I found these people through a parts app that had the part for $150. When I called they said the price was a mistake and they would not budge on the $450 price. They seemed helpful so we bought the used part. They do not accept credit cards so we paid Zelle. Even though part was used they wanted a core so we gave them original. We installed the part and it was no good. In fact the dealership confirmed it was no good. We tried to return it and they would not accept refunds, credits nor exchanges. They claim their sales are AS IS. I do not recommend doing business with them. They probably will sell our old part to someone else and burn them. read more

I had a great experience with this place. They were the only people that had the fuel tank I was looking for. I called ahead and made sure they had what I needed and could put their hands on it as it was an hour and 30 minute drive one way. They called me back, I picked up the part and they charged me the price listed. The fuel tank was a little dusty but, perfect otherwise. The price was fair and the staff was polite. Avoid at all cost. First of all, they don't answer the phone and when they did the gentleman was extremely rude. Secondly, we found the part needed for our vehicle (air box) from their listing for $150, when we asked how much he up-charged it to $250!? Third, we knew exactly what we wanted for our vehicle the air box and hose only, but he was demanding we need to bring the vehicle in for him to see if we wanted to receive those parts. We asked if we could just show a photo and video, but still no. How does he expect someone to bring in their vehicle if the car isn't running, can't make the far drive or isn't registered??? He was acting as if he was a mechanic shop and going to repair the vehicle himself. All he needed to do was confirm if the part was still available so we didn't have to make the long drive for no reason... Look elsewhere, avoid the head ache. Got the wheel set I wanted at a descent price. Owner Mike was straight forward and took care of me. One thing people don't understand is that places like salvage yards are the end of the road for people looking for parts. You tel them what you are looking for and they either have it or don't and they give you a price which is better than anywhere else and you either say yes or no thanks. They don't have the luxury to deliver you the Midas touch and you aren't paying for it either. If they claimed to have something and drove all the way out there and it was something else than we have a problem. Other than that I consider this place a 5 star because they described the condition of the wheels over the phone so there were no surprises and they delivered on it. All of the reviews about customer service are completely correct. I tried getting in contact about a rear differential they had listed on car-part.com. Every time I asked a question on the live chat tool, they would greet me then ignore my question. I decided to call, they didn't even have the part in their inventory and whoever answered the phone hung up on me immediately after telling me they didn't have it. Unbelievably unacceptable. These guys are a bunch of thieves!! Do no go to this place! I had a seatbelt light that kept lighting up, got there Jose was initially helpful and courteous. Told me that there was no warranty I thought this was odd because most places give you 90 days this place didn't! Also they wanted cash which again was strange, so I spent time going to the chase atm a few miles away. I put in the sensor guess what the airbag light is still on. So I told the owner I wanted some kind of exchange or refund. Jose the original guy just hangs up now, and the owner refuses a refund or even an exchange! Now I know why they're cash only, too many chargebacks from their bank, basically unsatisfied customers that call their bank to complain. I think they lost out for alittle $50 part they lost out on tons of business I was willing to do with them. I have 08 Chrysler and it needs tons of parts! I needed multiple parts for different vehicles and unfortunately this place was the only place who claimed it to be available. unfortunately them showing it available on the phone does not guarantee they'll have it available when you show up. Their inventory system is wrong and not accurate. It is common practice to keep certain items covered and protected from the rain not here everything's piled on top of each other and just left outside for months and years. Even though it's rusted in oxidated you never get a break or a discount. There is some really wonderful and great customer service salesman here. Good luck finding the right one cuz they continuesly fire them. I would definitely only go here if its your last resort but check the place to the right first before having to go here. Some of these 1-star reviews need to chill. This is a JUNKYARD! Some A-hole shot out 3 of my windows on my subaru and the glass is no longer in stock. Mark sold me the replacement windows, and Jose + other workers removed the back gate and, for $40 extra, installed it on my car for me. They tried to set me up with a glass guy who they said could remove the quarterglass and install it for me-- but glass guy is now in Hesperia and didn't want to come all the way to Fontana. So I came back the next saturday, I showed up with tools to get the glass myself. They took one look at me, realized I'd never be able to get the glass off myself, and, although they didn't have proper glass tools either, spent a while getting the glass off for me. -1 Star for not having proper tools on hand. If I ever need another part for this car, definitely going back. read more

