I stopped by because my brake light went out and I have a 6hr drive to make tonight so I stopped by to get a new one. They recommend me a light that the computer recommend. Issac didn't have much to say but this is the one that's recommended. He said if this ain't the right one make sure to not open the box because they have a strict return policy. Rude every time I go but closes one to me (down the street literally). The employees are slow and most of them don't even know what they selling,For example asked for a certain clear coat and he tried selling me white clear paint (He stated I don't know much about cans to be honest), if you don't know anything then why hire someone. Had to get a new car battery last night at this location. Matthew and Trent were very kind in assisting me in processing my prorated warranty credit, removing the old battery from my car, and installing the new one. Trent spent a lot of time on the installation to make sure it was done right. It was not easy (my battery has a retaining plate that is hard to access), and it was cold and dark outside. I appreciated his time and his help. He kept in good spirits despite the trouble. Great customer service. Those guys were friendly and happy to help. all I have to say is that, THE ACTUAL STORE MANAGER named SANDRA, who has a Hostile work environment with all her employees, she is rude, unprofessional and promises to promote the employees just to make them work more hours or lies about giving them full time shifts. Now, this store is one of the biggest circus of Autozone, every employee that has worked here, ends up leaving thanks to this "manager" since there had been a New District Manager, has also overlooked someone In this store to be promoted and that has been over a year working there, also the ONLY EMPLOYEE WHO KNOWS HOW TO RUN THAT STORE EVEN WITHOUT THE SO CALLED MANAGER SANDRA. So I was having to jump my vehicle every time I used it, took the battery back a week later only to be told it was a bad battery. I was lucky the batteries warranty was still good and was able to get a new one at zero cost. The supervisor had told me I had a good battery be ware folks don't let this happen to you. read more

Hate dealing with anything to do with cars/trucks because I don't know much about them. However, after getting caught I. The rain, I needed to replace windshield wipers ASAP. I stoped at an auto zone off the freeway and was blown away by the amazing service and help I received from Jose Z.-- sales and customer service rep. He could tell u had no idea even what wipers to buy and he was able to break it down in simplest terms. I didn't feel upsold or pressured. He even helped me replace them on my truck! He also let me know the left turn signal lamp was out and helped me find a replacement. The location was rather busy when I came in, but I still received great service! Took in a Yellow top optima battery which they ended up sending out as a bad battery without even contacting me saying it was bad and if ok to send out. Tried being chill about the problem but had sent emails to corporate got a response but was directed to try contacting district manager no response. Mind you, going in just about everyday asking for my battery with store manager being no help. 4 months later saying all they can do is half off a battery... so you lose my battery and want to make me pay for one you guys lost!!! Crazy!!! Pretty sad when you're a loyal customer and know all employees... get your batteries at Power Shop Batteries good deals and better warranty... quoted 80 bucks 4 year warranty ask for an inhouse batteries Power Shop labeled. Wonderful customer service! I needed to replace the bulb for my headlight, after failing to change it on my own I went back to see if I accidentally got the wrong size...nope I was just trying to replace the wrong light...David came outside and replaced it for me in less than a minute. He was very nice and friendly and didn't make me feel like an idiot! I was in there the other night to replace my windshield wipers and not only did the gentleman there named Luis help me find the correct ones, he also went ahead and helped me install the wipers outside (while it was raining outside). It's those little things that mean the most to people, especially someone like me who has no clue about these things.
