The car that you Trade it in was sold at an action and the person that bought your car from the auction got the ticket ,,, we should LA DOT all the paper work and now it's off your record ... and please give scott a call Replying to your message here-no the car was not sold within the month that is was traded because I saw it parked on Olive Ave when I went in to the dealership to get my license plates, that still had not arrived after two months. I'm sorry that it went down like this, but you guys dropped the ball MAJORLY and I won't alter my experience for the sake of your rating. I will not contact Scott because I was ignored for almost a year while all of this was going on. Either way, the car title should have been out of my name before putting the car up for anything; sale, auction, trade. I gave him all of the info and a shot of the citation with the ticket information that could have been taken care of by your company, but nothing was done. I no longer have the Jeep due to intermittent issues and poor maintenance which I understand came with the "As is" deal in the contract. BEWARE prices may look good but it's not worth it getting taken in the end. They are very unprofessional at this car dealership. When I paid them they passed my money around in separate parts. Then they kept asking me for more money, in all I spent about 2,000+ on a car and then had to pay extra and extra. I ended up getting the car and then when I needed maintenance they would tell the maintenance guy to fix it and then leave the lot and wouldn't show up the rest of the time I was waiting for my car. Then the mechanic wouldn't fix my car and I drove an hour + to get to the dealership. Then for weeks they begged me to pay them extra and kept harassing me for more money. They ended up repoing my car and they wouldn't give me any information or any reports. They lady told me the dealer sent them and that I wasn't making payments. They will put a gps on a car and sell it to you and take it when they are ready, my car was Almost paid off. These people take advantage of people who have had credit problems in the past. read more

Do not go here!! They are money hungry and don't know what there doing. I briefly worked with pedro the so called sales manager and he really didn't seem professional. We texted back in fourth discussing a mercedes e350 coupe that they had on their lot. I told pedro that I am a serious customer and have cash on hard to put as a down payment. I told him I wanted to come in Saturday and he never replied to me. I have dealership ship sales under my belt and not replying to my message was unprofessional. I asked him if I can come in during the week around closing time to quickly finalize everything but he wouldn't help me their either. He said I'm leaving at 7 on the dot. If a customer wants to come place money in your pocket you stay to help them. I expected more from a car salesman let alone a sales manager. Sales should be the most important thing. So Saturday comes and I'm out looking at cars and auto workz we're literally next on my list. Pedro calls and says are you coming in. I said yes I'm checking out another dealership and I'll swing by. Pedro suggested I put 5k down then pay 600 per month for a used car with 70k miles on it. He basically sighed that I pay 33,800 for a 17k car. The deal was so off. I contacted him a few mins later and said 600 per month is too much for a payment that has to come down.... you know what his response was... the car sold. So the car sold within 5 mins of him trying to bring me in the dealership. Salesman like this should be fired. They don't care about the customers experience and not only does it reflect on him but it reflects on the dealership. If predro really is the sales manager I feel sorry for the reps working under him. Pedro said I had 3 repos on my credit report when that's not even true. I don't have a single one. Pedro basically didn't even know who I was. The story here is don't do work with mediocre individuals because you get mediocre results. See the proof below. read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Wish I hadn't bought from them. Twice they've called to tell me I hadn't made a payment in the last 3 months when every check sent to them had been deposited (thank god for online banking showing the checks you've written). It's been almost a year and I have no plates and the registration fee I paid to them was obviously never paid to the DMV because 1 month after buying the car, I got a letter for the DMV to renew the cars registration. Stay away from this dealership. They are very unprofessional and fraudulent. They work with the pep boys next to door to secure fraudulent smog certifications. Then when its time for the buyer to pass smog the car will fail and you will be out hundreds or thousands of dollars ( in my case) . STEVE is a con artist !!! STAY AWAY ..... Worst experience. I went to the dealership after calling regarding a particular vehicle advertised on Cars.com for $ 8,900. At the dealership I was told that the price was $10,800. I pointed out that it was advertised for $ 8,995.00 OK, that was the price we started to negotiate on. I than told them that I had a Trade-in I would like $ 4,500.00 for, the amount I still owed on. The owner or manager sat down with me and started negotiating. He would only be able to give me $ 2,500.00 for my trade-in, and on a piece of paper he added $ 2,000.00 to the $ 8,995.00, telling me that would be a great deal for me, out the door, taxes, registration, all included. I questioned why he would add $ 2,000.00 to the purchase price for the trade-in. We essentially arrived at a higher price they initially wanted - $ 10,995.00, even though it was advertised for $ 8,995.00! I questioned how, if I would be paying ALL CASH, they would get my trade-in essentially for free and I would still end up paying $ 2,000.00 above the advertised price. The owner/manager than tells me that since I still owed $ 4,500.00 on the car, and he would only be able to give me $ 2,500.00 for it, he would add that $ 2,000.00 difference to the purchase price. (does that make sense to anyone? If so, please educate me, I might be a little slow.) My current NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION would pay the dealership the difference between the negotiated trade-in value and the amount still being financed. To recap: I would pay $ 10,995.00 for a $ 8,995.00 advertised car, they would get my car plus get $ 2,000.00 from my Credit Union. Another option would be for me to sell my trade-in privately, and simply pay $9,100.00 for the car I was planning to purchase. I asked if he would sell my trade-in on consignment. Sure, he could, he would advertise it for me for about $ 1,000.00, no up-front cost, they would simply deduct that cost from the sale. I asked how much I would be making, to ascertain that I would get enough to pay off what I owed. They would advertise it for $ 6,500.00 and I would pay the $ 1,000.00 for the fees out of that. I have no problem with Capitalism at work, but paying them $ 2,000.00 ABOVE the advertised price AND them getting $ 4,500.00 from my Credit Union goes beyond Capitalism. That is outright criminal! I obviously walked away, never to return. My trade-in was a 2001 Mercedes CLK320 in PERFECT condition. I suspect that within a month or 2 a Positive Review will appear here by another Female Buyer, as this is what the pattern seems to be.... read more

