Unbeknownst to him I had gotten there to help my wife get the new hitch but instead I got to witness his lack of customer service, poor judgment and from the way he treated the employee who was at the counter I would say he has no leadership skills to speak of. All they had to do was ASK that's all Just ask how can we help you? Instead what we got was Christopher V. Comments "I didn't know we were in the tool rental business" funny thing is he should know they do rent tools and worst case scenario he should learn his returns policy. He said he could have it in a couple of hours, and they did. These guys know what they are doing, and very responsive and they work as a team. I did not have to wait for the young man, who ordered the tool for me, to get the tool I ordered, one of the other gentleman knew who I was and what I ordered and was able to get me on my way quickly. It looks like I might be bypassing the other chain stores and heading to Pa from now on! Great job guys!

He also called my mother and left a message and told her to call him back at the number that wouldn't work. Mixing green coolant into a Toyota Sienna that uses red (Toyota Long Life) coolant can cause the two types to react, creating a sludgy, gel-like substance that clogs the radiator, heater core, and engine passages. I showed up unannounced with a serious issue (ignition switch failure) ... I could not shut the car off (as I would have remained stranded wherever I'd parked it). I pled my case to the owner and he said they were booked but would get to it later in the week with a diagnosis. I could tell they were familiar with the usual issues and I left confident. It turned out to be relatively simple. They expedited the repair on my car and it was, in fact, completed _before_ I'd even managed to make it back home. Same day. Additionally, as I had disassembled most of the steering column in search of a resolution, the shop charged approximately .10 of a billable hour of labor. I thought it was a typo. Not a billable hour or half-hour of labor but about .10 of an hour. Additionally, they retained the original defective part and provided it upon my return. If you have a "vintage" BMW of any sort (or modern, for that matter) do not hesitate to contact this shop.

I took my 2013 Ford Edge in because the brake pedal had a lot of travel in it. I had done some…read moreresearch and was told that it was probably air in the lines or something simple like that. I also found out that if you pump up the break pedal and it holds, it probably not the master cylinder, which makes sense. I told the guy at the counter I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it because it's an old car with a lot of miles on it, but I still use it as a backup. It's worth maybe $3,000. So I left the car and got an estimate a couple of hours later with $7,500 worth or recommended repairs, including a new master cylinder, brakes shoes, new hoses and tires, system flushes, etc. etc. I literally told them that that I didn't want to spend a lot of money and really only wanted the brakes looked at. It's an old car and I get that it has a lot of stuff that is wearing out. But maybe next time do what the customer asked and quote the job at hand first before you try to upsell a bunch of extra stuff.
