I went on 9/6/23, in the evening after going to an auto zone in Riverside. The Riverside auto zone told me my battery was fine. The Riverside auto zone, only tested my battery and told me it was due to corrosion. So, I bought some grease and then called a friend. My friend asked why they didn't test everything. I wasn't aware that they could so on my way to visit family I stopped at the auto zone in Rialto. I forgot the name of the First Gentleman that helped me but at first he said my battery was fine but realized it wasn't testing correctly. He tried again and it turned out my battery was not good. Another worker named Vincent kindly replaced my battery quickly and I was on my way with my car good as new. I didn't even have to ask at the Rialto auto zone for them to test everything. They just knew what they were doing. Thanks guys for the help! read more

Be careful when purchasing wiper blades at this location. This location is not to be trusted. An elderly neighbor purchased wiper blades at this location and the young man that helped her wanted to charge her an additional $28 on top of the $22 she paid for them, to install her wiper blades totaling $50! When she said all she had was $30 on her, the young man accepted that amount and put them on. Why was she charged any amount when this is usually a courtesy for purchasing them there? What can I say, Hector is amazing. He was extremely nice and helpful on the phone, and may have saved my life. I went in to buy coolant and would not have realized, but for Hector's assistance, that my car was almost completely out of oil. Hector added the coolant for me and checked the oil since the hood was up. Thank God he did. I have a new leased vehicle so I'm a bit spoiled when it comes to getting my car serviced but I'm still an idiot for not checking the oil myself. But again, thank God for Hector! Great Autozone. Didn't expect to encounter such a helpful, considerate, genuine human being. Hector went far beyond the call of duty. Thank you Hector!!! read more

The manger (Mark highly recommend to ask for him) that helped me out this morning was very knowledgeable, and the establishment was somewhat busy but he had everything under control while still helping me and giving me proper instructions to recharge my Ac unit (A/C gauge & hose Refrigerant) in my car also with letting me know about the $10 refund back when bringing back the product (canister) also with signing me up for there rewards card, also it was my first time at this autozone :) thank you again your customer service was great and going here from now on ! read more

Wow, customer service is terrible. I was ignored by employee. She just walked away without so much as acknowledging that I existed. What looked like the manager seemed bothered by coming over to help me. He then proceed to ignore a question another gentlemen asked him while he was helping me. Again zero acknowledgment. This location is terrible customer service. I don't like the lady manger at all. She is a bitch. The workers are scared of her. But when she not there they do whatever they want. They talk ,be on there phones. The store is dull and boring you don't feel welcome when you walk in. No smiley faces. Of course I get the one talking to what seemed to be her girlfriend about a guy that yelled at her last night. About 3 minutes goes by and then someone else comes out from behind the counter and I'm thinking finally! Then they go to the back laughing and talking to a coworker. Hello! I waited another minute while she was talking to her girlfriend and couldn't take it anymore and left with nothing. I have a business, time is money. Loved my experience here. Right when i walked through the door Omar Greeted me and asked if i needed any help. of course i did! a girl walking into one of these stores is like a guy walking into a victoria secret. clue less. i needed wind shield wipers for my Mazda and my Tacoma, he quickly looked up my make model and year and was able to find my size.
