I visited on Sunday 8/24/25 and had a really bad experience. I don't want to say poor management due to one manager but the experience was so bad I had to return everything and go to O'Reilly for what I needed. Isabel the cashier over charged me which I understand mistakes happen and I can tell she wasn't feeling too well, but to make matters worse, I only caught the overcharge due to having to make an exchange. Isabel again made another mistake and returned the wrong item. A male gentleman who was a manager,(didn't get his name) didn't listen to understamd my concern or resolve the issue and proceeded with a return instead of an exchange in which I wanted. He was very arrogant and not empathetic at all about the situation. I walked out in frustration with my dad also getting very flustered. I then calculated again with the receipts and just couldn't accept that we were overcharged. I came back for a third time and asked if one specific person could help me and I believe her name was Sophia. Upon finally getting to her she immediately noticed both errors. I them explained that I just wanted to return everything and thats when the other male manager walked over again to chime in again. He then proceeds to be arrogant and count the till in front of me making me feel like he felt I was trying to pull a fast one on them. He was again very unempathetic and arrogant, but I was so grateful that Sophia stepped in to help resolve the issue. Sophia was also being pulled left and right for other customers but still was very patient and kind towards me. At the time of me dealing with this there was another customer dealing with a return/ overcharge issue. I strongly don't recommend this location. I didn't get an apology from Isabels part but again I could tell she was not feeling at her best. I hope higher management steps in to make changes but again grateful for Sophia and I felt her leadership presence. read more

Let's start with giving the ladies at this location a HUGE round of applause for holding the store up. Ariana and Melanie helped me with the search of a part for my car. Not only did they find it, they installed it and saved me 100s from going to the dealer. I am so grateful for their hard work, but their determination in making sure it was installed correctly. I can't speak highly enough about the excellent service we received from Arturo B. Our car had the check engine light come on and after waiting an hour at Toyota, we were told we would have to leave the car until Monday when the diagnostician would be in. We drove to Autozone where Arturo ran the computer program and discovered the issue. He patiently explained it to us, looked under our hood to make sure everything appeared connected and said the car appeared safe to continue on our road trip to Vegas. We tried to tip him and he would not accept any money. To confirm we did go to our local Toyota Service when we got back and they confirmed that Arturo was correct and event they could not explain the issue as well as he did. I only hope that my three sons are as good, respectful and knowledgable at their jobs! Whatever he is making, he deserves a raise :) read more

May 2 2023 I went in to purchase a bulb for my taillight Mr Cameron assisted me and he was so polite, helpful I was taken back by this young man's manners. He installed my light and took the stress of me doing it myself away his customer service skills was impeccable I was really impressed by this young man. I called and spoke to his manager Roxana she was just as delightful I told her I was really impressed by Cameron the little things he did as, I'll go get it and he said I need to go inside for a tool and apologized then when he returned with new bulb installed he brought the old one to show me he indeed installed it, and then said here I can dispose of it for you. I told Roxana when I'm impressed with a employee I make it a point to do a shout out so they know their doing a good job. read more

