He went the extra mile to make sure I was very well taken care of. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the details of the car shampoo the spray on wax, the clay sponge window cleaner, and a microfiber cloths . it was very helpful and helping me pick out the top-of-the-line products that they carry. I was very impressed of all the foot traffic coming and going specially from auto detailers who are filling up their tanks to a few people coming in to purchase products off the shelf definitely gonna be trying out the new products today. She kept us updated throughout the process, and our car arrived right on schedule in March. Going into delivery day, I was honestly prepared for the typical dealership experience where you have to say no over and over to extended warranties and add-ons. Fortunately, that wasn't the case at all. The whole process was smooth, fast, and very respectful. Angel, the finance manager, was a pleasure to work with. He was efficient, professional, and didn't feel predatory or salesy, which we really appreciated. They also gave us a fair deal on our trade-in for my beloved 11-year-old Prius which made the transition feel a lot easier. Overall, everything felt transparent and low stress. Not only do people attempt to take advantage of me because I'm a woman but also because I drive a Mercedes. I needed brakes and there was no way I was going to the dealership to have the replaced . So, I searched on Yelp and of course I came across a plethora of businesses but Bolles was the only one that had all five stars, I gave them a call and spoke with the owner's son (sorry i forgot his name) he was very polite, and knowledgeable. The next day o took my car to them to be serviced. I dropped it off and they called me a couple of hours later with an estimate. Yes the estimate was pricey but again he was using Merced's parts and we all know that those aren't cheap. But what I appreciated most was their honesty . He told me that the rotors on the back were shit and definitely had to be replaced but the front were fine and if the price was too much I could actually wait awhile (not forever, but a payday or two) before replacing the brakes . I thought this was the most honest expertise I had ever had with an unknown mechanic. If you want the job done right, with friendly, professional people I would recommend this business to you and anybody who needed a wheel alignment and or brakes . Hopefully I won't have to go back anytime soon but I'll definitely be recommending the to everyone I know .

They looked over our car carefully, took a video of the test they performed and shared it with us. He also explained to us what the test meant. Overall it was a bust and repairing it wasn't worth it but I appreciated the honesty and thorough evaluation. The garage itself has access through the alley, street entrance is pretty busy. We communicated via text and phone but during drop off and pick up the main guy wasn't around. He shares the garage with someone else and that person helped us when the main guy wasn't there (sorry I can't remember his name). Overall a good experience despite the fact that my car is officially dead!

They were professional, honest, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and what needed to be done. The work was completed efficiently, It's hard to find a shop that combines quality workmanship with great customer service, but they really delivered on both. I truly appreciate the care and attention they put into my vehicle. I would absolutely recommend them and will be returning for any future repairs.

Just got off the phone asking for a quote on a couple of items I thought I needed for my recently…read morepurchased used Sienna - oil change and transmission service. The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. I'll update this review once I get the car in for my first visit. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!
