She went through our entire list and took care of everything. She was able to make suggestions to make transactions easier and she walked us through how to do things online between our accounts. She gave us her card to personally assist our daughter with her accounts. We left feeling like we had a very productive day and such relief. My Navy Federal ATM also does not take deposits here in Palm Desert, so I was happy to locate this credit union not far from us, down by Avenue 42 and Monroe. I decided to open an account so as to receive full service banking. The location is great with plenty of parking. The staff are really helpful. You can open accounts in person or online. We were headed home, so I logged in to create an account. In no time I had confirmation of the process for verifying identity and I was able to select an identity protection layer of security. They sent me several emails to alert me to the progress of transferring some funds into Sun Community from my credit union. They have a drive through and a walk up ATM. I suggest using the outdoor ATM in daylight hours because it is facing toward Avenue 42, but not terribly public so you could be able to call for help or to be seen in case of an emergency. This is a great resource as so many different credit union members can take advantage of this shared facility and make life easier for us.
