pay my asking price with no issues. I set an appointment and when I showed Sean and I discussed that I planned to sell the truck rather than trade it in as the market was changing and I wanted to ensure I could get the highest amount possible. He asked me what my plan was moving forward and I said I had planned to buy a new truck in next month or two. He asked me to talk to a salesmen Mark who had been at the company 20 year just to price up what a new Dodge would cost just so I had that price when I was ready to buy another truck. I worked with Mark for quite a while as the Ram website and the Auto Nation system do not match making it difficult to verify the exact costs. After 2 hours Mark seemed to be in agreement with what the Ram website had for pricing minus incentives listed but that he would work with Manager to make sure I received all incentives I was eligible for including the zero interest for 72' months if I order a new truck before the promotions ended. Mark then asked me to confirm details about my truck I wanted to sell to the dealership which I did without hesitation. I also reconfirmed that I had already had given Sean Griffin the same details and he had told me told me he had pre approval of the amount I wanted. Mark took my information to the Managers "in the tower" to review. 25 mins later he returned and said they were willing to pay $3k less than what I had been offed over the phone by Sean Griffin. After I stressed to Mark that is not what I was told 3 days prior on the phone by Sean Mark again went back to talk to the managers. I waited another 10 minutes then went to the managers office and demanded my keys to be returned. After a few ugly looks by the "managers"!they tossed my keys to Mark who handed them back to. AutoNation lies to get potential customers in the door then pulls the old bait and switch on them. They wasted 3 hours my time and were completely dishonest. I would rather take my business to Christopher Dodge or Brandon Dodge as I have purchased trucks from both in the past and both dealerships are honest. read more

Absolute worst service dept I've encountered in 40 years. Brand new Ram TRX, dead as a doornail. For those who don't know, AutoNation dealers use a scheduler service. People who answer the phone aren't at the dealership. I call, tell them I need to get my truck towed and dropped off. Girl says she's got me down for a 3:30 appt, says I'll get an email/text with confirmation. No email/text ever arrives. Prior to tow truck arriving I call scheduler again, confirms she has me down for the 3:30 and will send txt, but never arrives. So I call dealer, use option for Sales, ask them to transfer me to service dept. Rings for 5 min, no answer. I wait a half hour and repeat, same result. I try a 3rd time same result. Tow truck arrives, go to dealer, go into service to ask where truck should be dropped. 1 service manager (on a Fri afternoon) starts telling me he doesn't have me down and that it'll be 3 weeks before he can even look at my truck. I ask again where I should have tow truck drop car. Service manager again starts telling me they only have one tech and won't be able to look at truck for 2.5 to 3 weeks. I politely ask what he suggests I should do. It's at this point the nitwit stands back from his desk, puffs out his chest, and breaks into the "sir, please don't raise your voice at me, I'm just trying to tell you how long it's going to take" routine. Never once raised my voice, or even expressed frustration or anger towards this guy. I simply asked what he wanted me to do with my truck. He had the nerve to tell me I should've talked to someone in service dept at the dealership - something you can't actually do. That statement was a small break between the "sir, I don't know why your raising your voice at me..." routine. Thats when I decided to tow the truck to a different dealer and let him know that he would be well aware if I had raised my voice. Tow truck driver, who was standing next to me entire time, confirmed he's never witnessed anything like it. He was as baffled as I was. Truly unbelievable. Everyone has a bad day once in a while, but it's likely this guy is over-worked and not even slightly qualified to be in a customer facing role. AVOID, THEY WILL SEND YOU INTO A WORLD OF CONFUSION FRUSTRATION Unorganized lazy hacks. I had to deal with 2 sales people for some reason, and things got very scattered and confusing. I had a previous loan on my trade in and needed to provide the contact information for a buyout. I did this with 1 of the 2 sales people I had to work with. Long story short they assumed where to send a check without double checking and I have been in limbo still paying for a car I don't even have for well over a month. Throughout this lazy confusing process, I was told multiple times to be sure to give them a glowing review when I am contacted to fill out a survey or else the team members would be charged a $50 penalty. Not realizing at the time that my relationship would take a sharp turn with this dealership, I gave them a great review, not wanting anyone to be charged a fee. I have since spoke with the survey company, and spoke to the issues I have experienced and they're sending the survey again for honest feedback. The funniest part of this whole process, was when I was sitting in the dealership sales cube waiting. I get a call from Sean the manager apologizing for making me feel pressured and