This Autozone is ok. The worst part is the lack of knowledge on the employees and unprofessional behavior. The grey shirts, who are managers, are constantly cussing up a storm, talking about their personal business and giving the incorrect items. Most of the management is only concerned about upselling and having their own inappropriate conversations instead of making sure customers have what they need for their vehicles. I normally don't have the best experiences with AutoZone. I feel like they only speak car and not much else. This time was totally different. My rental car light came on letting me know either the car was overheating or it was running low on fluid. Thank God, turns out I only needed fluid because I was on my way somewhere and my whole day would have been ruined if I wouldn't have made it. The guy behind the counter came out and checked it for me and walked me over to the correct isle and helped me pick the right fluid instead of just pointing to the isle. I loved that. He was awesome but I can't remember his name. What put the icing on the cake for me was after putting the fluid in the car, like the dingleberry I am, I locked my keys under the hood. I was on the verge of tears because I knew AAA would take forever considering it was the 4th of July. This girl behind the counter, her name was Roxana, literally helped me pry open the hood of the car just enough to slide my keys out so I could be on my way. She saved my day with her exceptional, above and beyond customer service. I highly doubt anyone else would have done that for me. Words cannot express how grateful I am. If it wasn't for her quick leap into action and willingness to do more than she really had to, I would have been out of luck. Roxana was amazing. Saturday morning, 11:00, one person attending the customers and one person on the phone. There are two lines, one for receiving your part and another for buying it. Both were long and slow. 45 minutes to buy a goddam upper radiator hose for one of the most ubiquitous cars on the road. Inefficient, thy name is AutoZone. On November 30, 2020 I received the worst customer service provided by MOD Maria at the Fontana AutoZone#3327 I went in to get a battery replacement for my vehicle ,the Hispanic blonde hair female behind the register sold me the wrong battery I informed her the battery she gave me was too big for my vehicle and would not fit once she got more information on my vehicle make and model she informed me they didn't have The battery in my vehicle need it in stock at this location or any local AutoZone she seemed like she did not wanna be at work ,no personality was very quiet throughout the whole transaction when she asked the MOD Maria if we can get a discount for the inconvenience she said no and she told the female cashier tell them "good luck on finding that battery around here" at this point the SM (Store manager) Alex Perez Came into the picture I informed him of the situation which MOD Maria was next to him and started laughing then walked away and the cashier that was helping me started to argue with me that's when Alex told her to walk away when trying to get my refund it took almost 10 minutes to get my refund due to their credit card terminals not working, I feel all management needs to be retrain and behold to high standards I am not the only one that's complain about lack of leadership at this location please review other comments from customers, I will definitely not be spending my money at this establishment. read more

Ask for Brett when you go to this Autozone on Cherry. I was going to get free testing (ie battery, starter, alternator and diagnostic code). As my car was running, Brett noticed my car was sputtering.He volunteered to check other possibilities for why my car was sputtering. He believed my fuel system needed to be clean because everything came back fine on my free testing. He even went out of his way to recommend a fuel cleanser that he uses on his own car. i really appreciated his expertise and knowledge. plus he went into detail on how to use the fuel system at home. im a woman so i was really impressed with how much he cared. i not only received a free funnel, but also his friendly customer service would get me to come back again and again. I feel she needs some additional training in effectively assisting customers, or possibly she is just not qualified for the position she is in. Radiator for my truck at Auto Zone $181, It failed and leaked after 7 months. Gave me a new radiator, but what about the freon charge, trans fluid and coolant which had to be drained. Same radiator by same manufacture at Morris Automotive $95. Auto Zone price match guarantee? No. Cheap parts, poor service (though a couple guys are helpful, but can't help with store policies), high cost of parts. I have been a loyal customer of our neighborhood Autozone for 20 years, but today we part ways. I am now a Morris customer. read more

I have to concur with the previous reviews. The customer service is not great. I was helped by an older gentleman who didn't greet me, never looked at me and seemed a little annoyed to help me. I got what I needed but I probably won't be visiting this location again. I returned to this Auto Zone and my experience this time around was completely different. I was assisted but Roberto L. who was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me find what I needed. I can still only give this location four stars but Roberto gets five stars for being an outstanding employee at an otherwise mediocre store. read more

I am VERY disappointed in my experience at this auto zone! I had a lady (unsure name, possibly Veronica) and I needed a car battery bc it was dead. Like had a VERY hard time even starting to get there and after she tested the battery was very rude and ignored me as if I didn't want to buy a battery after knowing it was dead. Then after asking if I could get it installed, she said she doesn't know if she had installed one of those before. She then came back and said everything was fine. Once outside at my car, she didn't know how to open my hood, and then just left back inside without saying anything and was surprised when a male worker walked out to help me. Then because I was very displeased with how the lady had treated me I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. The man who was on the phone was the manager and also the man who changed my battery. I told him that was not acceptable and the response I got back was "I will take that into consideration. But also to be fair she didn't want to take too long bc we are busy inside." I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT GIVEN AT THIS STORE! read more

Bought a starter and it wouldn't turn my motor. Manager is rude and decided to argue. Maybe when he looked up how many parts I buy from his store and for how many cars I knew a little of what I was talking about. Ya it may test fine when it isn't hooked to anything but when you hook it up to a v8 chevy it didn't do anything. Well after arguing for half an hour I got a different starter and it worked fine. Horrible customer service. I was denied a return WITH my receipt. It was by one of the employees or manager I really don't know, but you are never supposed to deny a customer a return when they have their receipt and the product is re -salable. Never going there again. read more
