Just glad this Autozone is near the house and the process of exchange is always easy!!! I do wish they had some type of covering/awning in front of the store to help protect when you have to change your battery out at the store. I learned that given all the plastic coverings in one of our cars, they don't replace (but will give you the tools). Protection would be good for both the employees and customers.

I brought the dead battery in to get it replaced under warranty and he refused to swap it out. The first manager was going to swap it (like it should have been) but then this guy (the only one without a name tag) came over and belittled the employee right in front of everyone there. He then went through this whole thing on how he has to charge it. The other guy knew right away that it was dead. The not nice one said to come back in a few hours and then maybe get it swapped out. I have not dealt with such a rude manager in quite a while and was really surprised by the lack of professionalism. We will never be back to this particular autozone as I believe they are one of the best auto stores out there.