uncomfortable. Confused, I told him I was still sitting in his dealership... He quickly apologized and told me he had dialed the wrong number. He must make a lot of those calls. This is the absolute worst car dealership I have ever been to. Their customer service is amateur and ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST THEIR 5 DAY MONEY BACK Guarantee. The manager Cliff is the worst. I contacted him the first day to find out where my money was as I was told it was to be deposited back on our card the day before. Initially he called me back right away. However after that, I left messages and he has not returned a single phone call. Then I started working directly with the finance manager Mike. I was told he was going to email me the confirmation of our refund. That never happened. I had to call back several times before I even had a copy of this alleged refund report. Originally I was told that the refund takes 3 to 4 business days. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my money and I have not seen a dime. Not to mention from the beginning the sales representatives we're not very professional and were sloppy to recommend and force a car on us that's was mediocre at best. However we decided to purchase the vehicle, because we were told that the few problems it had would be written into our contract and must be honored by AutoNation in order to complete the sale. There were two major things on the list. Those two things were not taken care of which force does to invoke the five back money guarantee. I am wholeheartedly dissatisfied with AutoNation Dodge Arapahoe and I do not recommend anyone to do business with that company. If more than 4 people from an establishment are aware of the problem one being the manager and one made the director of finances, there is no reason a refund should be taking over two weeks with no communication from a professionally established car dealership. I brought my Promaster (which was working just fine) in for an oil change in February. I was told it needed a new transmission. Based on pictures, it could have lasted a bit longer, but I decided to go for it. They kept my car for four months. The price went from $5,000 to $7,200 to $8,500. When I got my car back THE TRANSMISSION WAS SHOT!!! it won't switch gears. It sounds awful. Four months and $8,500 later just for them to **** my car. The lucky salesperson "Jorge" who really didn't have to lift a finger told me it was the easiest sale of his career. While we were going through the paperwork, Jorge brings in finance goon Dan Kolemainen and leaves the room.... this is when it gets very weird, and very upsetting... Mr. Kolemainen says to me ... "Paying Cash, Huh? Where did you get it?" like a cop, grilling a robbery suspect... all I am thinking is .. You A**Hole, My father Died. Its none of your F'ing business. Go F Yourself.... he then leaves the room, and later I find out he made a hard inquiry on my credit... I paid CASH, these was no reason for Hard Inquiry on my credit or for his A-hole nosey questions.. I should mention that after the sale I was pelted with requests to give reviews, share pictures, and refer my friends.... Jorge Jocal Tovar had to be asked numerous times for Dan's name and avoided addressing my expressed dismay at what they did. The seat heater was broken in my drivers seat.. I'll long story short this part.. 5 visits and two months later, it was finally fixed.. (5 trips x 180 miles each time) because they refused to replace the full unit right off the bat.. attempting to replace each piece until it was evident to their collection of Einstein's that indeed it needed to be fully replaced.... One of trips I made down for an appointment they scheduled and called me down for .. I get there, and they say.. "What are you doing here today? The part wont be here for another week... we have no idea why we called you ( I had it on a recording via voicemail) .. its mind bending. something tells me the exhaust ventilation in the shop area needs improvement. They graciously filled my gas tank twice, but my car was driven hard to the gas station and back by one of their shop lackeys who really enjoyed my stereo system.. When they finally fixed the seat heater, the mechanic left the wire harness laying on the floor.. I am so glad I didn't fall for their lifetime oil change scam they try to add in when you purchase a vehicle.... something tells me those are a challenge for their technicians as well. So, after having a good experience with the sales department, things took a turn once I bought the vehicle and drove it off the lot. I was told they performed a 50 point inspection to make sure the vehicle was safe to operate. It was obvious they didnt even look the car over. The taillights and reverse lights didnt even work. I was told the 4x4 and tranny were good, which they were not. The 4x4 was busted and never worked, the tranny completely went out 6 months after purchasing the vehicle. It also had a bent frame that I was not made aware of. I admit I didnt ask, but I figured a bent frame would be included in a safety inspection report. I finally traded the vehicle in (for 500 dollars, no less, after buying it for 8000). In the 1 year I had the car, it was operable in less than half that time. I will not buy from here again! I recently purchased a used vehicle from Autonation Dodge Arapahoe and had a bad experience. Through the entire purchase process I was told that my