I went here today and had a great experience. Somebody hit my daughters VW bug in LA and ripped off the mirror. I called my local auto repair and he called M & M to find a mirror replacement. They spoke a few times and confirmed it was the right part. I drive there myself to save some money. I was worried after the reviews I read here. It was the complete opposite! They were so nice and helpful. They were polite and respectful. The owner even called VW Ontario to ask a question about the part. They did their best to confirm the mirror would work before I left the business. I drove it straight to my repair place to make sure it would work. They fixed it in an hour and the best part is the paint color on the mirror matched our car perfectly. I am so happy. I just wish bad karma on the person who hit the car and left the scene. These people are thieves. We purchased a part from them and when it was received it was glued together. We took it back and requested a refund and they refused. We returned it with the 5 days as noted on their signs with a receipt. They wanted to charge us a restocking fee of 30% which is ridiculous. We accepted as we just wanted to get away from them. They then said we had to wait 45 mins for the owner to get there because he had all the cash. When he got there he said he had no cash and we would have to wait. This is a cash only business so why do they not have cash. We requested a check and he became abusive and threw us out. Do not do business with these people!!! I found a door for my car online at this place and called them to confirm it's still there. Mark and Victor were professional, honest and friendly, although hard for them to know what they have. The door could not fit in the trunk or the back seat to take it somewhere and install, but Mark managed it with someone who replaced it for an extra charge. Called on an engine on a Friday, they said it was available. Went to pick it up on Saturday, got there just after 1pm and they were closing up. Yelp, Google, and their own website says they close at 2pm on Saturdays. The owner said that they actually close at 12:30pm on Saturdays. Because of the inconvenience, he said that they would do a courtesy hold on the engine if we could get there on Monday or Tuesday. The place was closed, the owner was standing outside the gate, and he wanted us to hand him cash as a deposit with no paperwork signed. When I said that was crazy, he offered to hold it with no deposit if we called him and gave him our information. We called as we were leaving and got a price quote and gave all of our information for the hold. Well, today is Tuesday and I was scheduled to go get the engine but the owner just called and said that he sold the engine yesterday (Monday). Do not expect to be treated with respect at this business. I purchased a good? Used engine from them. I had it professionally installed, it was fine for one week. Then on the way home on the freeway i heard a noise and wondered whose car was making that awful noise. Unfortunately, it was my car. I had to be towed home, the mechanic who installed it concluded it was a mechanical failure. I had the 30 day warranty. So, I returned the engine, that's when the abuse started. I had to wait for the owner to show up with the money, so I had to cancel my other appts. The owner arrived brow beating his employees and not believing his workers about the engine was broken. He then looked at the engine complaining. He yelled at me about how my mechanic did not install it correctly. And how the engine was supposed to be rebuilt first, which wasn't what the guy who sold it to me said. The owner would not give me a full refund because I didn't return the timing cover. I am still waiting for my remaining refund, even though I returned the part over a month ago. Maybe I just was unlucky, however I want to warn people about what they sell and how you will be treated if you have a problem. read more

Why do I even have to rate these people 1 star ? Why can't I rate them a negative star. I Called in a day before to order a part. The salesman told me $175 as listed on there website. I asked him multiple times of the part had any damage and he said no. I made sure I asked him multiple times because some of this used auto wrecking yard counter man are just to lazy to get up and go check the parts. So I took his word, I drove over an hour from Simi Valley ca to Fontana ca to pick up the part. I got there and it took them about an hour to remove it from the car. I had some lunch and came back. Still wasn't trendy but then they finally brought it out until I saw the damage on the part. O asked for a discount since it had damage plus I was reselling the item so I wasn't sure if the customer would even take it or not so at this point I was just taking my chances: he refused to give me a discount said don't bad words and how I'm holding up his business and the worst part is he took the part and said he's not selling it anymore !!!!! Are you kidding !?!??so I just wasted my day plus lost a great customer whom which I promised I would have the part to the next day. CROOKS in disguise! My experience with this company was probably the worst business experience I've ever had. The only excuse for the way I was treated they could ever give is that there was a communication breakdown. Whether it was the owner or just the man running the place, I don't know, but not only can he not speak clear english but he doesn't understand it. While searching for a trunk lid for my Geo Metro I located one on their website. The next morning I received a call from an english speaking employee. He stated that they did have the part and that it did have the wiper and defroster. I asked him " are you absolutely sure it meets my requirements, he said "Yes, I'm looking right at it right now". So I drove 75 miles (150 round trip) to get the part. When I arrived they wanted me to pay $175 before seeing the part. It turned out not to have the defroster or a wiper. After a long wait they dug up another part with only a wiper. The owner? said that if I left a $50 deposit that he would do a parts locator on the web for me. He asked if i was willing to pay up to $250 for the part?. I said" great , yea if you can find me one for that then that would be perfect". I inquired about some tires. The owner? gave me one to take home to see if it would fit my car and said we could square up when I picked up my part. They had a sign posted that used tires were $20. After waiting for over a month. I went on the web and paid$10 for a parts locator myself. The next day I had several calls the part I purchased needed to be delivered to a business for pick up, I choose M&M since I needed to buy more tires or get my deposit back. When the owner? called me that my part was there for pick up he asked if I wanted to buy the tire he sent with me? I said" Yes I was hoping that we can work out the deposit I gave to you for 2 of the tires". He stated," Yes we will work it out". When I arrived he asked if I wanted one or two more tires? I said "only need one but if your gonna give me two for my money then I'll take two he asked if I was going to "square up with him?" I said "for what"? He said ," the tires are $50 each" he interuppted me telling me "that he never wanted me to come back because I was a lyer and that I needed to take care of "his boys" for all the work they did for me! And that I said that money was no object and that I would not pay more then $250 for the par and then I paid $500 to another company. WHAT? I told him the money did not matter that I just needed the part and why would anybody want to pay $50 for a used tire when they can purchase a brand new tire at Wal-mart installed for only $32. The man was trying to take advantage of a woman. He charged me a $50 deposit to do a web search he never intended on doing. Then to avoid giving me the deposit back, he made sure that I would not bring the tire back that he gave me so he could get away with over charging me for it. And as far as his "boys" working sooo hard for me-- what did they do? They mislead me on the phone about having my part causing me to drive 150 miles each trip. This company does not even deserve a half star. They have lousy customer service and they are dishonest. They do not deserve to even own or operate a business in the USA and should be shut down for being CROOKS. Also on the back of their receipt it states that deposits are non refundable and void after 2 days. I'm not sure if this is legal but needless to say the owner not once mentioned this when taking my money or when having me sign the front of the receipt.CROOKS FROM THE GET GO!
