A gentleman was stocking shelves but there was a line. He begrudgingly came over to help and was visibly frustrated. he looked up the brake rotors I was going to buy and argued about which ones I needed even though he was wrong. He took back the part I needed and when I asked why he started yelling at me so I packed up my stuff and walked out. They lost a sale of $500 for rotors and pads and I will move my business to O'Riley from now on. read more

After being quoted a ridiculous $900 to replace my Jeeps battery at Denton Chrysler / Jeep, I went to the Little Elm TX Auto Zone to see what other options existed. Abraham assisted me, he was very knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help. He explained that I had the option of replacing just the primary battery to get me back on the road which was important to me as I use my vehicle for work. He even offered to switch it out for me, and he explained his store manager (Harley) feels the priority is to help customers resolve their issues to the best of their ability. Abraham, you changed my day from stressful, to happy - and I thank you for providing a solution for me for literally 1/3 of Denton Dodge's price gouging $900 quote. Went to AutoZone today because I had heard that they will scan the engine codes and tell me why the check engine light is on. Well.... what a great and easy experience. They connected their computer and bing bing bing. The results were in. Unfortunately their computer didn't have any suggestions on how to solve the problem with my turbo charger. Hunter went out of his way to show excellent customer service, respect, manners, human decency and compassion. I have not recently visited many places where the associates are genuine and sincere. If you have been to AutoZone before, you know what you are getting. Fluid and finger selection is bigger and cheaper at Walmart. The parts are the same as anywhere else. They'll always try to sell something with any part you buy. The reason I gave this 2 stars is because I went in yesterday to get two O2 sensors for my E350. They had only one. They called Frisco and I was there while the clerk was talking to the Frisco guy and when he hung up, he said they have it (it was also showing they had it in the system) and he put it on hold for me. I drove 25 minutes to the other store and he didn't have it. I spoke to the manager, who is who the Little Elm guy talked to, and he said he told the guy, "No, I don't have one here." So, for some reason, the guy in the store lied. Ended up going to The Colony and they had it there. Why in the world would the guy tell me Frisco had it when Frisco expressly told him they didn't have it? 2 Stars. read more

This store rented me faulty equipment, which resulted in my injury. The fuel pressure fitting for GM trucks was bad, so when I hooked it up it sprayed fuel all over my, into my eyes and mouth, etc. the manager did nothing to make it right, simply offered to give me another pressure test. I don't trust these yahoo's for crap. Clearly such a large franchise, one of the most trusted in the US, doesn't have a clue what the hell to look for in faulty equipment, or a method of testing their equipment for quality.