used car came with a 4 month/3,000 mile warranty. After we did the paperwork to complete the purchase I was told that they had made a mistake and that there was no warranty with my car because it was 11 years old. This is after being told 3 or 4 times that it came with a warranty. The window sticker said it came with a warranty. What BS. I believe I just got scammed. In the beginning everything was great, found my vehicle and was promised amazing service. I especially liked that the vehicle I chose passed their certified inspection process. so here I am three months from purchase and less than 3k miles (of course they only cover it for 60 days) the electrical system is going haywire while I am driving. I have been told by the service dept it is no big deal that the engine light is on as long as its not blinking-well my dashboard going dark and the gauges going off while I am driving doesn't seem safe to me. Loaner vehicles are over a week out and I am expected to just wait. Bought a truck from them recently. Value and price of their cars and trucks are great but 95% of their employees... trash. Simon from finance is 12/10 great guy and would love to work with him in the future. But that was only good encounter. Tyler I believe is his name, who values your trade in is an absolutely horrible. While evaluating our trade in, his attitude was terrible along with his commentary. I don't care what you're looking at you don't talk bad about something when the owner is right next to you. He lied saying he could give us 5k ( signed agreement to 5k before he changed his mind) and came back saying he could only do 3k. He had no reasoning behind changing his mind. Almost everyone we encountered had a bad attitude and seemed to hate their jobs and life. If we didn't love the truck so much they wouldn't have had our business. Even dealerships around them say they always have bad attitudes and people complain... unless you absolutely love a vehicle on their lot I wouldn't recommend. A few years ago I would take my company 2015 pro master in for routing maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, brakes etc. one visit a technician or staff stole a buck knife from the door. I used the knife to open boxes and freight so when it was missing I noticed. I asked managers and nothing could be done. Apparently they didn't have cameras or any ability to review footage. Needless to say I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. This dealership had inventory on the lot. For new cars. Rarely saw sales people when I would work remotely from the lobby floor. They never really offered a loaner or rental option from their commercial fleet or trade ins. I had also used other local dealerships and found this one was the best of horrible options. Missed appointments for the calendar, not prompt. The service guys would treat me alright because they knew it was a corporate vehicle getting reimbursed for work but when they stole my antler bone knife it was just never the same kind of experience. read more

My wife and I drove across town to Auto Nation Dodge RAM Arapahoe to buy a Hyundai Palisade. I had provided all the information that they needed in order to expedite the sale. Mike the salesman, was very professional. I noticed the 15,000 mile vehicle needed a windshield, a detail, to clean it, and I asked to have the tires rotated. Mike said the manager said OK. Upon signing paperwork, I requested again to have a factory windshield installed. On paperwork it stated windshield, not factory windshield. The manager Kevin came in and would not do factory, but aftermarket. It is not worth it for us, he stated. Glad I asked because my salesman had stated that the manager said OK to factory glass. upon signing disclosure papers, we were asked to sign forms that did not have information filled in. Against the law or stupidity on dealer's part. Sign it, and anything can be filled in. Price agreed on, cash sale, ready to finish the sale, and no factory replacement glass. I stated, Deal breaker. This review is for Autonation Nissan, and Autonation Dodge. First, I call up to Autonation Dodge about a week ago, and speak to somebody, who tells me they couldn't get me in for a week, until today. Annoyed, I still have them set the appointment. Today, I am rushing in, and I come upon Autonation.. Nissan. I don't realize this is not the same as Autonation Dodge, and I pull in to the service area. The guy taking my information is very thorough, but neglects to tell me WE DON"T WORK ON DODGES HERE! Wouldn't that have been a good thing to remind a customer, ie: You're at the wrong building? Yeah, that was my fault, but still they should have told me something. After several phone calls back and forth, voicemails, and dropped calls, finally I get someone to take it down the street to the Dodge dealership. The Dodge dealership calls me back once they get the car, and tells me they did not actually have an appointment for me, and wouldn't be able to get to me now for TWO WEEKS. So, the guy I talked to originally, a week ago, obviously was blowing smoke, and didn't actually enter an appointment for me. Just a bad experience. My first time at Autonation, and now the last. The worst dealership I've ever experienced. $60k truck. Any appointment is three weeks out if you can get them to answer the phone at all. Performed thousands in work that didn't fix the problem and wanted thousands more for the next guess (steering pulling right). Turned out to be a simple tire issue, found by a teenage kid at a tire shop. I used to be in engineering at Dodge...this dealership is an embarrassment to American business. If it were one issue or two, perhaps you shrug it off. But they are the only dealer in town so I've had to deal with them for years. I bought my truck from this dealership which was not a wholly bad experience (except for the fact they tried to sell me a truck without federally mandated emissions equipment then tried to pass it off as no big deal) but this review is mainly focused on their service department. I made an appointment to get the oil changed on my truck (only because they gave me free oil changes when I bought it). When I arrived at the dealership they had my appointment and were checking my truck when I asked "How long for the wait?" The guy walked to the oil change desk then came back and said 2 1/2 to 3 hrs! I was floored and asked "Why so long?" I was told "oil changes are first come first served." I explained I had an appointment and the service advisor just shrugged and said "You can't make appointments for oil changes." This was news to me as I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THIS EXACT SERVICE! Long story short I left and went to the Autonation Nissan dealership on 104th where they made an appointment and serviced my truck the next Monday, no problem, short wait. These guys are jokers. These guys are next door to my work off Arapahoe and Havana so it was super convenient to go there. I had them rotate and give me oil changes every 5000 miles on my Jeep Wrangler. They did the oil changes as my car is able to tell me. However, regarding the tire rotation my tires were cupping because they have not been rotated since the time I bought the vehicle! This has cupped the two tires and I am out $500+ dollars for over sized tired because they were too lazy to change them but said that they did. They lied and even the automation ACROSS THE STREET said that they were lying and that could only happen if the tires were not being rotated. Don't waist your time here, they lie and don't take care of their customers and you will likely spend more for their dumb lazy mistakes. read more

I chose to go here because it is closer to my work home and work than where I originally bought my truck. I got there at 7:30am and the Express Lane opens at 8:00am. I know my diesel truck takes longer for an oil change and because they have Express Lane now you cannot make an appointment for an oil change so I try to get there early so I'm one of the first cars waiting. I was first in line. I sat and watched after getting checked in an never saw them pull my vehicle in. After 2 1/2 hours I asked for an update. I only waited that long because I know my oil changes normally take 60 to 90 minutes. The service coordinator had no idea and said he would go check. It was 15 minutes later that I saw them pull my truck up to the door behind a service bay. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Now I'm going to be here another hour? less than 30 minutes later they had my truck out and ready. Now I'm concerned that they rushed the job and wonder if i'm going to run into other issues. Every time I take it in for service they tell me it will take 45 minutes to drain. How today did they get everything done in less than 30 minutes? read more

I am not happy with the service that I received from AutoNation Dodge RAM Arapahoe. We bought our car at the credit union sale the fairgrounds, we were told that the "deal" we signed was binding and we were all set to go. Little did we know, 2 weeks later we get a call that the loan rate went up by about 11 % and the payment went up another 80.00 or so and WE DIDNT GET OUR WARRENTY now!! Don't walk but run away from this Dealership! The office was incompetent scheduling my Promaster warranty work as an oil change. While waiting for the "Service Advisor" there was a broken waiting chair next to the desk. It is an extreme safety hazard sliding 3 feet away when I attempted to sit down. They are lucky that I wasn't injured and they were not sued. This lack of concern for customer safety epitomizes how unprofessional this Service Center is. This "Service Advisor" became extremely unprofessional (actually combative and vulgar) after being told he would get a poor review here. He even refused to immediately reschedule the correct service! I advise people to find another dealership if they care about competent service and professionalism. read more

First: I have bought 1 Car and 2 Trucks from the Auto Nation in Golden and 1 brand new truck from Auto Nation in Littleton ( off tuffts). So they are not all bad. But this one must think people are stupid. They are crooks. They say the inflated price is the price regardless of the damage that the truck has. They will not let you test the 4x4 on a dirt road - you are just to take their word for it that it works. Then forget about getting a fair price for your trade in. I was offered $2500 and kelly Blue Book is clearly $5000. They do not like customers that think for themselves per The Sale Manager which is a crook and very unprofessional. So what this tells me is this Auto Nation does not care about giving customers a good deal or even a fair deal and could care less about return customers. Stay away unless your ok with over paying and being ripped off on a trade. Worst Experience Ever !!!!! read more