I really wish there was an option for no stars. This dealer sells junk cars. After reading a few reviews (which I should have done before going) I could see that I'm not the only one who got a crappy deal. Last year I bought a Fiat 500 from this place and after TWO months the engine broke down. I was so upset, I could not believe that in such a short period of time the engine broke down. I know that it was a used car, and the contract said "as-is" but I never expected "as-is" to be a 2-month run. After going back to them to see if they would be decent enough to help me out Moty referred me to the shop they use to fix the cars they buy. I assume that's the same shop they used to get them running long enough to sell them. The only reason I went to that shop is because Moty assured me that since he was referring me they wouldn't charge me over $1.5K for the engine repairs. He then told me to keep in touch with Scott, and he would help me out with the details. To make the long story short the shop they referred me to charged me much more than what Moty had assured me it would be. When I told them that Moty had assured me that he had spoken to the owner and it was not going to be more than $1.5K they said they knew nothing about that. I tried contacting Scott several times about it and he just blocked my number. I know he blocked my number because I then tried calling from a different phone and he answered promptly. The service here is terrible, they sell bad cars with temporary fixes, and leave the heavy work for you to figure out. Save yourself some headaches and go buy a used car from a more reliable source. Maybe a Hertz where they sell certified used vehicles. It's worth the extra money. read more

Beware! You will get ripped off. They sell junk for cars. I bought a Traverse off their lot. It was fine for a day. On the 2nd day the engine took a dump on my drive way and started knocking. I had to pay a tow truck to take it back for repair. Within 2 months, I've had the car for a week because I kept taking it back for "REPAIR"...they always gave it back to me empty with more problems and dirty. Save yourselves from the stress and losing money. I guarantee you all the good reviews on here are their own family and friends. I'm still in the process of suing these auto criminals. I purchased a car and it was nothing but trouble from the day I bought it. The water pump went out 5 days after buying the car and the bumper fell off while driving on the freeway. WOW! disagree with some of the customers. i bought my car about a month ago. i entered the carlot thinking that i would just walk in and walk out but instead bought a car i love! had one of the sells men come up to me ask me some questions and ran my credit score even though i had a bad credit they still allowed me to by my car. they had nice refreshments and i went at lunch time when the boss was buying lunch and asked if i want something my self.
